City will always dominate EPL like what bayern did to the bundesliga
The time has come for Manchester City to stop dominating the premier league. Having them sold their key players; Glodogan, Walker, Mahrez, and Bernardo Silva is going to have a negative effect on the team's performance that can deny them from lifting or dominating the premier league ever again. This will be, because the whole team in the premier league is not finding funny towards them again. The least I know Manchester City can do is to appear at the top spot of the premier league, not to lift the premier league title like is their birthright.
Clubs I have at heart that can dominate the PL by next season should be Arsenal, Liverpool, Newcastle, or Manchester United, not Manchester City

if we look at the history of the EPL a few seasons ago, man city has only dominated the EPL in the last few seasons, other teams like man city, chelsa and liverpoo have also experienced the EPL trophy quite often, so I also don't really agree with the statement that man city will always be dominating the EPL like bayern in the bundesliga.

last season arsenal occupied the top position for a few weeks before they were finally displaced by man city and in this next season I'm sure man utd, arsenal and liverpool will provide fierce resistance to man city, really very interesting.

EPL will be dominated by manchester city again. Arsenal will have no chance to win EPL next season. So many clubs aware to solve their problems. There will be comeback by some clubs like chelsea even liverpool. Arsenal must perform better than last season to make sure its club gonna be able to take the first position for so many weeks. Havertz is a bad transfer by arsenal. Arteta may potentially wasting so much money for nothing. Im feeling doubtful with arsenal's performance next season.
City will always dominate EPL like what bayern did to the bundesliga.
All teams that will play in the Premier League next season have a chance to win the title, but the chances will vary. Manchester City is the team that will most likely have the higher odds than the other 19 teams but those are just odds so there is no one certainty as a conclusion.
I also believe Arsenal will not have a higher chance than Manchester City, but Arsenal have been getting better season after season. Arsenal will try to give a lot next season after they have invested in some new players, but still they can never guarantee the title. Arsenal, Manchester United, Newcastle, Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham will be very competitive, but their chances of winning the title are no higher than Manchester City.

In the next season, Manchester City will have the highest possibility of becoming the Premier League title winner. I don’t know if they are definitely going to win in English Premier League then or not. The competitiveness of match for the Premier League title in next season is going to be higher. At least I hope so. I do expect larger clubs to perform well in this forthcoming season. But I still think that Chelsea will not by finishing in the fourth place. They even cannot fix almost any problem which they had faced.

Same as you, no one guaranteed especially the English Premierleague title in the upcoming season. Which means that Manchester City will head ahead simultaneously defending Champions League title properly. It might cause a little bit problem for themselves.

Also, Arsenal did not only sign Kai Havertz in this transfer window because in fact, Arsenal also managed to sign Declan Rice as their highest transfer at this moment. Thus, then of course Arteta is very earnest to make the team's performance even better next season, so you should not underestimate Arsenal. Although indeed, Manchester City still looks strong but that does not mean Manchester City will easily be able to win the Premier League trophy again. Thus, the competition in the top zone will certainly become more interesting, because the clubs in the Premier League have very good abilities in a very competitive competition and it is very different from other leagues.
Win, you are right that so far only Arsenal has been able to provide a tough fight in Man City game. Therefore it makes sense that it is difficult to underestimate Arsenal seriousness in the next season. In terms of his involvement in the transfer market, Arteta is quite ambitious and does not want to waste the opportunity to strengthen his squad. The support of all parties involved seemed to fully entrust the future of Arsenal to Arteta. So that he can freely form the ideal troop up to this point. Kai Havertz and Declan should be watched out for when dealing with the right people, they can be a serious threat to the opponent's defense. In addition, the combination of Martinelli, Odegard, and Gabriel Jesus is certainly quite solid in building attacks.

It is going to be hard for Manchester City in the next season for sure. Because I don't think the clubs which did not perform well in the last season will actually stay on the sideline this season as well. I believe there will be a bigger competition in the English Premier League this season. Arsenal is obviously doing what they can to make the team stronger.

It is also true that Arsenal has a very solid squad right now. Of course, it is better than the average mid-table team in the English Premier League. I don't know if I can actually say that the attack of Arsenal is one of the best in the world. But it can certainly get the job done. I agree that the other teams are going to be fearful of Arsenal in the upcoming season but Arsenal will have to perform consistently.
I think the strengthening of teams in the English premiere league is not only done by certain clubs as all clubs including the last year champions which is Manchester city is also looking to tighten their squad as they know for sure that other team wouldn't want them to achieve what they gained last year. Arsenal is one team everyone is looking out for in this new football season because the whole world taught at a certain stage that arsenal for so many years could be champions once more in the premiere and all that dream ended when their performance dropped drastically towards the end of the season. So the arsenal fans and also football fans would be watching their performance this new season to see if they can achieve the same feat they acquired last season.

