I've hope for Chelsea, everyone keeps underrating the Blues, unknowingly to them, the club have started surprising everyone in matches against elite teams. Chelsea's recent games have delivered us an unambiguous signal about their form: they're not giving up and will be in a close contest for the title this season. Mauricio Pochettino is the man who will bring this dream to existence. Chelsea have been in fantastic shape recently, and I have no concerns about their performance this season; they will reach heights that no one would believe with their own eyes.

I wasn't surprised to see Chelsea completely outplayed Arsenal and gave Man City a run for their money during their recent encounters in the Premier league. At the moment, Chelsea are still not good enough because when they're up against underdogs or teams at the lower end of the table but when they're up against top 4 teams in the league, they put on some of the best displays.

Chelsea 1-1 Liverpool
Chelsea 2-2 Arsenal
Chelsea 4-4 City.

Remarkable results especially for a team that lost 0-2 at home to Brentford last month.

In essence, in my opinion, Erik Tag Hag must be stricter with players who cannot show their best game by substituting these players, not just disciplining players who are disobedient.
Erik Ten Hag's attempts at instilling discipline is a bit over the top imo, i know that as a manager you have to be in control of the dressing room in order to get good results, but you have to understand that these players are also human beings and adults as well, you don't publicly throw your player under the bus (like he did with Sancho), and expect them not to react (like Sancho did).

Remember how he also treated Ronaldo, who is arguably the greatest footballer to ever play the game, if Ten Hag has been overly successful in his time at Old Trafford, then nobody would remember all of this, but he is not succeeding as people would expect, thus leaving him with egg on his face. Erik Ten Hag should concentrate more on getting his tactics right, than on disciplining players.

Maybe Erik Ten Hag saw talent while at Atalanta even though it was only 1 season with Atalanta but Erik Ten Hag has seen so far that even with injuries Højlund was signed by Manchester City and I don't doubt Højlund because he seems to have talent at a young age.

That is the selfishness of Manchester United players is still difficult for Erik Ten Hag to overcome even though we have known how other players do the same, but do not know what is in Ten Hag's mindset because he is still difficult to manage the squad that is still surrounded by other player problems such as Jadon Sancho.

I think Erik Ten Hag believes in Rashford more than Højlund, although my own assumption is that Højlund's game is better than the current Rashford, he has a selfishness and wants to control the ball to score but does not think about the chances of other players.
Every coach has a reason for signing a player, they don't go about signing liabilities, they sign players as a result of their performance and then the fact that they see them as potential assets to their team, and sadly after being signed, the players will now lag behind in displaying up to expectation, then it'll seem that their signing was a regret or mistake but it's not true.

For United striker signee, he seems to have had better ball displays than Rashford, although he was signed as a result of his good performance in his last club, even though he isn't doing up to that same stance with United, he's at least trying and for Rashford who's been in the team for seasons, his performance this season has been so poor but still Ten Hag still allows favouritism to set in which is wrong in a team, Rashford needs some scolding and a very huge competitor for his spot, I believe that's the only means he'd have to use to try sitting up in his game.

Chelsea performance has improved and they need to remain consistent on their games going forward. When they played against Tottenham Hotspur, we thought they’re back in form and then they lose that consistency not until when they drew against Manchester City again. They need to be showcasing great football quality when playing against both big and small teams in order to go far in the league and have a better position in the league table.

They need to be showcasing great football quality when playing against both big and small teams in order to go far in the league and have a better position in the league table.
Chelsea's opponent this week is Newcastle United, which is also a big team with a not so bad position in the League table and I also hope that Chelsea can play better to improve their position in the League table. Because it is time for Chelsea to make a comeback with a very good performance from now on so that Chelsea can continue to stick with other mid-table teams before entering the start of the new year or before the transfer market opens again.
In the upcoming game, Newcastle and Chelsea are going to play against each other. This might be a tricky match because Newcastle is a good team, even though they don't always play consistently well. Chelsea, on the other hand, has faced tough opponents like Tottenham and Manchester City before. Based on how Chelsea performed in those matches, I think they have the skills to handle Newcastle and win the game.If Chelsea does win this next match, it could mean that Chelsea is doing really well again. This victory might boost their confidence and make them even more determined to win future games. Let's wait and see what happens in the match it's like a little adventure to find out who will come out on top.
Despite the fact that Chelsea drew Mancity, drew Arsenal, won Totthenham,I can still say they are not yet good enough to win Newcastle, although,I know Newcastle are one team that have really dissappointed me this season, their performances so far is far below how I expected them to perform this season. They haven't been consistent atall, and that is the reason Chelsea will get a point in this encounter, but I know Chelsea cannot win them.
After seeing all the fixtures this weekend, the only big team that can just grind out a win is Arsenal because they will be facing Brentford, but for Totthenham,I don't see them winning Aston Villa,I don't see Mancity winning Liverpool,I don't see Chelsea winning Newcastle or Newcastle winning Chelsea,I think all the games mentioned will end in a draw.

