Apart from Rodri who is banned from playing and De Bruyne who is injured, Man City and especially Pep Guardiola are having a bad day in my opinion. Arsenal managed to break their negative trend during their meeting with Man City, and Arteta achieved his first victory over his teacher Pep. Now Tottenham is at the top of the standings because Arsenal managed to beat Man City, and Arsenal is in second place even though they have collected the same points as Tottenham due to the difference in goal statistics.

Regarding the course of the match which looks boring, I think that's very natural because losing points will have an impact on the position in the standings as I mentioned at the beginning. On the other hand, Arteta success cannot be separated from their transfer market movements last summer, so they were able to create a solid and unbeatable squad so far in the EPL.

As a supporter of the Gunners, I am very happy with their victory on matchday this week. however, referring to the pattern that Pep uses, I am confused about why he also uses the 4-3-3 pattern. In fact, Pep can apply a 4-2-3-1 system, or maybe a 3-2-4-1 pattern in this match. In fact, as far as I know, Pep doesn't hesitate to speculate and experiment with the system and rotation of some of his players. However, in this match Pep chose the same pattern as Arsenal. I thought this match would end in a draw, fortunately Martinelli was able to use a pass from Kai Harvertz and was able to convert it into a goal. even though the only goal was scored, it was enough of a victory for the Gunners' young squad. and I am happy with this result, in the end Arsenal was able to break City's dominance.
Now, Arsenal is in 2nd place only on goal difference from Spurs. however, both teams have the same 20 points.
Meanwhile, City suffered their second defeat in the Premier League competition. If Pep had implemented another pattern, it looks like this match would not have ended in their defeat. but on the other hand, this competition is increasingly competitive.

After twelve head to head game won, Arsenal and Mikel Arteta finally got a win at home to impress the fans. You see the signature of Kovacic from Chelsea has got to be the worst deal done this season. Still don't know why he barely bring the lad Kalvin Philips to play.
Kovacic is not productive and Creative and that has cost Manchester City midfied lack of ball flow forward.

Not just Rodri was missed, Erling Haaland was rendered useless since he had no Kevin De Brunye to assist him. Pep Guardiola should fix himself and the squad better when they return from International games and break.

History changer Arsenal coach Arteta, honestly speaking city were lucky that saka didn't play this game cause from my own paspective it would have been worse than this, good defence from Arsenal. Congrats to the whole team, my advice for Arsenal is to keep the good work am proud of the gunners, I also believe Arsenal deserves this win because they're stronger than Manchester city, the confidence Arsenal has this season is Philomena

Arsenal finally managed to break their bad luck when they met Man City, everyone knows that Arsenal have never won against Man City in almost the last three seasons. A positive result that deserves appreciation for Arteta squad, because they have luck like Wolves, because they managed to beat Man City. Of course we enjoyed the game, and we know that the statistics for both of them show that Man City only won in possession of the ball, while Arsenal outperformed in other aspects.

Rodri absence from Pep main squad has had an impact on overall performance, the one thing Pep misses the most is De Bruyne. What is clear is that City will try to recover in the next match, Pep certainly won't want to lose points when they meet Brighton. Actually, I was quite bored watching this match because there weren't many opportunities created and it was also apparent that both teams played very carefully in this match so as not to make fatal mistakes. Manchester city are a team in crisis with the absence of their star men Rodri and De Bruyne with both of them out due to suspension and Injury respectively. Although city dominated the game in the first half but they lack the final ball to Halaand who most of the game was kept in check by both Arsenal center back. The second half also started the same way with Rico Lewis causing little problems for Arsenal in such that if it were a more experienced player Arsenal would have been in trouble. Arsenal later grew into the game when Martinell came on and was more direct than the other attackers. The game was gotten hold of by Arsenal immediately they had Partey on the pitch, he brought balance to the team and his brilliant over top ball set up the goal.

