We sold flop players and now replacing them with quality and hurry players.. the old players will full of themselves because they didn't show any reason not to sell them, none of them could come up with any individual brilliance to win Chelsea games. I want Pochettino to kick off his era with back to back wins so he can build confidence in the new squad and use them effectively to win games. We shouldn't be settling for less as we'll get more disappointed doing exactly that.

Celsea should be challenging for the title next season and that's how they can get back the honor of the club. Chelsea isn't known for how they ended last season, they're known for winning. We aren't over expecting them to win the race but they should be in the conversation and be challenging other top clubs. It's better we're competing with the rest of the clubs then just settling for finishing top half of the table. . Pochettino isn't under any pressure but he should used this opportunity to mark his name in the premier league, this is his return and he should make use of the opportunity well.

I admire the moves and decisions Pochettino is taking at this early stages of his appointment to turn things around. He has successfully removed players who are not giving everything to improve the team and giving space for new recruitment to boost the strength of the team. I am not expecting Chelsea to start winning every game as soon as the league resumes but they will be much better than they were last season and gradually get back to winning ways again and competing against the top performing teams in the league.
I think Pochettino's arrival is a little different from previous coaches like Lampard and Potter. Pochettino has managed to take some of the best steps for Chelsea, selling several players who were unable to make a significant contribution to Chelsea's progress, this is a good move and I am impressed with some of the other options Pochettino has taken. Yes I agree, I myself would not expect anything significant from Chelsea in the Premier League next season, because obviously Pochettino is quite difficult to make a significant impact in some competitions. But at least there will be a little change from The Blues that they will show, this is good enough to start the progress of a club that is on the decline. I hope the fans can understand what a proud club they are, and don't expect anything significant in the Premier League next season.

Pre season games are pre season games; they do not mean anything; and they are only used to build up each individual players fitness; build chemistry between players and prepare the team tactics ahead of the new season. I believe Mason Mount and the other guys performance will improve as the pre season games kick in.
That's true but the result from pre match will be also showing how fast mount could adapt with his new club. Mount needs a lot of time to do that. It can be seen from so many chances missed by him against leeds.
Manchester united fans are always focusing their attention on the mason mount. It's caused by ten hag has bought with a lot of price him. The Red Devil fans are putting their hope on Mason Mount to change the club for the better compared to last season.
Mount can show better progress in upcoming match.

Important season ahead for Manchester United
Manchester united is still having a lot of tasks to be completed especially continue to buy the new players as preparation for next season.

But in the match against Leeds it looks like Mason Mount can't do much either because after all, Mason Mount also only played half a match. Thus, Mason Mount had no contribution to the goal that Manchester United made towards the end of the match. But yes, once again it was only a friendly match and of course, Erik ten Hag will also not take a big risk because the most important thing is, maintaining the stamina and fitness of the players is more important. Therefore, applying excessive pressure in pre-season like this would not be appropriate.

I wonder if Tottenham have a Plan B in case of Kane's departure this summer. Because Bayern Munich still seem determined to sign him. Some rumours say that Tottenham might go for Lukaku but I don't feel like the player would accept any offer from them. He is favouring Inter much more than any team interested these days.

But Tottenham still should be able to find a decent striker to fill Kane's place. They don't need to sign a world star like him as well. Because even though they have one now they still can't win any title. They need to focus on improving their performance as a team and then they can be more successful even with just a decent level striker.

Kane should change teams because, in my opinion, he has been with Tottenham for a long time and it would not make sense for him to end his career there. In fact, as a good player and a good striker, it wouldn't even make sense for him to remain there. Tottenham is still considering moving for Kane because, according to what I've heard, the team declined the offer that Bayern Munich made to acquire him. Although I am aware that Tottenham would suffer without him, I think the money Tottenham receives for selling him will be enough for them to replace him with a capable striker.

Lukaku always wanted to stay at Inter Milan, and he rejected an offer from Saudi Arabia in addition to Tottenham's desire for him, so I don't think the move will go through. I think he won't even consider the offer that Tottenham would present since he really did mean it when he claimed he could only play for Inter Milan. Since there are many teams who have good strikers, it would be wise for Tottenham to hunt for another striker.

And I think it all depends on the personal qualities of the player himself... This is a professional sport and players regularly change clubs, teammates and coaches... Of course adaptation happens and there are probably psychologists in the team and a certain period for the player to adapt to the new club... But it seems to me that there is nothing difficult for a professional athlete...
You are right that everything is measured in terms of the personal qualities of the players, because after all they have become professional players, in other words the demand to adapt quickly should be an important lesson. So even though it still takes a long time, it doesn't mean that the end will be good depending on the coach's management when increasing the motivation, suitability and comfort of the players themselves. Therefore adjusting enough time this season in my opinion would be very unethical when players still say it takes time continuously while the game is still a game where all players have to solve problems together.

