A few days ago, Aston Villa had a great chance of occupying the top spot in the points table. But at the moment it is challenging for Aston Villa to stay in the top four of the table. And I don't think we'll see Aston Villa in the top four of the table at the end of the season.

Aston Villa have won just one of their last 5 matches. Their performance has declined badly. Aston Villa players could not perform well against Newcastle in the home match. Villa lost the match 3-1. If Villa's defenders had played well, Villa would not have lost the match 3-1. However, the performance of Newcastle's players was very composed in this match. They managed to take a 2-0 lead in the first half. So they played pressure free in the second half.

After Aston Villa surprising performance towards the half of the season, it seems that now problems are starting to happen to them because if you look at the last few matches played after Boxing Day their situation has weakened a bit and they have had to experience results that are not very good to date.

For yesterday match, the result was actually Fifty-Fifty bcause after all Newcastle is one of the dark horses and the club's status in the EPL is still the same as Aston Villa at the moment its just that this is quite unfortunate cause in my opinion they should be able to hold a  draw and could even win narrowly if seeing the  decline felt by Newcastle but we were wrong in this case because it was Aston Villa who dropped points at Villa Park this week and that makes it seem like they have to get ready to be thrown out of the Champions League zone if results like this continue to happen. .

I think Aston Villa is starting to feel the pressure being a top four competitor, and this pressure is not their nature mentally. Not many teams succeed in facing this kind of challenges at first attempt during intensive phases of the league. Pressure is inherent in football, especially for teams aiming for top positions. The mental aspect of the game is complex and varies among players. Some teams thrive under pressure by using it as motivation to excel. It's a learning curve for any team aiming for a top-four finish, and experiencing pressure can ultimately contribute to their growth and resilience.

With Aston Villa depending on their Firts IX to play their best football, fatigue can pose challenges during intensive phases of the league if they have to play with mostly the same players every game. This is an aspect that many teams in competitive leagues have to manage. Successful teams often adapt by rotating players, utilizing youth talent, or making strategic transfers to strengthen their squads. Unfortunately, this is a big issue for Aston Villa which is not having a good squad depth while competing with teams having quality squad depth.

Chelsea seems as though they've picked form considering their performance in their recent matches but however, I don't see Chelsea having any chance against Liverpool is this game tonight reason being that Liverpool has a good squad and their targets would be to still maintain the gap between them and the second team in the league table and due to the fact that Jorgen Klopp has already announced leaving the club by end of the season would surely boost Liverpool's confidence to give in their best in other to boost their coach's confidence that they would actually continue in their good performance when the he leaves the club.

Jorgen Klopp have recorded huge successes for the club since he started his managerial role for Liverpool and he has gotten so much achievements with the club while as their manager so they wouldn't want to disappoint him now that he's about leaving the club hence they would be more focused in the game towards achieving victory against Chelsea though Chelsea on the other hand has played draw with big teams like Arsenal and Manchester city and even won Tottenham that was very in-form earlier this season and moreover they played draw against Liverpool in their first meeting at Stamford bridge so anything is expected in this match tonight but I don't see any possibility of Liverpool losing against Chelsea at Anfield.

Aston Villa has currently become really inconsistent. So it is probably not going to be a good time for them.  Aston Villa was unable to win the last match and now if Tottenham wins the next match, there is a very good chance that Aston Villa is going to get put out from the top four. I actually don't know if everyone expected Aston Villa to perform really well and be very consistent. But I almost always thought they would become inconsistent at a certain time. Maybe this is the time. But there is also a chance that they will become consistent and perform well again.  But it is definitely going to be hard for them to climb back up again to the second position.