Arsenal were lucky to take the three points but my concern is they definitely need a striker because both Jesus and Nketiah were wasteful and if it was another day Manchester City would have punished them

You seem not to understand how important points from this match is to both managers that's why you think the both teams are playing a boring game. These are two most competitive rivals for the EPL title last season and coming to this season same coin is flipping itself and both managers are cautiously avoiding errors that could cost their team the 3 points affecting their position on the table because for both teams every point means a lot as they progress in the EPL competition. Unfortunately the match didn't end a goalless draw as you had predicted, Artheta was able to by chance steal the 3 points winning the game 1-0 proving a home advantage against the Gardiola side. But I'll have been well pleased if the game had ended a goalless draw.

Arsenal knows very well that it is exactly this type of game that needs to be won as they are first now and they have not lost one single game as of yet while Manchester City has lost two of them and what is bad is that they lost them in a consecutive way.Tottenham the other team sharing the top of the standings with Arsenal has not played against strong teams and they have been collecting most points against weaker teams,sure they got a draw against Arsenal but at that game I think they were extremely lucky and Arsenal got under pressure at that game.I think it is very interesting the Premier League as of now.

I had the time to watch today's match between Arsenal and Manchester city from the beginning till the end, and trust me when i say that this is one of the best matches for Arsenal when it comes to performance, in fact, I have never seen or watched Arsenal play this good against a bigger club like Manchester city.

It was a wow game for Arsenal, I was actually expecting the game to end in a draw, but Arsenal got lucky around the 80th minute of the game and scored their first and winning goal. Manchester indeed performed very badly to be honest, in as much as I did not pray for them to win the game, I was not expecting them to perform this badly, I could even count how many times Haaland got hold of the ball.

Over all, I am very happy with the outcome of todays match, once again, Arsenal have made their fans proud of the team they are supporting.

Arsenal got a quite dramatic victory. It started with a beautiful pass from Thomas Partey to Arsenal's front line, then Kai Havertz passed it into an assist for Gabriel Martinelli. Overall Arsenal had a better performance than Man City and in the last 10 minutes, Arsenal seemed to dominate the match and because of their efforts, Arsenal managed to get 3 points. I think Arsenal really deserved this victory

This is 2 consecutive defeats for Man City in the Premier League and they have dropped to 3rd place at the moment. This is not good progress because if they continue to do so, they will lose their consistency.

The team lost two matches in a row. Manchester City unexpectedly lost the match against Wolves. They were very unlucky. But Manchester lost today's match due to their poor performance. Manchester City's performance against Arsenal was very poor. I haven't seen a worse performance from City's striker and midfielders  this season. And I have to say that Arsenal deserve to win this match. Arsenal's players performed better than City's players throughout the match. The performance of the Arsenal players was quite composed. At the same time we got proof again of the excellent bonding that exists between the players. Very soon we may see the Arsenal team at the top of the points table.

Smile: Football this days does not go well with the great terms and the tactical and skillful players team win always. Arsenal did dominate the attack we can see it based on statistics Arsenal had 12 shots and Manchester City only had 4 shots and fortunately Arsenal managed to score a goal in the 87th minute lol, as I said before surprises can happen at the last minute and Arsenal are the lucky ones today. This is a bad situation for Manchester City after 2 consecutive defeats, I don't know what the problem is, it's clear that Manchester City's performance is starting to decline they seem to lose strength and cohesion. By the way, Tottenham and Arsenal have the same points and Arsenal are behind in total goals.

Back to back EPL defeats for Pep Guardiola and City, i know Pep is a tactical genius, but i don't think he got his tactics right this time, it was almost like City were playing for a draw at some point. Arsenal were more daring and i think they deserved the win, i know the match was somewhat 50-50, but i think they controlled the game better and had most of the desire to go on and win the game, which they did.

City have missed Rodri immensely, they have lost the 3 games he missed (vs Newcastle, Wolves and Arsenal), this just goes to show how important the Spaniard is to City. After he lost his head and got sent off against Nottingham Forest, the question was if City would pay for it, which they did. Rodri would be available for their next game against Brighton after the international break, but City are going to have a tough run of big games in the next couple of weeks and we'd have to see how well City react.
