For example Mudryk has been brought here for 70 million euros. He played in quite many games with Chelsea this season but couldn't make a big contribution. I don't know maybe he has had adaptation problems but we would see whether it was really the reason by the beginning of next season. I agree that they couldn't benefit from their transfers very much after all the money spent.

Pochettino's job isn't going to be easy while trying to find the right game plan for this team. He will need to do an extra effort to improve the morale of the players as well after having a nightmare season. I'm at least feeling confident about he can't be worse than Potter. Grin

I think the first major task or assignment of Pochettino is to trim Chelsea squad and rebuild the team starting with many young stars but few old players while allowing the redundant players to leave now that the likes of Kante, Koulibaly, Havertz, Abumeyang etc would not be in his future plan Pochettino has a lot of work in the rebuilding process of the club, however Chelsea fans shouldn't expect an instant impact it will definitely that some time before the team begin to become formidable and compete with other top team it also an advantage for the club not playing in European competitions it will allow Pochettino to remain focus on way fixing the team.

for me actually chelsea doesn't need to change coaches because chelsea has changed coaches several times but in fact there is no change like Lampard has also given the best strategy for chelsea but hasn't given any performance. from what I see Chelsea need new players who can make a strong contribution at Chelsea.
and yesterday Lampard didn't need to be replaced and focused more on new players to be active in the transfer market and looking for the best players to strengthen Chelsea's defence.

I'm still not sure about Chelsea in the summer even though the coach has changed but the Chelsea players need to adapt to the new coach.

Pochettino is a friendly coach and he does not have harsh words toward his coach colleagues so I think he will not say anything bad against Lampard advice even it is not correct in Pochettino's opinion. Glazers family did not get warm welcome from Manchester United fans since the day they bought the club many years ago. After many years, they decided to leave Manchester United and it's not a bad decision from Glazers family.

He's been linked to Saudi Arabian league but it seems like he's turned down several offers just for him to return back to spain or La Liga.
