With their current impressive display so far, the odds might actually be on their favor as Brentford's side isn't too consistent in their premier league campaign so far despite winning Burnley last weekend, Brentford is yet to record a win since their last 3 premier league matches at away. Chelsea winning Brentford will also give them an edge in their home winning though Brentford seems to be ahead of Chelsea in their head to head for their last 3 meetings by winning 2 matches and drew one.

Well, at least they have improved in the last few games although if we recap, the positive results they have achieved have been against mediocre clubs, apart from Arsenal. In this match, their chances are quite open, and if they can display a game like the one against Arsenal, I am quite sure they will be able to achieve the desired results in this match.

Although they are a little better now, the doubts about them are still quite big. It is very natural when a club of their size gets that doubt, because they are actually one of the clubs considered in this English League. We'll see if they will get another positive result in this match or not.
But for me personally, I still avoid putting them on the betting list.

You’re right, sometimes football doesn’t work that way but since Chelsea is playing at home they should be strong enough to beat Brentford who are currently struggling to win, they only won once in their last 6 games which is something chelsea can capitalize on as it stands. Chelsea have improved massively in recent games and their games against in form Arsenal proved it to everyone i think what they only lack currently is clinicality up front their attackers are scoring goals but wasting chances too much that is why they got punished by Arsenal to come back in the game last weekend.

Chelsea are not up there as it stands but with the way they play and the way Brentford are struggling they should be able to win comfortably today if they play the way they played against Arsenal. Brentford cannot be underrated but due to their poor performance recently Chelsea have more chances of winning.

I thought it was a sure win for Tottenham, but surprisingly Crystal Palace played quite good and able to compete against Tottenham. The domination in ball possession by Tottenham is useless if they can't create more chances than the opponent, so for me Tottenham's performance was not good.

If they're still struggle against Crystal Palace, they will not able to protect their current position.

Totenham was so struggling during this game. The club was only able making 1 shot on target against palace. Palace's defensive line was pretty solid during the match. I see that even son was feeling so difficult in passing the defenders of totenham.
It can be seen from how totenham was trying so hard in making additional goal after palace was making totenham lead the game by make own goal. Totenham was almost cleansheet but palace was able scoring at the end of game.
Totenham was not lucky enough but so far so good consider totenham was able stealing full points from palace.

Tottenham became more dangerous in this season, match by match, and with time, they know how to win even it's not their good match and they don't have beauty winning. What they need is three points and they can do everything to achieve three points.

Who need a beauty attacking match if at the end, you only have a draw with one point and falls behind other competitors in Premier League?
Tottenham only need minimal winnings to crawl to their finish line. If they can do many minimal win matches, they will destroy Premier League and will become a new champion.

Son Heung Min again scored for Tottenham and he deserves a captain armband which was taken over from Harry Kane. The appearance of Madison helps Son a lot and Madison is more similar than an attacking midfielder. He is different than Harry Kane who is more like a striker even has some great passing skills and made many assists for Son Heung Min.

They were the first title challengers that everyone called out alongside Manchester city this season. Last season what they lack was a quality squad to help them when the season went long but this season almost all the positions has better back except the Striker role. Both Nketiah and Jesus are not enough for a title charge. Arteta should have sticked with Balogun because he offers more on a area battle than the other two.

How can you say Balogun is better than Jesus and Nketiah,how many goals has Balogun scored this season that you would assume he is better than them,Arsenal need a quality striker,yes,but we also need Gabriel Jesus who has this high pressing method quality,and it is exactly what Arsenal needs.When Balogun was given chances to impress Arteta in the preseason,he wasn't able to get any goal,he wasn't even able to impress Arsenal fans,but he was everywhere online making noise about how good he is and he is beched by Arteta.

I have predicted this match before it was played because it was already glaring to the eye that Tottenham Spurs will win over Crystal Palace on away. Although I envisaged more goals than a 2 - 1 but Tottenham is not much worried about the goals but the win. A 1 - 0 would have still been okay by the club's manager, Postecoglou.

The own goal by Ward set the pace for the second and winning goal by Son. I had already know that the match won't favor Palace after that own goal. I was also not impressed with the performance of Crystal Palace as they had a low possession and low chances of making good goals. Now, Tottenham has maintained their position at the top of the table with 26 points and zero lose.

Angelos Postecoglou is cooking something for his club, we're yet to figure it out because it all sound funny at the present moment. Tottenham Hotspur accumulate another three points, they have no struggles against average sides, because they're in good form and can equally match-up the strength of other league teams. Facing Crystal Palace was one of the tremendous form for Spurs, they did actually found the game to be difficult because Crystal Palace was defensive all through the game, having no balance to score, though Spurs were able to double the lead before conceding a goal from the Eagles player, Ayew.

I would not think that this match would end in a draw after seeing the positive trend that Chelsea is experiencing in the last few matches Its possible that Chelsea still has the advantage to win even if its only by a narrow score, but it all depends on Pochettino as the coach who sets Chelsea strategy if that his reputation wants to improve it before the season gets worse, Pochettino should be able to bring this positive trend even stronger to maintain the strategy he is implementing because to beat Brentford is not easy with Chelsea current performance, they have to work a little harder to be able to beat Brentford in today match and if Pochettino is able to maintain this trend maybe chelsea will win by 1 score or maybe I choose to bet on chelsea or Brentford winning. Its all because in the second half, my prediction is that if Chelsea weakens in defense, Brentford could make a comeback and if Chelsea want to win, Chelsea should score a goal and then strengthen their defense until the match ends.
