Man City can always beat Arsenal but then last week Arsenal managed to beat Man City. In my opinion, the same thing could happen in the Chelsea vs Arsenal match. That is, Arsenal can always beat Chelsea, but it could be that in the next match it will be Chelsea who can beat Arsenal. Although statistically I also agree that Arsenal will actually be much more favored. Chelsea have not found their best performance because Chelsea actually does not have a mainstay striker at the moment. Their consistency is also questionable. So it is not surprising that Arsenal will be favored by many people.

The problem is that currently Chelsea is in a bad situation. If you look at the statistics, this is something that has happened several times in previous seasons where Chelsea were often able to win matches against Arsenal. However, in the current situation at Chelsea, I see that there is almost no chance for them to win. Arsenal have not been defeated and Chelsea have suffered 3 defeats. Chelsea is currently the worst in previous seasons. I think it will be an easy win for Arsenal.

I think one day we might see Arteta starting to manage Manchester City. The reason why I think like this is Arteta's being one of Guardiola's students.  Smiley  When the time is right Guardiola would decide to leave Manchester City. It would be early or not but he won't manage this team forever in the end.
If Arteta didn't leave City to take up the managerial position at Arsenal, then i might agree with you that he would have been promoted from assistant manager to manager when Pep decides to step down, and if he had also gone to another team (that's not Arsenal), i would also agree with you that it is possible he would take over from Pep. But Arsenal is a club that Arteta loves so much and the fans love him too, i think he is going to be at Arsenal for a long, long time; and he isn't going to leave even if the managerial position at City opens up.

This is an interesting discussion because he is now on a good way with Arsenal and he is indeed developing the team and making it stronger. When Pep Guardiola finishes his project Manchester City and by then Arteta has not won the Premier League, but would then decide to leave Arsenal and go to Manchester City, I think it would harm his reputation because everyone would say that Arteta is this guy who couldn't it with Arsenal and that is why he took over this team that's fully developed and just needs some coaching and then he can win the title. Winning the title with Arsenal would be a completely different success story for Arteta from winning it with Manchester City in the future.

Arteta really made the most of last summer's transfer window. He has bought several quality players who can help the team stay balanced if their main players are absent due to injury.

It is believed that Saka's injury could cause problems for Arsenal in the match against Manchester City, but Arsenal can cover the gap with their reserve players. Arteta really succeeded in maintaining a balance in the quality of players from the main players to the reserve players.

I think Arsenal must maintain the opportunity to continue to be in the winning zone in the next match. Because Arsenal has an impressive reality this season because they have not experienced defeat in the first 8 matches this season.
Last season Arsenal also did something like that where Arsenal were at the top of the standings for quite a long time but when towards the end of the season their ranking was able to be shifted by Manchester City. The victory against Manchester City is not the end of everything for Arsenal because there are still quite a lot of matches that they have to focus on as best as possible so as not to lose a single point. I think Manchester City always has a gap to return to the top of the standings and that gap is what Arsenal must cover this season.

It is quite correct that you say Arsenal is stronger this season because some of their new players seem to blend easily with Arteta's style of play. But are they able to keep their consistent pace on the winning track?  In the Premier League, they don't have to focus on one team but on all teams because Liverpool can hinder their winning streak in the upcoming match. The teams will continue to show their best game in every match, therefore the competition this season will be tougher for Arsenal when compared to last season.

At that time Manchester City will need to find a manager who can continue from where Guardiola left. They would make use of a manager who wouldn't need to make huge changes in the system as well. That man would definitely be Arteta in my opinion. After doing great things with Arsenal he can reach the top of his career with Manchester City in the future.

A very good example is last season when Arsenal could have easily been champions but City surprisingly managed to dislodge them from the top spot... So I agree that at the beginning of the season teams just adjust and make their game... As for Brighton, they can really make a surprise in the match against City, both good and bad...
Arsenal's performance surprised everyone last season. Most people had confidence in Arsenal to win the league last season, but Arsenal surprised everyone with their performance towards the end of the season. Arsenal had a better opportunity to win the league last season. Arsenal was leading Manchester city which was in second position with a reasonable points which I didn’t believe Manchester city will be able to cover up those points before the season ends. Arsenal's performances have also been incredible this season. Let’s see how they end this season. Let’s keep on hoping their performance won’t drop before the end of the season. I can’t really say Arsenal can win the league this season.