Wow I was surprised by Ashley Young joining Everton, because he is old for a league that has fierce competition like this Premier League. Here the speed and fitness of players are needed to adapt to the famously competitive Premier League game. Indeed he was in the Premier League also for last season, but I do not expect him to find a new club other than Aston Villa itself.
But when it comes to experience, he is an experienced player, perhaps you could say he is a player who spent his time in the Premier League, except when he felt the atmosphere of Serie A with Inter.
When some players flock to Arabia, he prefers to stay in the Premier League at his current age, which is extraordinary.
Yes, I think Ashley Young is more suitable to continue his career in Serie A and return to Inter Milan or another club, I think the SPL can also be a good option because the league is not as hard and competitive as the EPL. But continuing his career at Everton is also a wise choice, at the age of 38 he is not alone in being the oldest player in the EPL there is Thiago Silva at Chelsea who is almost the same age as him.

There seems to be no official offer for Ahsley Young from the Saudi Pro League club, which is why she is still staying in the EPL. I think he will be in the plot to become a cover for young players at Everton and personal closeness with the coach makes Young will be trusted to motivate young Everton players. His experience and mentality are one of the logical reasons why Everton wanted to recruit him at a veteran age.

With no intention of doubting the player's ability, but in this case it is age that is an obstacle. I agree with you that perhaps Serie A would be more suitable for him to play in before deciding to retire.
And it's also true that I haven't heard anything coming his way from Arab clubs, but that can be overcome if he wants to join there by submitting a proposal through an agent. Because he is also one of the players who had a big name when he was young, especially when he was still joining Manchester United.
But it seems that he still enjoys the atmosphere of the Premier League, so he feels at home here.

Tottenham have been holding Kane for a long time. Even today Kane has become the all-time top scorer at the Tottenham Club. Kane from young until now has not really had experience outside the English club. Even though he has extraordinary talent that can bring his career to a greater height when he joins Europe's strongest clubs such as Real Madrid, Bayern and many other clubs that are trying to get Kane. But Tottenham seem to really rely on Kane too much. so Tottenham doesn't seem to want to lose Kane no matter what. The issue of Kane's desire to leave Tottenham has started to appear since 2021/2022. But so far no club has succeeded in bringing Kane out of Tottenham.
Maybe in the end Kane will stick around and not want any trophies other than just serving at Spurs until his career is over. It's getting more and more difficult every day for Spurs to give the agreement that has been offered by Bayern Munich, even after the proposal was accepted. Spurs was silent in a thousand languages. All goes back to Hary Kane's decision whether he at the end of his career wants to feel what a trophy is or not at all and is only remembered by Spurs fans.

The Manchester United debut of Mount was nothing short of amazing. His easy showing of his remarkable recovery abilities and presence on the pitch demonstrated his seamless inclusion into the team. His football savvy was evident in his ability to locate open areas and position himself wisely to receive passes. His flexibility as a player was demonstrated by the fact that he not only supported the defence but also helped the team attack. Emerging stars like Emeran and Fish also performed well and offered depth to the team performance in addition to Mount who sparkled in particular. Manchester united is experiencing a resurgence of hope as a result of these talented young player making their mark and the expectation of an excellent season is tangible.
I won't praise you too much because this is just an early debut, which seems to be less than optimal if you pay attention. I mean, if you watch Mount on the pitch he still looks clumsy and hasn't adapted very well. After all, Man United did not use their main squad, so it is not certain that Mount will play with his already-formed main squad. It's not easy to match at the beginning and it takes a long process. Even though Mount's skills are beyond doubt, he still hasn't fully shown maximum results at Man United. So pre-season games don't do anything, nothing more than training.

Manchester united is a top club and they the best results inother to lift trophies. Manchester United defeated Leeds United yesterday, winning 2 nil thanks to overwhelming dominance. Erik Ten Hag have improved the performance of the club since his arrival, he is simply preparing the young and new players to become acquainted with one another, as they will pair as teammates on the field in the future. Mason Mount's performance was extraordinary but given that it was his first game as a Manchester United player, he will need more time for adjustment.
Yes Mason Mount needed some time to adapt to Ten Hag's style of play, which is natural considering he needs support and I think what is really important is the emotional connection between the players. As the opening match of the pre-season, Man United won through their academy players. This is also an opportunity for their young players to show their quality and hard work in order to break into the main squad.