Chelsea has recently show that they have improved a little in their game style and are most likely good to face almost any team they may be encountering in the premier league, especially the draw against one of the toughest team this season must have taken their confidence high up enough.

They seem to show more strength playing against bigger teams than they will do against smaller team, they have succeeded in getting some points from every big team they meet this season, with Tottenham they got three points and with Manchester city they got one  so with Newcastle it's very possible they will get a point because they have got their morale high up and their confidence is really good .

I don't want t start giving Chelsea the accolades yet because for cry out loud, they she have performed well from the beginning since they have all it takes as a professional team to deliver on their mandates but have failed perpetually at some point in the season which was responsible for their drop in the table.

In my opinion, they should not have dropped from the beginning because they posses all the possibilities and capabilities to fiercely battle for the top table of the league. I don't want to be too sure yet but I see the possibility of Newcastle winning that match over Chelsea although Chelsea have the luxury of making their decision now, whether to win or to lose.

Manchester united is in its transforming stage, it will take time before they will bounce back to winning ways because there's a whole of things to set by the coach and the players will have to abide by strict rules set. Erik Ten Hag have his own ego to float, we know him to be one of the tough coaches that have managed Manchester United and he's not going to relent when it comes to his duties as headcoach. He discipline his players accordingly and he share the exact same respect and commitment to all of them despite the high status of some players.
It's true as you said, Man United really has to be patient and it will take time for them to return to being the team most feared by opponents in the EPL under Erik Hag's tag. But sometimes Erik Tag Hag's discipline is also too much in my opinion, just look at the example when Erik Tag Hag called out Sancho for not training well then sent him away but continued to play Rashford regardless of how bad he was hmm so I guess Rashford trains very well but can't do it in the game the truth, and what's strange is that when Rashford doesn't perform well but Erik Tag always plays him.

In essence, in my opinion, Erik Tag Hag must be stricter with players who cannot show their best game by substituting these players, not just disciplining players who are disobedient.

EPL table will change with time, let's watch out the outstanding performance that will come from these teams present, some will fight for significant positions and winning major titles while some will be relegated because of extremely poor performance this season. We should not hope because watching the team that will face Chelsea this weekend, Newcastle is not competitive as they were few months back, so it will be understandable if they're humiliated when they face Chelsea. Mauricio Pochettino and the Blues will no longer settle for lesser results this season, they have the burning fire in them.

After the era of Sir Alex Ferguson was over, Man United is always in the transforming period. It was already a long time that Man United is no longer in the winning way. Man United squad is always very unstable although they already changed many coaches. I don't know why Man United must take a long time to reform their squad. I think the problem isn't only about the coach but it is also about Man United management.

Erik Ten Hag have his own ego to float, we know him to be one of the tough coaches that have managed Manchester United and he's not going to relent when it comes to his duties as headcoach. He discipline his players accordingly and he share the exact same respect and commitment to all of them despite the high status of some players.
Alex Ferguson was also a strict and disciplined coach. But he knows how to deal with their players. He knows how to keep the squad in a good condition although there were good players who left Man United at that time. So, it is about the ability to manage the squad in a proper way. It is something that Erik Ten Hag still can't apply in Man United. He has an ego and strict to the players but he doesn't know how to keep the balance of Man United squad. As a coach, Erik Ten Hag must have the ability to keep the squad condition in a comfortable condition although he has a problem with 1-2 players. One of the way, is too choose the right team captain. It should be for a player with stable and mature mentality. It is not for a player like Harry Maguire or Bruno Fernandes.

Ten Hag must win the dressing room because everything starts from there. Some of Manchester United's senior players look selfish in the game and actually this should be resolved rather than bringing in lots of new players. I agree that there are certainly some players who come and go, but improving the performance of existing players must be the focus at this time.
The egoism that occurs at Manchester United does seem to have become an ingrained problem because it is not only about Ten Hag who still has a big ego but some of his players are also the same, especially when on the field.
This season I am still highlighting the play of Rashford and Bruno who sometimes play always prioritizing their individual qualities rather than working well together with a team. Things like this are always difficult to control, especially for Rashford who sometimes focuses too much on dribbles and Bruno who always insists on scoring goals.
Although it is sometimes a good thing but on the one hand this also makes opportunities sometimes wasted and if Ten Hag remains trusted as now to become a coach at Manchester United then he must be able to solve things like this.

Manchester doesn't have any good consistency, not in the Champions League nor in the Premier League but it's fine thÉat they are in better place in the table but they are still far from Atson Villa that is ahead of them by 4 points and even they are can win their next two matches, what is the probability of Aston villa not winning their next two matches as well.

There is no way to expect that from Chelsea because it's  like we are requesting  a heavy duty from Chelsea. Let's say the want to be consistent, they are 10 points away from the top of the table and they need atleast like 3 win back to back before getting that. Now, how is Chelsea going to have 3 clear games for Chelsea without causing any problem. Even Manchester City will have to break a lot of resistance to keep such kind of title but it's Chelsea they want to bran it.

