Yes Arsenal always have problems with mentality when entering a crucial period like last season. Even though the Gunners are already on the championship track and very long stay at the top of the standings and the number of regular players who suffer injuries are also other problems that hinder their speed.

But this season the composition of the Arsenal team is far more prepared and Arteta has refreshed the squad by bringing in a number of new players who are quite reliable. But it seems that this season's competition is far more challenging when compared to last season, not only Manchester City are so resilient in defending their titles but other teams such as Liverpool and Tottenham have also given a signal of resurrection so that it will potentially re-erase Arsenal's hope to win EPL champions. I think Arteta must really be able to foster a fighting spirit and the mentality of his players to be able to compete at the top of the standings.

Arteta is a good coach and has been given time to prove himself worthy of leading Arsenal to victory, he almost did last season if not for the misfortune they had towards the end of the league but one thing I like about them is that they've improved over the years to a better standard and play with a good chemistry and ambition to win I enjoy watching their matches cause it's always Interesting and they play with boldness and confidence to win matches, but about winning the league anytime soon I don't see that happening but my sooner in future Arteta might claim his first league title for Arsenal which my be when Pep Guardiola  is not longer the manager at City.
 
 But they're on the right track and the good thing is that, they've become very strong and feared by most other big teams in the EPL and to face Arsenal in a match your team needs to be very strong defensively cause they got very good attackers that could cause havoc to a poor defense line.

I think Arsenal have stop with bad tradition lack winning mentality on second half season, they have consistency until become the winner and never loss consistency actually with crucial matches. Left many matches in Premier League and Arsenal still in the same ration chance for winning Premier League with Manchester City, but Arsenal need to improve their performance when facing crucial match and never loss points from crucial matches against Man City, Liverpool or another top standings teams.

Arsenal is like this every season and their dominance always breaks when they approach the end of the season. Stumbling at the end has become a tradition for the Gunner. So if you believe Arsenal can win their first trophy from Man City, maybe you need to look at Man City with a bad game. But can this happen if currently Man City still promises to be the only club that is difficult to beat?

Totthenham are in good shape to face a strong Arsenal side this weekend,they have demostrated a sign of seriousness this season,winning most of their games played,but the encounter against Arsenal this weekend is really going to be one to put an eye on,because at the moment,Arsenal does not want to lose or drop points because they don't want the gap between them and City to be big,they still want to stay very close to them so that if anything happens,and a team wins City,they can simply occupy that top spot.Meanwhile, Totthenham would want to continue their form this season by trying everything possible to get a win or draw here,but I doubt if Arsenal are going to give them a point,and if I am to make my prediction,I will still go for Arsenal to win by 2-1.

Somehow Arsenal always lose when facing Man City. The best result for Arsenal when facing Man City was only a draw in normal time. And I think it will still be the same now. But there is one way that Arsenal can win the title this season even though they still have to lose against Man City. Namely, Arsenal cannot lose to any other team besides Man City. Arsenal was always becoming trophyless at the end of the season after it has done very long win streak which was really shameful. The question is how long arsenal will realize its mistake?
The club is only repeating the same pattern over and over again. It seems like that arsenal is still on its prime but there was manchester city who has become strongest candidate to win EPL. Manchester city has always done amazingly at the end of any seasons.

well I thought the exact opposite because I knew Burnley are quite the stubborn team themselves and winning Nottingham forest would have been a really wonderful way to follow up with them returning to the priemer league.
Well as for Nottingham forest they always seem to have something up their sleeves and today again although going behind they still came back and equalized the match.

You need to be aware if there was king city that will prevent arsenal to win EPL. The season was just starting and manchester city is still having excellent results in EPL. How can you sure arsenal might be a champion if king city is still unbeatable at this moment? Even arsenal was getting win streak 33 games last season but it's still losing against manchester city in the title race. Lots of people were picking city to win the title for the current season.

The quality of manchester city is still far above compared with arsenal at this moment.  King city will be also winning UCL as well this season to create new record back to back treble winners this season.
I would like to call that premier league should give trophy to the king city caused by city will be winning the trophy this season.

Actually, I didn't expect Burnley to score first. Because I think that Nottingham will win the match against Burnley easily. The reason I think like that is because last week Nottingham beat Chelsea with a score of 1-0. So fighting Burnley shouldn't be a big problem. But Burnley proved that they are not as weak as I imagined. And yeah even Nottingham had to fight harder to equalize. I don't know if it's just me or everyone feels the same way. That is, the results of this week's matches are too surprising. More of my unsuccessful bets and predictions this week.

Yes, it seems like they still want to be in last season where their performance was quite good and they could finally re-enter the UCL. Their enthusiasm was also quite great last season.
However, that has changed quite a bit, even though it's still only the start of the season, but to be honest, Ten Hag didn't start the season well. And his team's motivation also doesn't seem to be good. 3 losses from 5 matches is quite a bad thing for a supposed top team.

I won't say winning at Goodison park is much of a big deal but turns out it was for Arsenal. It was a narrow win but all 3 points are still accounted for but Arsenal has to do a lot more better than this if they want to have a go at the EPL title this season. Because it would only get tougher from here especially when title contenders gets separated from others in the league.

His time at Nottingham Forest is off to a great start. Good thing he left Chelsea when he did otherwise, he would still be dealing with their internal debacle.

This is the season for Arsenal they improve with the players they brought in to the club. But they will need to protect Saka he now is the most valuable player for Arsenal if he gets Injured there will be disturbance with the squad attack.
 Martinelli also Injured during the first half. With uncertainty about his return they will have to protect the playerse they have. If City wins the Premier League it will be boring.

While Burnley scored with Zeki Amdouni, the big thanks goes to Koleosho's great run. Koleosho has played very well so far. Burnley may have signed a great talent.
Nottingham Forest didn't give up and did everything to avoid losing at home though. Callum Hudson-Odoi scored an excellent goal. I think we will be able to watch him more after this goal. I like that these lower tier teams in the Premier League are finding young talents and putting them on the field.

Manchester City is a team that tends to put pressure on Arsenal rather than the other way around. I don't think Arsenal can take first place from Manchester City if in the next match they fail to win the match against Tottenham. Of course Arsenal and their fans are very confident in the possibility, but in fact Arsenal failed to have a good mentality in the title race last season.

The matches against Tottenham, Manchester City, Chelsea and Newcastle in the coming weeks will be a benchmark for whether Arsenal deserves to lead the standings, but I really doubt that Arsenal can take it from Manchester City easily.
