I was expecting Tottenham to win todays match since they are playing at home, but unfortunately, Uni Emery’s side were very serious as they were able to win the match and improve their chances of moving close the Premier League table because they have the same points with Liverpool and are sitting in the fourth position in the Premier League table.

I am impressed with Aston Villa’s performance in the Premier League campaign this season, it shows that after Newcastle United last season, we have another team to make it to Champions League ahead of either Chelsea, Manchester United or any other big team in the league.

Aston Villa coach made the correct changes in the game and that made them play better. Even their defense was able to maintain a highline and that made many of Tottenham's goals were canceled for Offside. Son Heung-Min would have scored three goals if not for the offsides. This is a big weekend for Aston Villa because they are now in fourth place on the premier league, and it is a good position for them to maintain because the difference in points between the teams in top four is not so much. Damn, really beyond our expectations Aston Villa managed to make a comeback lol, at first I thought Tottenham were safe since they scored a goal in the first half but what happened was the opposite, Aston Villa suddenly played aggressively. If care's not taken, Aston Villa will win the game by three goals, sort of avenging the goal that was chopped off by VAR and for Tottenham Hotspur being bothered if they lose this, I will say it's their fault. Let's say the defeat by Chelsea was what set the ball rolling for their successive defeats but for me, I feel they are just not serious about winning anything. To think that a club like Tottenham Hotspur are not in any European competition and even in their domestic league, they can't hold onto the top four. No wonder Harry Kane left the club as he sensed their lack of seriousness.
Unai Emery is not one to joke with important games as this and if they win this game, it will see them climbing to the top four.
This tells us that every club is looking to get a shot at the league title and it's not reserved for only names like Arsenal, Liverpool, Man City or Man UTD.

Tottenham Hotspur are losing to Aston Villa and also lost that winning form that made some football fans talking much about them being a title contenders. I know this weak performance is really going to happen anytime soon, that was when Spurs was at the top of the EPL table. If they (Tottenham) lose this game I don't see them getting into the top 4 anytime soon.
The battle for the top 4 is getting harder by the day and any game they (Tottenham) lose will bring them down and going back up is never an easy thing, with the injury and some suspected players is what's disturbing Tottenham. But this game look promising to end in a draw, that's if Spurs keep on pushing.