Managing players who have a high level of egoism is very difficult, especially if the coach does not have a brilliant career to gain a lot of respect. Ten Hag came to the Premier League with his team's good performance in the Eredivisie, but he has not completely failed in managing the team because in his first season he was able to bring Manchester United qualified to the Champions League.

It's surprising that they are 6th in the table because you can't tell from their play that they can be in that position. I am not happy with their position in the Champions League, they are losing in a blowout and most likely won't even qualify for the Europa League. In the EPL standings they are still holding up well

It is unfortunate indeed for some players who can be said to have failed at Manchester United, especially for Van De Beek. I quite like what he did at the previous club but his performance dropped dramatically at Manchester United not only today but even in the Rangnick and Ole era he failed to shine especially with the injuries he had experienced exacerbating the performance problems of Van De Beek.
Several offers have also been made for this player but he continues to insist on being at Manchester United but it looks like this January he will be forced to leave.
For some other players there will definitely be some changes but the problem is that the scouts at Manchester United and Ten Hag's choices also sometimes do not match expectations such as now Mount who still cannot show his performance or last season where we saw the name Weghorst who failed on loan.
Van de Beek once shone with Ten Hag when he was at Ajax which was indeed a very good season for Ajax because there were several players like Martinez, Antony and Van de Beek and Haller but after the move of these players to the current club where Haller to Dortmund and 3 players to Manchester United (Van de Beek, Antony and Martinez) so far only Martinez has not been too disappointing because for Van de Beek the previous injury problem really made him like destroyed in terms of performance other than that Antony, I don't want to talk anything about his emotions that are always overflowing.

If there is going to be a major overhaul in January then Manchester United must be prepared with all situations and finances because releasing some players like Eriksen or Van de Beek now I don't think it will make their finances increase much because the value is currently far below compared to previous purchases.

Manchester United's situation regarding coach and player relations is heating up again. Currently it is rumoured that after Jadon Sancho was involved in a problem with Ten Hag that has not ended until now there is now the name Varane who is rumoured to be dissatisfied with the way Ten Hag's leadership at Manchester United has made the relationship between the two tenuous now.
This situation gave rise to a rumour that Varane will leave to avoid further conflict with Ten Hag and indeed this is the fastest way for him to get out of the trap of his problems (just like Ronaldo) where it is now rumoured that Varane will leave in January. This will be exploited by several clubs because there are already offers from SPL clubs to bring Varane to the oil fields and there are also offers from Bayern that have been prepared for Varane if he decides to leave.
But clearly this will be a disaster again for Manchester United especially for their defence because if in the end Varane leaves then indeed the defence has many gaps where the current situation is some of their players are also injured.

Ten Hag is about to make a huge change in Manchester United and they are going to sell or release some players. Manchester United surely needs some changes.
Donny van de Beek and Sancho are going to leave in January. Scott McTominay, Casemiro, and Christian Eriksen are probably open for sale, and probably Manchester United will not buy Sofyan Amrabat permanently after his loan is over.
The last time Ten Hag made some changes in Manchester United he couldn't improve the team and now Ten Hag hopes to see better performance from Manchester United after some changes he is going to make.

But the problem is that even if there was a thorough discussion in the dressing room and maybe it could fix everything, I see it as nothing more than a formality. After being on the field, these players will definitely forget what was discussed previously and in my opinion, even if Manchester United still has players who are as selfish as before, then they will not really be able to solve the problem and the team must be willing to continue to be at a disadvantage.

Though Chelsea seems to have performed a little bit well in their current matches but that can't give them an edge that they are at the verge of picking form. Chelsea needs lots of works to do in other to achieve a long time winning streak, I think now that Chelsea have achieved quite a good result after meeting three of the top four contenders, I mean they met Arsenal and drew, met Tottenham and won, then also met Manchester city and drew. So achieving 5 points in this three matches was really a great performance for the club but however they need to improve more as it will be very bad to play good football against a stronger side then lose to a weaker team it is really gonna be ridiculous.

I agree with your point, Manchester United already have a lot of talented players and adding more players when they can’t manage and deal with the current ones will make the existing feel unappreciated of that fact and assume the team don’t really value them for bringing in young players like them. The management might also want to make the team more competitive by bringing in rivals to those players that don’t perform well or are full of themselves. Whatever they do or intend to do, they should work on improving the overall performance of the team because they are lacking in all positions now which they need to address before it gets worse for them in the league.

I don't think there should be much concern about the feelings of players when new players get added to raise the competition. Every player playing on that level as a professional has to be able to cope with competition. This is not about individual wishes or feelings, it is about the team as a collective and competition is a major part of it. It is actually what makes everyone better. But the issue isn't competition, the issue is the lack of the ability to smoothly integrate players into the system (if there is any system). Manchester United had lots of great talents and couldn't get them to play well for the team. But this can have many reasons and the coach might be one of them.