Ten Hag made one hundred percent rotation in the second half by fielding their young players including Hugill and Emeran who were products of their academy, as a friendly match the tension of the game was not comparable to an official match. But at least to train squad depth and provide playing minutes for young players is something every coach needs to do. Their next friendly match will face Olympique Lyon, hopefully they can continue the positive trend in that match.

Mason Mount display some glimpse of a quality player in his first half action against Leeds Utd, Erik ten Hag highly commended him for his topnotch performance in that match and I believe he will fit into Man Utd style of play possibly deputize Eriksen or he might get a starting role ahead of Eriksen, he is squad player and versatile player that would help the team, though we can't access him now based on preseason a match, however consistency in his performance when the league fully kickstart should be his major priority because Man Utd is a star-studded club thus there isn't any room for complacency by any player else other plays will take over that role.

If Kane wants to leave Tottenham then of course this season is the right time. because in the following season Kane's age was also getting older. And of course there will be fewer and fewer who dare to make high offers for themselves. Next season he will be 30 years old. even though this age is still young, Kane still has to leave Tottenham faster if he wants to pursue a more glorious career.

I recently heard the good news from Kane, who previously we knew that he always wanted to stay with Tottenham, but recently I heard that he has made a statement to Bayern Munich and persuaded Tuchel to make a bid back to Tottenham regarding him. . Kane has started to have assumptions about moving with another club. I am quite happy to hear that because his decision to join another club will open up opportunities for various achievements and even trophies that he will very likely get. Previously Bayern Munich had experienced several rejections from Tottenham and I hope Tuchel will make another offer again. He is already 30 years old and I think this is no longer a young age if he still wants a brilliant career. Joining Bayern Munich will give him opportunities for all possibilities that he never had while at Tottenham.

Adaptation is one of the most important factors for a player who has just joined their new club, there are also not a few quality players who fail when trying to adapt to the game of their new club. Of course, in essence, they must be able to build chemistry first with other players and every strategy in the match. Basically this is indeed one of the abilities that every player must have, because after all they really need teamwork in every match.

"Ashley Young Forever Young"

It surprises me to see ashley young to join in everton as a new player. He is now 38 years old. I remember the gold days of him. he is now coming back again to the EPL. Im feeling doubt if ashley will able to compete with young player.
He is not young anymore but it feels like he is always young. Everton is not willing to take the risk by giving him long term contract. Everton knows if he is going to help the club in short term.

I thought that if he has retired from playing professional footbal but he is now going back again to the EPL.
Ashley Young is indeed an EPL legend. Having spent almost all of his career in England, I thought it would be a better time to bid farewell to the English premier league and try something new, probably the Saudi Arabian league where most folks of his age bracket are retiring to. I was kind of surprised to see him penned a one year deal with Everton. Last season at Aston Villa, he made 29 domestic league appearances, came as a sub in 6 games and was substituted in 8 games. The dude is not showing any sign of decline in quality even at 38 and he's a good acquisition for Everton. His experience and leadership qualities will be of great importance to the team.

Enzo Fernandez is reportedly trying to convince Paulo Dybala to join him at Chelsea. 🗞️

Kyle Walker reportedly torn between staying at Man City or playing overseas with Bayern Munich. 🗞️

https://twitter.com/SkySportsPL/status/1679445574209110021

Since pochettino was interesting with dybala and he is trying to ask help from enzo to convince dybala to join in chelsea. Dybala is still having cheap release clause at this moment. Chelsea may not try to miss the opportunity to sign him with very cheap price. As roma is trying to extend dybala's contract. Chelsea tries so hard to approach him to leave from as roma. Roma gonna face a big loss if dybala will be going to the chelsea again. I hope enzo gonna be successfully convincing him to join in chelsea.

€10 millions release clause is small amounts for chelsea at this moment. Dybala's release clause will be doubled if a different Serie A club purchases him.

Im sure dybala gonna try to consider an offer from chelsea.
Well, I also read about the news that Mauricio Pochettino is very interested in signing Paulo Dybala. A few days ago, I actually only considered the news as a rumor. But now everything seems clear about the truth of the news. Even AS Roma seems to be ready to let Dybala go if a club dares to pay the price asked by AS Roma. The news circulating is between 10 Million Euros to 12 Million Euros. And well for Chelsea the price is still very affordable and also not too high.

