Did you actually watch the match between Man City vs Liverpool? In this game, Salah played the entire match and Man City was the host, not Liverpool as you mentioned. I think Liverpool will never underestimate any enemy they face, especially in this match they were against Man City. If Klopp prefers to play defensive football, I think that's normal because they are playing as a guest.

Newcastle vs Chelsea
What a way to announce his return from injury by scoring a goal against Chelsea in a highly anticipated match. Isak has scored the opener for Newcastle united to put them ahead in the game, not that's what so many people would never have anticipated but he did it anyway. Chelsea have gotten their self back into the game with beautiful freekick fired right over the wall into the back of the net by Raheem sterling making it 1-1 in the 23rdminute, its a thriller here.

I was disappointed with Liverpool's performance today, they didn't play like the team in second place in the table, and they lacked consistency. They were fortunate to draw even. Doku just played for himself to have fun Despite having numerous chances to pull out the ball to Erling Haaland he always wastes them and Liverpool is lucky that Kevin De Bruyne did not play today.

It's a slap to compare what Chelsea did against Manchester City last match to what Liverpool did today. To be honest, I'm sure that Chelsea will be in a better position in the Premier League table if they can get Victor Osimhen to replace Jackson because that is their main problem right now.

I didn't see more of the second half down my ends due to bad weather. Liverpool didn't get a good game in the second half but they took control over part of the game from the second half.
The draw seem good for gunners, they'll have the chance to go topmof the league tonight if they successfully get three points against the bees tonight.

Before the game there was too much uncertainty regarding the game on who will take all three points home. Pep Guardiola was not happy after the game. I'd like to know what happened? He has a fight with the officials? I don't want him turning the league into another farmers league, I don't want Manchester City winning the Premier League Competition once again.

Both team live up to expectations today and credit goes to Doku whose attacking prowess was too strong for Alexander-Arnold to curtail, he was very fast and pacy and always pushing forward his way into Liverpool defence on several occasions, it was a very competitive and entertaining match though Man City had more possession
and attacking threat yet they couldn't convert their chances unfortunately got punished by Alexander-Arnold sublime finish which caught Ederson unaware thus forcing a well deserve draw for Liverpool, Arsenal who is also a major contender would try to win their match later in the day after both Liverpool and Man City dropped 2points apiece.

I'm actually surprised at the match today because I was thinking Manchester City will stick to the one goal they scored and defend it but however they were unable to maintain it making Liverpool to draw with them.

This draw will actually have a negative effects on Manchester City position on the premier League because if Arsenal wins there match today they will automatically have 30 points and will become the first in the premier League table, by beating Manchester City and Liverpool through points. Also considering how good in performance Arsenal is they have a serious chance of wining the Brentford today.

Plus, several other players were injured. which means, in this match City will not play their full starting eleven. but it wouldn't be Pep if he didn't have a strategy to overcome it, especially since this match was played at the Etihad Stadium. In their 5 matches, City always won playing at their own headquarters.
Well, I think this match will be exciting if City is not strengthened by several of its core players, especially Halaand. referring to Liverpool, I think Klopp will not waste this opportunity to get full points in his away match. although, the team they are playing against is a strong team in this competition.

And the scoreline ended just as you had hoped. It's now left for Arsenal to win their game against Brentford to secure the coveted 1st position.
For me, this game was a well fought one and even though Liverpool struggled to find their feet in the first half, you could see them righting their wrongs on the second half and if anything, Man City was forced to go defensive because of the way Liverpool were poaching their defenses.
Jurgen and Pep's rivalry go way back to when the two where coaches of the German bundesliga giants Bayern and Dortmund (Pep being the coach of Bayern)so if anything, they would always fight to gain dominance and I'm especially glad for the scoreline today. Not what either coaches wanted but I think Pep's more happier for a draw than a loss as it would have been very disappointing considering as they opened the scoring early enough.

Liverpool has final broken the deadlock on the 80th minutes after a long try, Alexander Arnold was the goal equaliser, as he scored with a brilliant finish by placing the ball on the last end of the right side of the post which Liverpool goalkeeper dived but couldn't stop the ball.