Haaland's contribution to Manchester City is undoubtedly significant, with a whopping 36 goals under his belt. Yet, let's not forget that the Citizens have topped the EPL and pushed through advanced stages in the Champions League without Haaland. So, if he gets injured, yes, it's a setback. But is it a death knell? I don't think so

Guardiola is known for his adaptability. They've won the hardest matches even without Haaland. So, while Haaland's firepower adds to the team's confidence, his absence won't necessarily herald doom. On the flip side, Arsenal's shared responsibility approach does offer stability. Yet, I believe it's premature to consider them as the toughest competitor for City
Agree with what you say. Haaland's contribution was indeed fantastic last season by scoring many goals and being able to bring Man City to a treble-winner. That's because he only focuses on scoring goals, he once said that it's better to touch the ball 5 times but five of them are goals rather than having to touch the ball a lot but few goals, which indicates Haaland is more inclined to be a classic number 9 striker (true striker).

I also don't think if he gets injured then Man City will have trouble, last season Man City played several times without Haaland but Man City could also win, and before Haaland came Man City also often played without a pure striker. So I don't doubt Man City under Coach Pep Guardiola, he is a genius in formulating strategies even without a pure attacker. Even though it is too early to say that Arsenal is Man City's toughest competitor, it must be admitted that the Arsenal squad now deserves to be called Man City's toughest competitor besides Man United.

Arsenal's ideology of always prioritizing young players is indeed very good, but if Arsenal can't keep up with the times, of course they will never be able to win the title. We know that currently many successful English teams are funded by owners from the Middle East and with a fairly smooth process, they are able to be consistent in almost all seasons.
I can agree with you that times changes and it's either you change with it or break. After Manchester was taken over Sheikh Mansour and he brought in Pep along with funding the team, giving the manager the chance to get players of us choice, the game changed gor Manchester City and now, they are champions.

Todd Boehly has tried the same thing with Chelsea over last season haven't spent so much in the transfer market, they still ended up at 12th on the league table.

There is no promises about the players you get in but Arsenal has done very well for themselves over the course of last season and 2nd wasn't a bad place to end up with the squad they had.
The Premier League competition is getting tougher from season to season, it is very difficult to predict who will be able to dominate. In the past, the Premier League was known for the strength of the top four, but now six to eight teams have almost equal strength. So because of that, a team like Arsenal, which is synonymous with its young players, is now starting to shift direction a little. Under the control of Arteta, the team from London have started to rise again and it was proven that last season they were able to reach runners-up.
I think in the next few seasons maybe Manchester city will still dominate the Premier League and be followed by a strong performance from Arsenal as runners up.
But next season, in my opinion, Arsenal will have a very big change to shift Manchester City's position even though it failed last season but that failure has become a lesson to improve the performance of every player and Arsenal have brought in new players who can help improve the performance of the Arsenal club.
Yeah you are very correct, and I believe with you that Arsenal will have a very strong season ahead, but i still think that Arsenal still need more players to come in before they will be able to shift Manchester City from the table. They did pretty well last season lasting on the table for the period of time they did,but the major problem they had was insufficiency of squad depth, and that is why they still need more three or two signings, despite signing three already. They still need a sharp winger or attacker and a versatile midfielder who can play both eight and and 10th positions respectively,if they can sign more two quality signings then I can say they are good to go

Arsenal, like last season, was performing consistently until the conclusion of the season, when they began to stumble. To outperform the other teams in the premier league competition, consistency is essential. Arsenal have added a number of good players to strengthen their squad, and we all expect that they will perform better than last season and be a strong contender for the Premier League title this season.

Yes, and it's what makes the game more entertaining to watch. This moment of uncertainty adds to the excitement of intently following the matches. All 20 teams who will compete in the Premier League next season have an equal chance of winning the league; how they perform and react on the pitch will determine who will be the league champion at the end of the competition.

If we compare formally, Arsenal scored a solid 84 points, which, although less than Liverpool's phenomenal (for second place) figures of 90 ++ points, but more than, for example, the number of points that Leicester scored in their championship season. Therefore, I also think that many teams showed a good level in the Premier League, but the fact is that City are in a different league and now it is almost impossible to compete with them.

Now let's imagine if Haaland gets injured who has contributed 36 goals what will happen to Manchester City still reliable? so this is where Manchester City's weakness problems like this can come at any time while Arsenal do not rely on one player they play their respective roles while on the field. I still have hope that Arsenal will be the strongest competitor for Manchester City so we won't see the dominance of just one team.

Manchester City didn't have Haaland in the other seasons although they finished first in EPL and played in advanced stages in Champions League. The strategy will certainly change depending on the games and what Guardiola feels appreciate, they will figure a way to adapt.
The advantage of having Haaland is playing comfortably in the hardest matches while stressing the opponents a lot. His firepower guarantee the success of the team whenever he is fit for the game.
Haaland has brought more quality to the attack that Manchester City has built in every game. His arrival to Manchester City has made this team won its first Champions League title, that's also because of the quality and the right strategy.