Arsenal's main weakness last season was that their bench team was not strong. This is why Arsenal's performance became completely unstable after several players were injured. And the group can't get back to their truck. Manchester  City eventually won the title. But this season the scenario is completely different.  Arsenal team is stronger this season. Their bench team is also quite strong. So even if the players get injured, the coach has options. This is why Arsenal's performance is unlikely to be unstable. Their match strategy is very good. Also the understanding between the players is also excellent. This is why Arsenal team is the favorite for this year's Premier League title.

Pep Guardiola is a very tactical man and his ways are always different and one step ahead of others. Their defeat to Arsenal will not in anyway affect their fight for the title race. I fear that they may comeback stronger than before after this break. Manchester City are known to be persevered and won’t give up until their last game in the season. When the existing first XI players are now becoming weak or opponents begin to understand their style of play, they usually use their backup players to replace them and win games for them. Pep Guardiola is use to doing this and I expect him to do the same even now if he has no other option on how to penetrate and win matches in the coming features.

Losing a game or two at this point wouldn’t hurt their chances of winning the title again this season. In my opinion, they’re still looking good enough for it too. They’re still in top form and the loss to Arsenal should be a wake up call that there are other clubs that have renewed vigor are also determined to be in first position at the end of the season.
I doubt supporters faith in the club is wavering following the loss to Arsenal. Pep is an incredible coach that knows how best to utilize a players talent. Man City is in good and capable hands.

I also expect Manchester City to start a winning streak after the break. The loss to Arsenal was a significant loss for them, but it was a predictable one. After all, Manchester City only loses three or four games at most in a season and this was one of them. It's bad that they lost to their direct rivals, but they can make up for it by winning their other matches.
Many of us do not understand the disease that accompanies loses. If a team, let's say Team A has a match as Team B and Team C. But they have to play Team B before Team C.  If Team A is able to beat Team B with upto 3 goals, Team C is technically defeated.
Why you see clubs like Manchester city always win matches is because of the fear factor people have for them. That fear will make coaches introduce foreign formations to play against the inform team and they likely lose. Since Manchester city has started lossing, don't be surprised if the Citizens surprised you once more

Losing to Arsenal certainly felt more painful for Man City. Because after all, currently, Arsenal is his biggest and strongest enemy in the EPL. Every league definitely has matches with high levels of tension, and the EPL is no different. Man City and Arsenal are matches that are definitely very classy. So when you win this match, it will create a lot of prestige. Unfortunately at that time, Man City could not play optimally due to the absence of their two key players. And this may continue, so Pep still has to rack his brains so that they remain strong for the next matches.
Pep Guardiola will definitely make improvements after this defeat. So Man City will be better in the next matches. My estimate is that Man City will indeed return to their winning trend despite all this. Because if Man City experiences defeat once again, it will have a negative impact on the self-confidence of the players in the Man City squad itself. So Man City will definitely try not to experience defeat again. And losing to Arsenal could be said to be surprising but it could also be said to be normal. Because Arsenal is currently much more stable. Meanwhile, Man City is currently experiencing difficulties due to injuries to several players. Against Brighton might be the match that determines whether Man City's performance returns or not.

When things get tough, Pep's tactical genius shines through. They play especially well at the end of the season. By remaining very strong mentally, Manchester City establishes a psychological advantage over their rivals. If there is a good winning streak after the losses at the beginning of the league, it won't be that important.
Manchester city are just lacking the present of de bruyne because he is an exceptional midfielder and he just makes the difference in the team and his presence makes the whole team a totally different team and Manchester city I think it's just suffering from the de bruyne effect. But the loss against arsenal is actually exceptional because this gunners team have really stepped up their game and if they can continue like this they would definitely make a difference in the title decided.

The first half of the game was just so boring both sides did not do bad but Arsenal still on played better than Manchester City in the First half.
That should be a bad lose to Pep Guardiola, though I know he will kinda predict Arsenal would be getting three points since his squad has  not all of the players absent.
Arsenal fans are happy after the head to head 12 games lost to Pep Guardiola all alone.
Can Arsenal take same pressure to face Chelsea, for that game, I'm supporting Chelsea getting a win or draw. Arsenal has won too much.
Pep Guardiola will come up soon with a strategic plan. Soon!

If they continue to work hard and get an injection of energy from players recovering from injury I'm sure they will manage to end their bad streak when the game returns after the break. Manchester City are still on a good track because they have a fairly close point difference with the teams above them in the standings.

So Pep Guardiola must be able to return Manchester City to victory in the Premier League in order to regain top spot from Tottenham.
The defeat against Arsenal was quite painful in that match because both teams played quite well but unfortunately they failed in that match.
Apart from that, Pep Guardiola also has to put pressure on his players to show their best form, such as Haaland who has to be able to score goals when the team needs to win.

