For Liverpool to have come this far in the competition, it means they’re also keen on winning this title to add to their trophies they’ll be fighting for this season. I wound have assumed that Liverpool will not put much effort into the match if it had not been the final match, and that will give Chelsea a better opportunity to beat them.

But as it stands now, Liverpool will be coming with full squad to win this match and that will lower the chances of Chelsea winning any trophy this season. Chelsea must have already given up on the fight for the league title and their focus has been transferred here, they will also want to win the final but if they don’t end up winning it at the end, they’ll be disappointed because with all indications it seems so because of how powerful and strong Liverpool is now in the field of play as compared to Chelsea’s.

As only a draw is enough for Liverpool, I see Fulham's chances of winning very low. Because Liverpool's defense is very strong. It would not be wrong to say that Liverpool have the strongest defense in the Premier League. The team conceded only 18 goals in 21 matches. On the other hand, the opponent Fulham is not strong. Fulham's players will not be able to break Liverpool's defense if Liverpool plays defensively. So my guess is that the match will either draw 1-1, or Liverpool will win 2-0 or 2-1. I don't even think Liverpool will win by a big margin.

It's not even the fact that Liverpool lead at the end of the first match, they have a better chance overall due to being stronger than Fulham. I think the example of the EPL standings is enough to show the level of play of both Liverpool and Fulham, 1st place vs 13th and I don't think this is a case where you can say "anything can happen"

Even if they are not punished at all there will be a lot of difficulties for them to try and win the Premier League as Liverpool and Arsenal are on a great run and I see it difficult for Manchester City to change such thing in 17 games that are left.Of course 17 games are quite some weeks and anything can happen but as I said I doubt the other teams to make numerous mistakes in these remaining games.If Manchester City is even punished a little that will mean it will be catastrophic for them as they would risk even to play in Champions League next year if some points are deducted from them or even worse they may not play in Europe at all depending on how many points are deducted from them.

Now losing Moh Salah doesn't really affect the overall strength of Jurgen Klopp's team because currently they have several other players who can fill the void. Manchester City is in good form after Kevin De Bruyne returned to strengthen the team and I think it will give Manchester City quite a big advantage because the presence of Kevin De Bruyne can provide stronger midfield roaming power.

De Bruyne has good abilities in midfield and he always opens up space for the forwards and the beautiful passes he provides always lead to goals for Manchester City. Liverpool must be wary of Manchester City if they want to win the Premier League title this season because only Manchester City has the opportunity to disturb Liverpool in the fight for the title.

Manchester City has been talked about regarding financial fair play rules for many many years now and nothing has happened and they kept on winning. It has been a discussion for multiple years now and they still haven't gotten punished for it. If they finally get a punishment, then it is just a punishment and it will have to just wait it out, there isn't really anything that can be done about it.

However, if we are talking about something that is bigger, like a retrospective punishment, which we all know won't happen, then it would be fair. What is the point of City having one bad season and then becoming great again, in exchange of dominating the whole league for a decade. In the end, they are not getting anything so far, lets see.

I also think that Liverpool are favourites in this match, but Fulham is still not the easiest opponent... It's the League Cup, and you can see that other teams from the EPL for some reason didn't make it to the semi-finals... Like Man City, Arsenal or even Spurs... Exactly Liverpool has a higher chance of winning the match because they are leading Fulham by one goal, and with Liverpool's current form, I don't think Fulham can overcome them and advance to the final. I just believe that if Liverpool defeat Fulham, it will be very difficult if they do not carry the trophy because Chelsea are not in good form like Liverpool and he can affect them, but I have seen that when Chelsea play with big clubs they use to perform well because even in the Premier League, when they play with
