Arsenal's ideology of always prioritizing young players is indeed very good, but if Arsenal can't keep up with the times, of course they will never be able to win the title. We know that currently many successful English teams are funded by owners from the Middle East and with a fairly smooth process, they are able to be consistent in almost all seasons.
I can agree with you that times changes and it's either you change with it or break. After Manchester was taken over Sheikh Mansour and he brought in Pep along with funding the team, giving the manager the chance to get players of us choice, the game changed gor Manchester City and now, they are champions.

Todd Boehly has tried the same thing with Chelsea over last season haven't spent so much in the transfer market, they still ended up at 12th on the league table.

There is no promises about the players you get in but Arsenal has done very well for themselves over the course of last season and 2nd wasn't a bad place to end up with the squad they had.
The Premier League competition is getting tougher from season to season, it is very difficult to predict who will be able to dominate. In the past, the Premier League was known for the strength of the top four, but now six to eight teams have almost equal strength. So because of that, a team like Arsenal, which is synonymous with its young players, is now starting to shift direction a little. Under the control of Arteta, the team from London have started to rise again and it was proven that last season they were able to reach runners-up.
I think in the next few seasons maybe Manchester city will still dominate the Premier League and be followed by a strong performance from Arsenal as runners up.
But next season, in my opinion, Arsenal will have a very big change to shift Manchester City's position even though it failed last season but that failure has become a lesson to improve the performance of every player and Arsenal have brought in new players who can help improve the performance of the Arsenal club.

EPL will be dominated by manchester city again. Arsenal will have no chance to win EPL next season. So many clubs aware to solve their problems. There will be comeback by some clubs like chelsea even liverpool. Arsenal must perform better than last season to make sure its club gonna be able to take the first position for so many weeks. Havertz is a bad transfer by arsenal. Arteta may potentially wasting so much money for nothing. Im feeling doubtful with arsenal's performance next season.
City will always dominate EPL like what bayern did to the bundesliga.

I was surprised to see that Arsenal spent €65m on Harvertz. He should not be worth that much.
I hope Arteta can find the best way for Harvertz so he can shine but I doubt any thing will come out of it. Harvertz. Nobody really knows what Havertz biggest attribute is, nobody really knows his best position. It's going to be a miracle for Arteta to turn Havertz into a great player for Arsenal. They already have Odegaard, so I don't know why they signed Havertz. What Arsenal should have gotten was a world class CM. A player that can player behind Odegaard and in front of Rice.

That aside, I believe Arsenal will perform well this coming season. They have made good chances to their squad with the inclusion of Rice and Timber. I fell they need a clinical striker. A striker that can provide 40 goals across all competitions. Gabriel Jesus is good, but I don't think he can have those numbers.

Harry Maguire withdraws as Manchester United captain after a 2 years+ stint with coach Erik Ten Hag looking to choose a new captain for his side ahead of the new season. With DE Gea released after his contract ended. Bruno Fernandes and Luke Shaw are touted as captain and vice captains respectively.

Who do you think will get the Captain band ??

Harry Maguire is a cry baby, if not for community chance, he doesn't deserve or not even worth the kind of players that should have captained Manchester United. It's a good time for him to leave because if he doesn't, he'll be Manchester United fourth choice defender whenever it comes to the rank of players the coach wants.

Harry Maguire also is no leader, poor mentality, can't defend himself and also too sluggish for a modern day defender especially for a club like Manchester United.
Bruno Fernandez deserves it, few days before the announcement, I watched a a video clip and saw him leading the line, it didn't get to me the changes would be done so fast. I'm excited to see Erik Ten Hag doing things he's own way. Most Importantly, Manchester United needs a new striker and midfielder's just if either of Fred and Donny Van Dee Been leaves Manchester United.

I totally disagree with you that Man City will continue with their dominance in the league next season recall all the other major clubs had equally signed quality players and strengthened their team, clubs like Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelsea and Brighton will equally match Man City next season and it's absolutely going to be a different ball game, the fact that some key players of Man City had already move on to s new club will have some impact on the club, Gundogan had left for Barcelona and Mahrez is likely heading to Saudi Arabian league, though Guordiola had made some replacement, however I still believe that next season EPL will be keenly contested among the major contenders.

Newcastle United is one team we keep an eye on including their movements in the transfer window, last season Newcastle spent €185 million and the result they finished 4th for this season Newcastle has spent €72 million bring in 2 players it seems they are satisfied with last season's performance so they are not hunting for more players. But I see there will be risks there Newcastle's match schedule will be even busier as that means there will be a risk of injury if not anticipated they could have lost an important moment like the problem experienced by Arsenal in last season.
Newcastle are being very selective in their purchase; they already have a great team that did so well last season. They will bring more players to the club, who can join with the players they have now to do better. They even do not need very big stars because most of their players and the ones they plan to bring are very talented.  Harvey Barnes from Leicester is a target for Newcastle, and also Khvicha Kvaratskhelia from the Italian league winners.  If these players join them, they will have a solid team for all the competitions they will play in next season.

There is nothing worse than an injury to a football player. This is something a team fan does not want. Clubs that buy football players with big dreams cannot benefit from football players due to injuries. I hope Newcastle will not have such a problem. Because this season, they will play both cup matches and top level matches in the league. Football players can struggle at this pace. Accordingly, they should continue their work.

Newcastle could make a few transfers. One or two transfers are enough for the team that performed very well last season. There is no need to spoil the chemistry of the team with more transfers. I am very curious about both new upcoming transfers and Newcastle's performance during the season.