Underestimate- nothing
Arsenal 2nd on the table with a tremendous display against the Champions Man City, so much attacking force without letting the Citizens hold on to the ball both up front and on the defense. Gabriel Jesus did very well in that game and he has come out to say he has discussed his preferred position with the manager Mikel Arteta Amatriain which is as a 9, and I was like number 9? I don't see him doing pretty well on that attacking line but playing as a false 9 or a winger would be better. Even when he played for Pep I think he didn't play as a number 9, outside that position he did well but why now does he have to choose when they have Edward Keddar Nketiah that's doing fine in that position? To me I think he should play from the wing to help out Trossard when he doesn't meet up expectations, it is either as a false 9 or a winger for Jesus.

Arsenal is trying to fix themselves and put their head in the game that is what they should have done a very long time ago even in their game against Manchester City they already had a plan of holding Arsenal to play draw with them and eventually arsenal got lucky and scored and with arsenals win have placed them on the second.and none of their defense strategies worked. Since his return, Gabriel Jesus has shown signs of improvement. and a winger offers him an advantage in his play. Gabriel is attempting because he was not given much attention while at Manchester City, and he is doing his best at Arsenal. And, as you suggested, he should stay on the wing to assist Trossard. Asenal will be facing chelsea soon and its another bonus for arsenal to win.

Manchester City still have the firepower even against Arsenal they displayed a lot of it. Arsenal where more defensive and containing the city side, while city where more aggressive in the attack. Of course I will give it to arteta for his brilliant performance, at least it was much better than last season. Also for city side, these guys have been on the winning side  week in week out, i believe most of their players might as well suffer from fatigue, and it's natural in football because if Kevin De Bruyne had been on that midfield, trust me we will be having a different conversation here, because Arsenal where really on the lucky side of that game.
That match was a tactical match from two tacticians. Arteta has understand the errors Pep and Manchester City were waiting for just as they did against Arsenal last season home and away, Arsenal played very well but small error gave Manchester City the chance to score Arsenal, that was Arteta avoided in the match that is why the match looks annoying because it seems like both the teams were defending their home; and at end, Arsenal were lucky to win the match.

Arsenal is will now remain the tough opponent for Manchester City and will be the only team alongside with Tottenham that will likely win the Premier League this season.

After the last 2 matches must lose, Manchester City will host Brighton in the upcoming match. Brighton also has the status of not an easy opponent to beat, they play well even though the last 2 matches they also struggled and had to lose and draw. Manchester City must not underestimate them in this match, if they do then Brighton has the potential to give them 3 defeats in a row. The absence of KDB affects their attack line, yes now they are a little difficult in building attacks and providing passes that spoil their attackers.

Although it is common for a team to lose, I don't think Manchester City will want to repeat the same error twice in a row. The squad will be aware of their bad play, thus even if it is normal for a team to lose, it is also extremely painful. Manchester City lost to two teams this season, and I believe that will be one of the most upsetting things in their minds going forward because they always see themselves as a team that no one can beat. Manchester City is the best team in the Premier League, and they have good players who are very good at scoring goals, but I'm not sure what is going on with them right now.

The match between Manchester City and Brighton will be one of those that will be interesting to watch because Brighton is also a team that has good performances, even though they occasionally lose, but their performances occasionally surprise many people, because if we look at Brighton's match against Liverpool, they truly care about the game and almost want to defeat Liverpool, Brighton has a lot of young players who are very smart, and they also have one of the best players from Barcelona, known to us all as ansu Fati, among them. If Manchester City did not play carefully and well against Brighton, Brighton would defeat them or end the game in a draw.

Manchester City has not really been the same without Kevin De Bruyne and Rodri. The absence of De Bruyne is noticed in their gameplay. While I think they’re still in good form and still very much a strong contender for winning the title again this season.
Arsenal has also notably improved a considerable lot from last season and they’re also in good form, playing better football. This is evident in their games. I think it says a lot when playing against Manchester City and they find it difficult to score a goal.
Manchester City are completely in for the EPL title race this season, these defeats are setbacks that would be comprehended in due time. Pep Guardiola is definitely thinking outside the box, and we should expects the very impossible tasks he would take next. Pep Guardiola is totally different from other EPL managers, more reason he's the best  because he's always one step ahead of all his opponents, triggering for the very best results. Pep will work on his squad  and ensured they will be able to adapt without these players become what City often do is replacing their key players with backup ones just to blend them in.