Though the odd favors Liverpool to win against Chelsea today especially when playing at Anfield as well as trying to consolidate their first position on the table, however I can't write off Chelsea even though they have been very inconsistent recall both team drew their first leg and I believe Chelsea would give Liverpool  a run of their money having won their last three matches and I think Salah would be needed in this type of match to create chances, assist and even score goals for Liverpool though the other Liverpool attackers had been living up to expectations yet I think they had so far played less formidable opponents except Arsenal whom they defeated in FA cup in match the gunners missed their own chances, I am predicting a draw between the two teams.

Ouch... sorry to hear about your parlay loss mate, I hope you've good luck on your next parlay. If only Raul Jimenez had not been injured and replaced by Rodrigo Muniz, perhaps we would have seen a win for Fulham side. But luck isn't yet on Fulham's side so they have to be satisfied with 1 point at home.


Fulham had 70% possession, which is the reason why they should win this game. But Everton's defense was too strong for Fulham's players to get past, just look at the rating James Tarkowski got, it was the highest rating in this match. The rating it gets answers all our questions here.

Apart from Chelsea's unstable condition, I think this match will also be a match that Liverpool players will use to add points. The Reds certainly don't want to lose their momentum, especially playing at Anfield. Apart from that, the target of getting points in every match is also the main target for Liverpool players to give a sweet farewell to their manager Jurgen Klopp. So in the next match I will still support Liverpool even though Chelsea are also coming to target points.

Is Luke you are a Chelsea fan, and you are one sided. Everyone knows that Liverpool is far better than Chelsea this  season, and because Sallah will not be present in the match doesn't mean that we should put aside the quality of the club and think that Chelsea will win the game.

Chelsea does not have anything at stake if they lose the match and that will make them not kill themselves to make sure that they win Liverpool. Liverpool has the first position at stake if they get defeated by Chelsea, which will make the match a do or die affair for them. I might still consider you to be an Arsenal fan, and you want Chelsea to kick Liverpool out of the first position, but if that happens tonight, I don't think that Arsenal can win the league.

Liverpool will consider all the efforts they have put in just to get to the top position, and since they have tested that position will make everything look as if they are a failure and that is true. and the game is not looking like something that Chelsea can win, Liverpool is even seeing everything as an opportunity to carry the league, and since they are at the top there is hope for them. and if they will lose this game then it will be another chance for arsenal to top and if we top the table again then we are going to have more chances of winning the league.

Chelsea has always spent a lot of money on transfers and still doing the same thing we know the match will not be easy and there might be a chance that Chelsea might be able to hold Liverpool for a draw. and Liverpool players are experienced. and Chelsea will only be give there best.  and not only in term of players but also in term of performance Liverpool is still better.  and i don't like predicting such games because it will even be more difficult for both of them but i have a good feeling that Liverpool will win first. everybody knows that Liverpool is better.

I will be more interested to see the match between Liverpool vs Chelsea this because Liverpool seems hard to beat Chelsea and just like i said before the meeting statistics from them also looks interesting because from 5 meetings they got 5 draw and 4 from those matches was ended with final score 0-0 so although Chelsea performance was decline this season but i still considers them as strong rival for Liverpool so in my opinion this match will be so tight even some people has been predict about the outcomes of this match and possibly both teams will playing draw again

Klopp have several options for Liverpool squad now because some of their key players are return from the injured so even without Mo Salah i think Liverpool can able to performing well and for Chelsea Christopher Nkunku will be into their squad and Nicolas Jackson also has just return to Chelsea after his country Senegal eliminate from Africa Cup and according to the odds i can see Liverpool is the favourite but i don't think Chelsea will be easilly to beated because just like i said before Chelsea is strong opponent for Liverpool and for safe bets i think both teams to scores is good pick

Aston Villa really can't beat Newcastle this season because ya, the fact is Aston Villa in this season lost with a big score against Newcastle. In the first meeting Aston Villa lost with a score of 5-1 and in the second meeting this season, Aston Villa again and again lost by Newcastle and also with a big score of 1-3. But ya,even so,at least the teams that are in the top five at the moment still have a pretty good point gap with teams below them. Therefore,teams like Aston Villa and Tottenham should still have a good time, of course, to be able to continue to improve their performance to be able to maintain their position in the top five until the end of this season.

