It seems that Chelsea has not been free from the curse that made them play so badly. losing to Brentford with 2 goals without reply at home was really bad for Pochettino. he really got a hard slap from the results of that match.

in another match, Arsenal was already 2-0 up against Sheff. This result will strengthen Arsenal to catch up with Tottenham and on the other hand, bury Sheff deeper at the bottom of the standings without winning points in 10 matches.

Even though I am not a fan of Chelsea, I have soft spot for them and really wish they get back to being the strong force of English Premiership.  I see the Chelsea of old as a team that knows how to defend their position and are easily overwhelmed by fatigue like the Arsenal of last season. The league title was theirs and they willingly handed it over to Manchester City.

 I am truly one of those disappointed by Chelsea this weekend. I did not bet on them but really wish they had won today's game that is against a smaller team that's even away.  Truly, Brentford made the bridge to collapse. 

It's so unfortunate for Chelsea, just at a time when everyone was thinking that Chelsea is picking form and they lost this match to Brentford. Well, for me Chelsea did their best but their defense was too porous and I suggest Pochettino needs a lot of works to in the defense maybe he should try signing new defender this January transfer window.

This was same thing that happened in the match against Arsenal, Chelsea had every chance to win Arsenal in that match but due to some defensive errors Arsenal were able to come from behind and Equalize so I assume the problem is from the defense.

Chelsea again have wasted this match and gave away three points to Brentford. This is the fourth loss for this season for Chelsea and it against a smaller team that every one would have expected them to have won without any stress. If Chelsea will continue playing like this, no one will have hope on them henceforth. Just in their last two matches they played a very great game and we all thought that their bad days are over now but they just showed that they’re not an inconsistent team to depend on yeah. This is such an awful game and I never expected such performance from Chelsea today.

Chelsea were only good in the first half, but even so, in the most important stat (after the score), they lost:

Another fall for Chelsea to 11th place, but it seems that if we look at the last games, their game is becoming more and more lively? Maybe when they deal with the injury epidemic they will at least return to the top half of the standings.

Chelsea have disappointed alot of people, not only that they've made a lot of bettors loose their bet, before the match they were the favorites to win the game and I know alot of bettors picked them based on their previous 3 performance but suprisenly they were so careless against Brentford and allowed them to score the 1st goal, I think Chelsea really need to make proper use of the winter window and get a quality finisher because that's what the team is lacking currently instead of focusing on other areas, maybe after they've succeeded in recruiting a good finisher them they could try strengthening other areas they feel is lacking.

 There performance was good though they dominated the game and where more possessive but they couldn't convert the chances they got due to the lack of a good finisher in the team, Chelsea had about 17shots but could only get 2 shots on target,however if you check their head to head game you'll see that Brentford has won them twice at Stamford Bridge in their last 5 meetings.

Chelsea is really bad. And I will take that discredit to Pochettino as well as I will take the credit to him if the club did well.  I watched the match live and my overall expression to what happened is a failure. I can not imagine that Chelsea have had 4 defeats so far since the beginning of this season.

I have analyzed that Brentford under Frank Thomas, has scored more goals and won more match in the Stamford Bridge than Pochettino and Frank Lampard combined. I suggest that Chelsea employs Thomas as their next manager. I am not comfortable with the way Chelsea have been inconsistent. Chelsea have been struggling since the start of this season. One player gets into form whereas another one gets injured. Pochettino needs to do better.

There must be so many gamblers lost their money in this match, the odds for Chelsea was about 1.6+ and it should be a juicy odds to be missed by bettors.
Unfortunately the game ended unexpectedly with a cleansheet win by Brentford, any of you betting on Brentford with the huge odds (more than 5.5)?
This result is a proof that Chelsea is still in unstable form, maybe we can say that their situation is similar to Man United.
Both teams bought some expensive players before the season start but it does not give good effect for the whole team so far.

I don't really no what is wrong with Chelsea, there performance is getting worst by the day, today's match against Brentford I was thinking Chelsea will win the match but they end up losing the game.

Chelsea tactics is not working at all, so just like you said Brentford strategy was just a defensive play with the target of either to win or draw and the pattern actually worked for them.

I don't actually no the match Chelsea will be able to win because even the Brentford that won them are not even much on a good form this season because they have played 8 matches this September till now and they have only won 3 of there matches, lose 4 matches and draw 2 match which in overall performance is very poor, perhaps considering all this fact Chelsea was suppose to win the match today.

Before the kick off I was almost so certain Chelsea wouldn't loose in today's game but I'm at the verg of disappointment with the performance I'm seeing so far, it's even worse to think Chelsea is at home having this experience, I taught for once that were improving after seeing the fantastic performance they pulled up against arsenal last week

Brentford wasn't supposed to be a problem to Chelsea back then in their glory days but then how they are looking like it's a struggle to draw Brentford in Their home is really not impressive, pochetino has already given us some feelings of hope with recent performance, having won a game and putting up such fierceness against Arsenal, well I hope they turn out better subsequently

Brentford secured 2 goals from Chelsea home without allowed them to smells their goalpost to scored a single goal, which is the best behavior any strong team can do to their opponent just to prove to people that they are stronger than Chelsea in this season which they did from first half to second half to beat Chelsea 0:2 to promote to 10 position in the premier league table. Chelsea strikers try all their strategies to ensure they have way to Brentford goalpost in the game but it look like Brentford really study Chelsea new tactics they are using to play strong teams to draw games with them but they never allow such tactics to work for Chelsea through out the game.

This is a sign that Chelsea coach has to go and work more to improve his team before people will accept that there is a positive changes in them because, they are still displaying the poor results they displayed last season that made their president to budget huge amount of money to signed in new players and talented coach waiting to prove themselves in this season.

The little time left in the game, Chelsea were playing for a draw, Sanchez their goalkeeper who was faulted last week for giving Arsenal the chance to equalize, made sure today that any Chance that Chelsea had to equalize was dashed by coming forward to try to head the ball into the other goal from the corner kick chance that Chelsea had. Brentford capitalized on it and made sure to quickly counter attack an empty Chelsea back post to score a second goal and secure their three points in Chelsea home stadium.

Have said this before don't put your trust on Chelsea this season they have nothing to offer absolute nothing to offer, they are best in pushing and playing rough game, ever since I knew Chelsea will not win from the starting the way they handle Brentford they lack passing skill and team work. But the way Chelsea played Arsenal last week if chealsea had brought that energy today it will be a win for them

This should be Chelsea's worst performance ever. With their recent form, one would have expected them to take the three points at Stamford Bridge. I never expected Brentford to won this very match. After winning Brighton, Fulham, Burnley and securing a draw with Arsenal, one would have expected them to easily win Brentford at home.

This season really look so bad and unpredictable for the Blues. Both the fans and players might be disappointed at the outcome of this match. I guess its bookies weekend once again.

On paper, Arsenal should win this match easily. Bear in mind that Sheffield Utd is at the bottom of the standings. In this match, the Gunners will not play Gabriel Jesus who has a hamstring strain, as well as Partey who has a muscle injury. However, Arteta still has Nketiah. the rest is filled by ordinary players.  even though it refers to several predictions, there is a slight difference. It could be that Arteta will rotate players. On the other hand, Sheffield will experience a tough match when they visit Erates.
