However, Manchester City still have a chance to overtake Liverpool if only they win their outstanding game which I'm very optimistic that they'll win it. The race for who wins the English Premier League title this season keeps getting interesting as the match weeks goes by

Haaland just like a robot when it comes to the 1 on 1 against the defender from its opponent. Haaland was obviously a complete package. He has fast, streghth and shoot. it's very hard to defeat him when it was coming to be one on one.
Everton must be staying at the relegatio zone which is very bad for the club. I was hoping everton to do better than it but the first goal has been destroynig the mentality fro the club. that's what i have seen from the match between everton vs manchester city.

It's quite frustrated as a fan that was betting city to win the game seeing how city was struggling in the first half against it. De bruyne is always making the different for the game of manchester city.

The change of scheme midway through the second half in my opinion was a very good move for Manchester City in this match because indeed seeing the difference in attack patterns carried out in the first half and the second half that occurred showed that Manchester City had several options that they could try in a match and Pep was good enough to make some movements in the attack scheme and formation carried out because it seems he already knows very well what Manchester City needs to face a match.

In the second half Pep made some changes with the likes of Kyle Walker, Bernardo Silva and De Bruyne and we know that the quality of their attack was better than in the first half.
The 0-2 result in this match was good enough in my opinion and it was an easy gamble in a match.

Seriously this game has in the past always produces goals above 2.5 but this particular game was more of a conservative measure taking by Pep. He has struggled with injury this season, most of which where his key players and currently he is avoiding a high tempo game to help them conserve energy which we all saw how they play in the first half. The other reason could be the next coming game in the champions league against Copenhagen, although they are not much of a threat but you wouldn’t undermine anyone in that competition. It is a great win for Manchester city to go top for probably few hours and also to boost them against their coming match with struggling Chelsea who shared the spoils with them last time they meet.

I was quite surprised by Manchester City's performance, particularly with only scoring two goals, considering their recent excellent form. Given that it was their home match, I anticipated a higher goal count. I reckon some bettors might have opted for riskier bets, like predicting 2.5 goals or more, given the low odds. Honestly, considering Manchester City's dominance on the field, I expected them to score more than just two goals.However, Everton proved to be a formidable opponent by adopting a defensive strategy. Great header for Jota to give them the lead , I'd say it was error from the goalkeeper as he should have stood his ground. Jumping out made him miss that ball!

Burnley also got to see another head leaving the scores leveled as they went onwards to share points in the first half. Still wondering how they didn't card that Liverpool player that smacked his opponent.
I do not think that second goal should have been awarded.

It's now 1-1 after Burnley equalized. I didn't expect that Liverpool would miss after they took the lead. Because in the game they controlled the game.
The second half entered the 55th minute, Liverpool were still trying to find their second goal. To be honest I didn't think that Burnley would score, because after the 20th minute Liverpool completely dominated the field, but in the last minute Burnley managed to get back. Still Liverpool lack Salah and it is obvious that there is no one to score decisive goals, because if Liverpool scored at the end of the first half and everything would be solved for Burnley, and now having got a goal before the break Liverpool have to start everything again, and Burnley on the contrary believed in themselves and now ready to impose the struggle to Liverpool in the second half, although I think that to win even such a match Liverpool should still.

Almost Like I was expecting Erling Haaland to score and he did not disappoint went on to score the two goals for Manchester City to keep their good record against Everton. There is this confidence that Manchester City play with, they play knowing they are the champions. If they don't score in the first half you will be patient with them named with almost all certainty that in the second half there will somehow be able to find a goal if not from the players you expect the goals will come from players you least expect to score, they always just find the way to win. Because Manchester City have this mentality, I believe that they will still be able to win the Premier League this season and maybe the Champions League too and any other competition that they are still in.
