Liverpool managed to secure a point at the Etihad Stadium and the equalizing goal came from a hard kick by Alexander-Arnold outside the penalty box. Even though Man City dominated the match, there were many opportunities that Man City players could not take advantage of. Haaland played well in this match and at the same time proved that without De Bryune he could still score goals, but I also saw that there were several opportunities that he failed to take advantage of to score additional goals after the first goal.

For Liverpool a draw is enough because they are playing at home to Man City so chasing three points will be much more difficult. Next we will look at another match between Newcastle vs Chelsea, my prediction is that Newcastle will win the match because they need full points to ensure their position in the standings.

Liverpool has final broken the deadlock on the 80th minutes after a long try, Alexander Arnold was the goal equaliser, as he scored with a brilliant finish by placing the ball on the last end of the right side of the post which Liverpool goalkeeper dived but couldn't stop the ball.

This is a good work from Liverpool team for them to be able to withstand Manchester city with all their ball possessions in the ongoing match. I know that Liverpool will be able to equalise the goal because they have been creating good opportunities to net their opponent post. The game had just begun because both clubs will be struggling to win the match.

Liverpool have shown that they indeed a force to recorn with by coming back into this game and picking a point away from home. A very crucial goal from defender Alexander Arnold made the difference after all the forward in the Liverpool side failed to find the back of the net and that goal was all Liverpool needed to grab a point.

With all amount of modesty, I can say that Liverpool posses the trait to beat Manchester city in the race to the English premier League champions this season than any other club in the England. Since Manchester city began her dominance of the English premier League, it is only Liverpool that has given them a very tough fight
When you also talk about the coaches that has gotten higher number of wins against Manchester United Guardiola, it is still Klopp, so Liverpool stand a very big chance of competiting for the English premier League title is their form will remain in this fair range.

Since the game hasn't started, I don't think Manchester City can beat Liverpool in that manner without Liverpool scoring a goal back. When I first saw Manchester City score a goal, I wasn't overly happy because I thought the game would never end. Liverpool is playing very well this season and doesn't want to make the same mistakes they did the previous year when they made it to the Europa League. Their performance has been impressive since the start of the season. Additionally, Manchester City's performance seems to be lacking because ever since they played Chelsea and lost, I've been worried that they wouldn't be able to defeat Liverpool.

Pep Guardiola will not be happy with today's performance because the team cannot defeat Liverpool. He was very angry the last time Manchester City played against Chelsea and they could defeat Chelsea, and I think his anger will be too much for him now that they are trailing Liverpool and Arsenal by just a few points. As a result, I don't think they will be able to get a point that will make them feel happy that they can win the title this season.

Trent has been saving liverpool from losing three points but so many arsenal fans are very happy caused by the club can climb up easily once it will able to beat brentford. City has been making lots of chances but the thing that really disappointed me if city was always focusing its attack through crossing. It has very good attackers that can duel perfectly in the air but that's not enough. City really miss someone who can play as good as bruyne.
The different is bruyne was always able making unpredictable pass toward city's attacker unlike its replacement. The role of de bruyne is very important when it was coming to the big match.

Arnold pulled one back and it's now 1-1 which is likely to hold until the end of the match as we head into extra time.
Honestly I was expecting something more from this match especially in terms of the tension but looking at what happened this match was actually a bit monotonous especially if we compare it to Manchester City's match against Chelsea before.But indeed this is still very good if 1 point can be obtained because after all this is better than losing points but in this case the advantage is certainly in the hands of Arsenal because they only have to get 3 point in the match they will get to overtake the standings.

Don't even try comparing it against Chelsea, its a huge insult to the masterclass performance seen that day, even Manchester city was frightened at some point by the level of pressure Chelsea introduced that day. For me, the game just started now, let's relax and enjoy Manchester city's reaction to being equalized like stated above. I hope I will be able to enjoy the game before its over. Manchester city has been bullying Liverpool, but I hope Liverpool gives us a better performance going forward.

The game between city vs liverpool are far compared with city versus chelsea. I must be honest that if liverpool played like shit. It has too many blunders, but it was fortunate enough caused by there are no blunders being converted into the goal by manchester city.
Im feeling doubt if liverpool will be able to score against city. This game may be ended with a narrow score. Chelsea's gameplay is far better than liverpool once it was facing a big club.
The game was a bit boring. Liverpool is always playing defensively and it was rarely making an attack against manchester city. It's not as entertain like the game against chelsea.
Im quite disappointing to see liverpool played so badly. I count enjoy this game. Despite De Bruyne's absence, the performance of the city is starting to show signs of improvement. Liverpool needs to play more offensive or it will lose.

At this stage of the match I don’t think there is much Liverpool can do, the Manchester City defence is strong in this game, but if they can increase the tempo of their attack and make better decisions is distributing the ball to the forward, they will be able to equalise, i see the game going any way from here, that is Liverpool can either equalise the game and end as draw or Manchester City can still very possibly add another goal and stamp their 3 points for the week. As a gunners fan i wan Liverpool to equalise anyways, or better still win Manchester city, this will allow the gunners to climb above then after beating Brentford for sure.

equalizing the goal will balance this game and get the tempo of the game really burning and no longer high, I will love to see Manchester city's reaction to being equalized, like the beast they will become and Liverpool returning the same or more energy to them. That will give me great satisfaction. Liverpool is doing well today, but for me Manchester city is still dominating them. I need more actions that will equalize the goal from them.

So far it has been a master class performance from the Manchester city side as usual as the home side keep firing from all cylinder using the wings to over run the Liverpool defence, this is one thing the Liverpool side have failed to do from the first half and that's why the score line is still in favour of Manchester city. Jeremy Doku has been fantastic for Manchester city this afternoon running through the side and making dangerous crosses.