But Dybala himself seems to comment that he still feels at home at AS Roma. which indicates that he wants to stay at AS Roma and is not yet interested in joining another club. I also hope Chelsea can make an official offer soon for Dybala. because Chelsea really need to strengthen their attack immediately before the season starts.

I don't think Mason Mount need long time adapt with Eric Tan Hag game style, almost all Primer League team has the same character games play with counter attack. Mount career only in Primer League with Chelsea and actually he understands well how need strong phsycal in the field. But has possibilities with Mount get new position between move up as attacking midfielder or holding midfielder.

He must fighting with Bruno Fernandez if want get regular position as attacking midfielder but possibilities with Mount as partner for Casemiro on holding midfielder. Before accepting Manchester United proposal, seems Mount know about get regular position or not.

Their plan B is to get that money first. I am sure that after getting about 100 million for him, they can get another striker for 40 million that would be great, and another midfield or defender for 30-30 each as a result of the leftover as well. That would mean they will lose Kane, someone who has been at the top of goalscorers of the season many times before, and always up there with others at worst case, but they will have 3 good players instead which would not be a bad deal.

Making that type of money is always a good thing for a team, even if you are losing your best player, you can cover the difference by getting better players in other positions to make up for the lost talent in a single position which they can do with this money.

Exactly, to be fair we cant judge a player with 1 to few matches only. We should all give players more times to show how good they are, I can even say that half of a season is still not enough to judge how good a player is especially if the player is a new comer in the team. Adaptation needs time and every player may have different speed to adapt with the new team. Some may adapt quickly but some others may a bit slow.

True, the adaptation process takes time. Every player has different qualities and they need different times to adapt well to their new team and friends. Not to mention if they don't really understand the coach's strategy and don't have a good relationship with their teammates. If during the adaptation period they don't get good support from their team mates, then of course these players need quite a long time to get into their best form.

There are some players who immediately fit into their new team and some who don't. Of course there are many factors that affect how fast or slow a player adapts, but in most cases I think the most important factor is the support of other players.

And I think it all depends on the personal qualities of the player himself... This is a professional sport and players regularly change clubs, teammates and coaches... Of course adaptation happens and there are probably psychologists in the team and a certain period for the player to adapt to the new club... Pre-season matches are also very important to test several formations with new player compositions for a club. To then be re-evaluated before the actual season begins. I personally see that Mount has been able to adapt well there. Even in the friendly match with Leeds, we can see that the Manchester United players seem to have been able to build good chemistry. as evidenced by the good accuracy of passing the ball between the Manchester United players. And Erik Ten Heg also seems to have high hopes for Mount and I hope Mount can also fulfill ETH's hopes.

Kane's lingering transfer is very much of concern to many football fans knowing how good a striker Kane is but yet hasn't achieved much in Europe with such talent unlike his counterparts in the EPL due to the clubs they find themselves.
Another side of the whole story we need to consider is Kane really keen to leave Spurs? Cause for a player that wants to leave a club there are ways he could express it in the field of play even if he doesn't want to speak out and the club management would understand it's time to unleash him. This is a brighter window opportunity for him Kane to leave to UCL competitive clubs as after now these clubs may never return for him next season as better players are evolving on a daily as options.

If I am the owner of Tottenham I will be willing to let Harry Kane leave at a good price. €100m will transform the club because it could get a few good players. It will be better to sell Kane and use the money to assist the new coach Ange Postecoglou build a new team that will grow to become the best in the EPL. The club is not competing in any European competition because they ended the league in eighth position so there is no need to keep a player that can give them the needed finance to rebuild the devastated Tottenham team.

Chelsea will let Lukaku leave for less than €25m and the club will still have more money to spend. Lukaku is a very inconsistent player that cannot replace Kane but he is manageable. I have not forgiven him for those vital chances he missed in the Champions League finals against Manchester City. Tottenham have made it clear that they will not accept the €70m Bayern is proposing. But discussions are still on, maybe both clubs will reach a consensus. Tottenham doesn't want to give out their best striker to any English team, so Munich is still the best option.

The problem with spurs is that, they run an administration centered around some kind of autocratic leadership. Harry Kane was a victim of his own long stay there, because of the long years deal he signed, committed his age of prime to a club that aren’t ambitious for titles.
He has been a loyal servant yes. But Spurs needs to begin to think about life after Kane, as I also expect the player to push for the Bayern move. Richardlison will have all the opportunities and game time to shine. They will cash-out close to €100m and just replace Kane with a second striker that would be on the bench, while the Brazilian number 9 leads the attack.
