I agree with you that what Erik Ten Hag has done for Manchester United this season deserves appreciation. I love how Newcastle is progressing. They arent wasting a lot of money and are building the team slowly and it works for them. They will need a few big signings to complete their team and if they get 2-3 super players they might go far in the champions league and premier league next season.

Nevertheless, the main reason for the next championship of Manchester City and Guardiola is that Arteta and his Arsenal failed to finish when they began to lose points en masse, where in theory they should not have done it. Which of course does not negate the fact that Manchester City had a very powerful finish in the Premier League, but still the root cause is a strong decline in Arsenal's results at the finish.

Mateo Kovacic has been very instrumental to Chelsea's success since he joined the club from Real Madrid. It'll be a very wrong decision from the club management of Chelsea to let him join another English club.

Arsenal must concentrate on having a strong bench team in addition to strengthening their starting group.
