A big budget or not Newcastle should have no problem in building their squad. They should not rush it. Let it follow due process. hey can just add three or four players to their squad and sell some players that are surplus to requirement. They should take the process slow or they might miss it and see themselves spending unnecessary just to stay relevant.
They should just try to get quality squad depth and get players that can make them in the top four. They can also play to win other trophies like the caraboa cup and FA cup but the league and champions league is a little beyond them at this point. 

As I said before, next season they will still be safe because of Pep, at least with Pep's presence, the confidence of the players will certainly be greater, but as for the future, this is difficult because regardless of anything, Pep also doesn't seem to intend to extend the contract there because it seems that he is. still not too interested in talking about it even though Manchester City have started proposing a new contract for him.
As for Haaland's position, he will definitely remain a priority. He's still young but his eye for goal is insane and it shows this season even though in the end they will definitely try to change players, but for strikers they don't worry too much it seems.

They already have players who are actually above average like Enzo and several other young players.

Even if their attack is good and their possession is adequate but when finishing is bad it becomes a problem and it showed especially when Lampard was Interim coach there. They even created very few goals, especially in the last few matches they have run this season.

Restructuring is basically what Chelsea needs at the moment,  they will add more players to their previous squad. I have the feeling that the new management will outperform the prior ones. Todd Boehly may get this signing right, but he has a track record of committing mistakes. Mauricio Pochettino will fix Chelsea, but we shouldn't expect him to do it excellently in his first game. Fans and the board should be patient with Pochettino in case he fails to make an early impression. Chelsea is an exceptional club that requires complete focus from the board, the coach, the players, and the fans.

If the rebuild at Chelsea started last season it would be very good for next season. Because Chelsea should already know that they have to really improve by bringing in new players as well as new coaches in order to make their appearance next season look better than last season. After all, Chelsea fans will continue to feel embarrassed if next season Chelsea cannot get good results through a different strategy from their new coach.

Arsenal have lost several defenders and forwards at the last minute due to injury problems. A lack of capable defenders and forwards ultimately failed to win the Premier League title. Exactly, despite the many doubts in this matter, it still has to be done because both parties (Chelsea and Pochettino's management) have agreed, meaning that they have to take all the risks now to achieve a better next season.
At the moment Poche is trying to make a squad that he thinks is quite suitable for the scheme he will run but talking about the real players Chelsea is currently not too lacking because they are filled with potential young players, it's just that the lack of compatibility between each other makes this a little hassle. Poche should try everything to improve their current state somehow but overhaul I don't think it will be right.

I don't even understand the way young players wants to leave Chelsea, is it that they don't have faith in the club anymore or they don't want to work with the new manager Mauricio Pochettino. Kai Havertz, Christian Pulisic, Mason Mount, Mendy have all been tipped to leave Chelsea and these are promising players and should be part of the team's project. No disrespect but old players like Thiago Silver and the likes should be packing their bags but the reverse is the case. I know Chelsea had some good additions come in during the January transfer like Wesley Fofana, Mykhailo Mudryk, Enzo Fernandez etc. but they management needs to do all they can to make sure that most of these players don't leave.

I once thought that with Arsenal's domination, they have proven that this team from north London has a winning mentality. But it seems that it didn't last long towards the end of the season and Arsenal often found it difficult to win, which made Manchester City very easy to move to the top of the standings.

But that was not what Arsenal wanted because they lost several important players due to injury and this made Arsenal's defense even more fragile from conceding goals. Even though Arsenal are getting closer to the title they have been waiting for for 20 years, fate has other plans and Arsenal can only manage to occupy second place while securing a place in the champions league next season. I think next season will still be competition for Manchester City and Arsenal, especially for Arsenal next season is the right time to avenge their failure to win last season.

This is a very tough task where Pochettino has to coach Chelsea when it is in its worst phase.
With the replacement of several players it might be easier for Pochettino to improve Chelsea's performance but the question is whether Chelsea can spend a larger amount of money to be able to transfer players.
But if they are willing to sell some players and the proceeds from the trade are used to buy other players then Chelsea can save a little on spending on player transfers.

The recently concluded Premier League tournament was an exciting one. Coming to the end of the 2022/23 season, Manchester City have won this season's title with great skill.  Arsenal were at the top of the table for most of the season but lost their consistency towards the end and Manchester City took advantage. A couple of late defeats by Arsenal and a couple of back-to-back wins by Manchester City have separated the two teams. Finally Manchester City won this season's title and Arsenal finished their season at number two. Season 23-24 is expected to be very exciting.

My desire for Newcastle to shine next year is high but I don't like to put many hopes on the clubs that only find their way up but might not be able to sustain it. It's not the first club that would shine but for a moment, some would even win the league that season, yet they end up betraying the trust people have in them. We can learn from Leicester City, where are they now? So before any club would break my heart, I treat it with caution.

Newcastle has been holding below 10th position for many years, and suddenly they qualified for the Champions League. I will only give them 2 more seasons to hold this feat before I will take them seriously. This might just be their lucky season.

it is true that Pochettino's task is very hard to be required to make changes to Chelsea's performance but on the one hand Chelsea needs a little more money because they have to replace several players who no longer have the enthusiasm to improve performance in the summer.
if Pochettino does all this wisely, I believe Pochettino's efforts will not be in vain to give Chelsea an upgrade to get the best place next summer.

Newcastle is probably the most interesting club to look at these days because everyone is now waiting for their next move. It is difficult to tell whether they are going to pull off a 2nd Chelsea and invest over 500 million or whether they will gradually increase the quality of their squad and build something great over time. At least they have seen that the Chelsea project failed and that you can't just throw half a billion out the window and win the title. It needs much more than that. That's why I doubt that Neymar would really be that interesting to them. They know his history of injuries and his attitude.

Newcastle was lucky enough because it didn't take many seasons for them to improve after being taken over by the new owner and what was even luckier was they immediately found the right manager with players that could be said to be average because it's not like Man United or Chelsea and City or others clubs whose players were brought in at a very high price.
Next season will be different for Newcastle because there is a European competition that requires a different touch from the local competition they played before, and hopefully, the fans don't think too much by expecting them to be superior in many competitions because building a strong and competitive team takes a long time. but they already have other capital to do so, namely money because it's one of the keys to producing a great team.

Newcastle United success wake up from bottom position last two season until leaded on top fourth standings position in this season for qualifying to Champion League next season. Remember, last two season before Newcastle acquisition ever dropped to relegated and arrived Eddie Howe success made Newcastle finish on 11th standings in season 2021/22. Drastically have bigger impact not only from acquisition but how brilliant and smart strategies from Eddie Howe until give Champion League ticket after Newcastle finish on top fourth standings in this season.

Honestly, Newcastle United has much money in this season but they don't look spent more for active in window transfer, depend with Chelsea, Newcastle United not really spent much money in window transfer but success finish on 4th standings.