Many of us agree with the comparison of the two teams, Chelsea does not have better squad depth than Liverpool. Chelsea certainly has quality players and can also give their best performance, but the difference in game schemes means the two teams have differences in how they finish each match.

Liverpool are better about the way they end games, I mean Liverpool have a better winning record than Chelsea. But no matter how bad Chelsea's performance is, there is no reason to underestimate them in this match. Liverpool knows that Chelsea is a dangerous team, so they should not underestimate them for any reason. I agree that this is the most interesting match to look forward to, but the Manchester City vs Burnley and Tottenham vs Brentford matches are also no less exciting. In my opinion, Manchester City, Tottenham and Liverpool will secure 3 points in their respective matches.

Really today will be so exciting to see some clubs getting free ticket up the table, I will say Liverpool and Chelsea are excluded because they are two powerful teams even though Chelsea are not strong now but in this kind of game they act like monster, Liverpool and Chelsea are the most important match to night that will distract attention of other fans, the match is so important for both clubs, for Liverpool to maintain their points gap with the second while for Chelsea they really need it to speed up their movement upward to positive seven and if they can win it will bring more encouragement for them to contend for the Europa zone, champion league zone is not made for them this season.

Manchester city host burnley,
Arsenal fan will be praying for burnley to win which I think is not even possible, Manchester city last five games are so incredible they won all the games both home and away and recorded 14 goals and conceded only three goals while burnley performance now can't withstand the pressure that will come from Manchester City especially when they are playing at home, I consider Manchester City as one that will get three points easily.

Tottenham hotspure host Brentford
Aston villa are in really trouble if Tottenham Hotspur manage to win Brentford but need to score two goals upward to take over fourth place with Aston villa. Tottenham Hotspur are stronger than Brentford but let see how the game will be.

Chelsea are in pretty good shape, they had 3 consecutive wins previously and that will add to their mentality in this difficult match. Liverpool also won't want to lose points when they host Chelsea, they will definitely make this match a defeat for Chelsea.
Liverpool itself is in a state full of emotion after their coach officially said goodbye at the end of this season. I think that's what will make them go all out in every match to give a sweet farewell gift to Jurgen Klopp.
On paper, Liverpool is the favorite club in every way, including their status as hosts in this match. I think victory will be on Liverpool's side, although I wouldn't rule out the possibility that Chelsea could also make a surprise.

Luton finally got the win that has helped them to boost their confidence going forward on the league. This win is what they’ve been searching for a while now as they’ve been playing so greatly to get this win. Now they’ve gotten this win in a grandstyle with their starman having a hattrick and having this win against a team in an European competition. This win has taken them a point above relegation zone and hope that this win will be a big boost for them going forward.

 Everton are down to relegation zone after suffering points deduction and still tried to maintain team’s morale but now are lurking around 18th and they’ll have to battle it out. The team can’t keep battling relegation season in and season out and I think it’s better they get massive recruitment that will help them build up and get them off this zone. Well big ups To Luton and we hope they maintain this form and standard because the EPL is quite demanding and very competitive.
 

Missing out of the league title, we know the teams that are responsible for this actions, all fingers pointing to Arsenal because they appeared to be competent but they don't possess good winning odds. Chelsea looking forward to enter crucial position this season. Tonight is the night we all have been patiently waiting for. We witnessed a situation where the best team wins, the winning points can go to any of these teams. The first leg ended in a draw tie at Stamford Bridge but this second leg comes with different odds because Liverpool becomes the hosts and will be hosting the Blues at Anfield this time around.

If Liverpool win today's match against Chelsea, they can increase the points gap a lot, I hope Liverpool will do so. I think today's match will be high scoring and my prediction is Liverpool will beat Chelsea 3-1.