Haaland would probably have missed a lot of his chances and goal stats if other players didn't support his adaptation and game. He is a striker who was played as a target man by Pep Guardiola, and his role has greatly benefited the team in making achievements last season. Next season may not be the same, but we're all curious after Haaland's get one perfect season.

Theres no need to imagine in my opinion; Injuries are also part of the game; if Haaland gets injured, Manchester city will be just fine until he returns from Injury. Also this new season, Arsenal won't be the strongest competitor; the league is going to be more contested than the previous one. Will Manchester City dominate again? We will see

I would say Guardiola's brilliant match strategy is why Manchester City won the Premier League and Champions League titles. There is no doubt that Haaland is a very important player in City's squad. But it would be wrong to think that City won the title only because of Haaland. Manchester City's squad is very stable. And Manchester City is strong as a team. They weren't solely dependent on Haaland's performance. Guardiola changes his match strategy before various important matches. This is why City's performance was consistent throughout the season.

Indeed strategy is an important part in every game but not all players can apply the strategy correctly here I think Haaland can apply it well and find a great partner like Kevin De Bruyne ready to supply the ball. I don't deny that the Manchester City squad is stable and complete but Arsenal's squad is also not much different the weakness is in the second tier players , for this season as Arsenal have prepared it certainly do not want to repeat the same problem.

Next season is really going to be massive in the EPL because we have about five teams that will be fighting for that tittle,we have the likes of Mancity,Arsenal,Man u,Newcastle, Liverpool, and Brighton, and I can actually add Totthenham If Harry Kane does not go,but I doubt if he stays because it seems he is tired of staying at the club without winning any trophy, every player loves winning trophy to add to their names.
Nevertheless,I really see Arsenal to be very strong next season considering the players they added to the team, but talking about Manchester city in their reliance on Haaland, they have been coping without a main striker for seasons, they can make anybody top that forward line if he is out injured, and they will still be winning games, therefore he's not their only source of goal, they are only utilizing him because he makes the goal scoring effort more easier.

Totenham has quality players. I mean they spent to buy players unlike what you said. Just check the front line of Totenham squad. They have;
1. Harry Kane,
2. Son,
3. Richardson.
These are quality players that can get any amount of goals to give a team title win. But I don't know what to say about Totenham. Ot could be that the management is the problem.
They are quality players but they had a terrible back to back season at spurs bar Harry Kane. Richardlison went all season without a goal to his name at Tottenham Hotspur; i do not see how the team wants to win the league title with such terrible return. Even Son struggled to impress last season which led to Spurs dropping out of the champions league spots in the League.

Is it a coaching problem? i don't believe so, Players form dip and theres nothing unusual in that aspect; The new spurs coach will hope the lads bounce back after a bad season.

Richardson actually had a goal last season for Tottenham Hotspur, though it is only one out of his 27 appearances for the season as a whole, and looking at it him as one of the dependent attackers of the club he ought to have done better than that but who knows, it might be the way of Antonio, because when you observed the goals that were scored last season for the team, it was Kane who did the scoring while other players do the rest of the assist and even though the club couldn't make it to the top four, it is fair to say they did very well.

There are high expectations from Postecoglou, if his style of making goals for the team changes, it will make a lot of impact to other players as many of them that are very good were all left in the dark with little to nothing to score but when a manager left a single guy to have about 80% of the goals is not impressive, Manchester City might have used Haaland in similar but other players had their share of goals as well.

Maybe yes, maybe not. but we agree, that the probability that City has to continue to dominate the Premier League next season remains high. but I think the competition next season will be very exciting, because several other competitors are also targeting trophies to become champions.
Speaking of Arsenal, I totally understand if you doubt them. it's just that, we haven't seen exactly what will happen after the 2023/2024 season begins. it could be, if Arsenal will break City's dominance. because, they have the potential for it.
now, Arteta has brought in several newcomers to deepen his squad and including for Havertz. if Arteta didn't see potential from Havertz, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have signed him from Chelsea at a pretty high price. that is why, Arteta was interested in bringing him in and joining his squad.

Ideally, Kroenke will not pour out large funds if they don't target accordingly. As we know, it's rare for Arsenal to spend this expensive. so, Arteta is well aware, if he is not able to bring his team to win the Premier League trophy. that means, Arteta is ready to be fired. thus, the Gunners' young squad will work hard to win a trophy this season. and there is no other way to find out, other than to follow every development.

Apart from Manchester City, other major teams have performed really badly in the last Premier League season. In the next season, those teams will want to build themselves up so that they can correct their mistakes and perform as well as Manchester City.
I don't agree with your assumptions, I think Arsenal and Manchester United had good performances last season, but they can't compete with teams who have a high level of consistency like Manchester City. Arsenal failed to maintain consistency due to the pressure exerted by Manchester City, but that's only normal because Manchester City is the better team.