Also, Arsenal did not only sign Kai Havertz in this transfer window because in fact, Arsenal also managed to sign Declan Rice as their highest transfer at this moment. Thus, then of course Arteta is very earnest to make the team's performance even better next season, so you should not underestimate Arsenal. Although indeed, Manchester City still looks strong but that does not mean Manchester City will easily be able to win the Premier League trophy again. Thus, the competition in the top zone will certainly become more interesting, because the clubs in the Premier League have very good abilities in a very competitive competition and it is very different from other leagues.
Win, you are right that so far only Arsenal has been able to provide a tough fight in Man City game. Therefore it makes sense that it is difficult to underestimate Arsenal seriousness in the next season. In terms of his involvement in the transfer market, Arteta is quite ambitious and does not want to waste the opportunity to strengthen his squad. The support of all parties involved seemed to fully entrust the future of Arsenal to Arteta. So that he can freely form the ideal troop up to this point. Kai Havertz and Declan should be watched out for when dealing with the right people, they can be a serious threat to the opponent's defense. In addition, the combination of Martinelli, Odegard, and Gabriel Jesus is certainly quite solid in building attacks.

Apart from Manchester City, other major teams have performed really badly in the last Premier League season. In the next season, those teams will want to build themselves up so that they can correct their mistakes and perform as well as Manchester City.
In every season, almost all the teams in the Premier League keep trying to improve themselves so that they can get very good achievements, as was done by Manchester City last season. And the thing for some of them who performed poorly last season was because every team didn't have nearly the same strength last season and every team also didn't have the same strategy in going through each season. So it's only natural that some of the teams in the Premier League performed poorly last season.

I don't agree with your assumptions, I think Arsenal and Manchester United had good performances last season, but they can't compete with teams who have a high level of consistency like Manchester City. Arsenal failed to maintain consistency due to the pressure exerted by Manchester City, but that's only normal because Manchester City is the better team.

Without a doubt, no other major team in the Premier League performed as well as Manchester City did last season, but if you're saying that any other team did poorly, I think that's incorrect because there are many teams that perform very well. It's just that Manchester City had already taken the lead by that point, their season had been fantastic, and their team was excellent, unlike the others, which is why they won the title. You can only claim that there is no team that performed as well as Manchester City did in the Premier League last season, and I will agree with you on that one.

However, as @skarais has pointed out, other teams like Arsenal, Liverpool, and others also performed well but were unable to handle the pressure posed by Manchester City, therefore I believe you should continue to consider how some other teams fared the previous season. I think you'll obtain the right evaluation of the performance of other teams.

The Premier League is not like the Bundesliga. In the Premier League, there are many strong clubs and that makes one team unable to dominate the Premier League. Man City is indeed strong, but there will still be resistance from teams like MU and also Arsenal. I don't see Arsenal going too badly, what is clear now is that all the teams in the Premier League are preparing their teams to start the season well.
I want to see how Liverpool and Chelsea will start the season, maybe they will be better than Newcastle.

Newcastle also appeared surprising this season because they have finished in 4th position to displace several other big teams such as Liverpool and Tottenham.
Arsenal did fail to maintain its first position but surprisingly also able to compete with Manchester City before, even in the first half Arsenal dominated the standings until almost the second half.

It will be more interesting to see some of the other Premier League teams have built their current squads to again thwart Manchester City back to the championship, but I'm not underestimating it anyway Manchester City will be a lot of favourites but who knows the season now there will be changes where other big teams will take over the trophy, I think it is still very possible.

Yes, it is clear that the competition will be even tougher considering that in the new season this season there will be many new players at the top big clubs including Arsenal, moreover it can be seen that several young players have also been added to big clubs, this will be tough competition, especially since Manchester City is still the strongest club in the EPL .

For the current season it seems that my attention will only be focused on the competition between the two clubs, namely Manchestwer City and Arsenal. I see that Arteta has carried out several massive maneuvers including in the transfer market by agreeing to buy several players who are considered to have a sharp impact in every game with their opponents. What is currently being discussed is that Arteta will exert all means and display the maximum possible performance to be able to win the title from Manchester City. I can't wait for the start of the Premier League next season.

Arsenal must be able to be more consistent in this new season because remembering they failed to win the league last season due to a lack of consistency at the end of last season so they experienced not good results at the end of last season which made Manchester city shift them at the top of the standings and I'm sure of that will make them learn even more so as not to waste another opportunity in this new season with a better squad team.

I hope Arteta will be able to pay more attention to the players on the bench because it is certain that they, including all the fans, do not want Arsenal to have to accept another failure like last season. With all the updates Arteta is currently working on I don't think there is any reason for them to make a mistake or lose the balance in next season's competition which is sure to be very interesting.

Nobody knows which team will win the title next season, but I think Manchester City has a high probability of repeating it. Another team like Newcastle will certainly surprise, but I believe their probability of winning the Premier League title is no better than Manchester City, Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool.

So far all teams have tried to build the quality of their team by bringing in several new players to prepare for next season's competition. Chelsea and Arsenal appear to be spending a lot of money on players, while Manchester United, Liverpool, Newcastle and Manchester City appear to have only made some patches in some of the weaker positions last season.

The inclusion of Newcastle United in the list of clubs that have a qualified squad adds to the intense competition between EPL teams to win the Premier League trophy and the Champions League zone. Sure enough next season we will see competition between Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City, Man United and Newcastle United competing for the top four positions. If I were to base my predictions on each club's transfer market, I would assume Man City, Arsenal, Man United and Newcastle are in the top four zone with Arsenal in first place.

Because in my opinion, Arsenal biggest motivation was marking an unbeaten victory exactly 20 years ago, namely in the 2003 season. Arteta managed to convince the Arsenal owner to spend funds to buy new players in this transfer market. Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber are the three names that were officially recruited and cost Arsenal around 200 million pounds. I think that's not much for Arsenal and it's not too surprising either, because they still have a lot of reserves from the business of buying and selling players in the Arsene Wenger era.
