Tottenham played perhaps one of their best matches this season. They showed great pressing because of this Newcastle had to make mistakes in the first half, which led to a loss of ball control. Tottenham attacked very intensively and the players showed excellent interchangeability. If Tottenham play the same way in the future, they could be in the top 5 of the EPL and qualify for the Champions League.

Even though Manchester City is currently in 4th place in the standings, after seeing the game against Luton, and ending with a score of 2-1 for Manchester City's victory, I see that there is a bright spot for Manchester City to potentially reclaim the championship this season, but of course Luton too very great because he was able to break into Manchester City's goal, but unfortunately Manchester City is an opponent that is difficult to beat, and can still be called a strong team, but unfortunately in the match against Luton E. It is true that  Luton players played well in this match. However, Manchester United's performance is  not as sharp as before. Their performance has deteriorated. Luton's players have been predicted  to play defensively against City. Manchester City should  have played attacking strategy from the beginning of the match. But  Manchester City's performance in the first half was not good. They made several attacks, but failed to break  down Luton's defence. City then managed to win the match 2-1  thanks to goals from Grelish and Silva in the s econd half. They managed to win after dropping points in four matches. They  will play against Crystal Palace in the next match. The chances of City  winning in this match are  also high.

This is actually not surprising for Manchester United fans, but what is often in the spotlight after the match is the Manchester United goalkeeper himself who quite often makes mistakes in matches when Manchester United loses. Yes maybe we can say now that the team is "Newcastle class" because of their improvement in the last few seasons. Their defense has been one of the problems this season, apart from their midfield which has not been able to show anything promising to maintain a balance between defense and attack.
They can improve that by bringing in players who have good abilities in the transfer market later, because their financial capabilities are also good now, so I think they can afford to be able to buy quality players.



They are still in the Champions League and still have a chance to qualify. But with their curent situation, it will be even more dificult for them. Because at the same time they have to make them qualify from the group stage and they have to improve their performanc, especially in the Premier League because it will be a very long competition and with a schedule that will be there every week too.
I'm sure as a new club in the Chmpions League, they must want to achieve something good, yes at least be able to qualify and be in the last 16, I think that's already a very good record for them.

At first, Man City seemed to have difficulty dismantling Luton's defense because Luton has quite a solid defense and that makes Man City face tight marking from their opponent, so practically Man City didn't have many opportunities in the first half. The Red Devils can become an excellent competitive team in EPL this season, they have objectives that can be prioritized as the subject of their struggles this current season. Manchester United coach, Erik Ten Hag should address his squad properly specifically the midfield and the frontlines, these players should create good chemistry within themselves. Rasmus Højlund is a confident striker, he can not do well in Manchester United, he can yield into becoming the top striker everyone fancy him to be during his days at Atalanta.

But yes, in week 16 a lot of unexpected things happened. Chelsea and Manchester United, as I have said, have unstable performances so that defeats have become commonplace. But Arsenal, Newcastle, West Ham United lost beyond predictions.

We, Liverpool are very confident of winning. In the gambling thread I once said that I didn't expect Liverpool to win big, just a small win would be enough to put pressure on their competitors.

For about or more than five seasons or even not a decade, this is the time I see Chelsea with worst defense mechanism.

Newcastle experienced bad results in their 2 away matches. and that's not a small number of goals. Conceding 7 times in 2 matches, that's not a good result for a team like Newcastle.
Next, they will face Milan and Fulham, two matches that I don't think will be easy for Newcastle. but I don't expect them to receive another losing streak. Hopefully, they will soon improve their team and strategy.

Totenham played so well in the previous matches. Son should become MOTM caused by how big his contribution to the club that makes newcastle lost against totenham with lots of goals. Glad to see that richarlison was coming back again after his hiatus.
It is caused by people were always mocking him as a garbage striker and he is trying to prove if what people said was not true about him. RIcharlison was just coming back again. Glad to see him played very well along with son.
Totenham may be climbing up again soon.

Nottingham is far easy compared to the newcastle. I expect totenham to get three points from westham and nottingham soon. It seems like that it is an obligation to totenham for the upcoming games.

Todd Boehly is a businessman and he hopes for quick profits by building his club by buying players at fantastic prices but unfortunately, there has been no change, there was hope when Pochettino took charge of Chelsea and pre-season showed different things but unfortunately they are back to being an average team, they target can certainly get a position in the Champions League, but seeing how they have been able to win but also lose very badly with other teams to enter the European zone it seems difficult to achieve and maybe they will only end up in mid-table like last season if they can get a better ranking but did not occupy the top seven.

Unai Emery's good managerial skills and effort in taking Aston Villa to the top 4 in the EPL standings has shown that the Aston Villa board made the right choice of replacing him with Steven Gerrard, infact he's a very big upgrade to Gerrard and has really tried his best to get the best of his players that's why they're performing pretty good on the pitch and even above Manchester City in the standings currently.

 Aston villa has made the villa Park a fortress this season, they're in a very good form at home and are yet to concede defeat even against the very big teams of the league,  about yesterday they defeat Arsenal to add to their home winning streaks and if they continue this good form both home and away there's a possibility of them getting to the top of the league, because they're currently in 3rd position with about 35points just 2 points behind the current league leaders Liverpool.
