If Arsenal are not willing to let him go as a way of exchange, then is it possible for Arsenal to buy him without any exchange. Because, if Arsenal can afford to buy Declan Rice then of course a player swap doesn't have to happen either but yes, after all West Ham still has to have great players because to play in the Europa League as well next season. It's also interesting to look forward to because after all, Declan Rice is also the team captain which of course West Ham won't be easy to let go of and of course will be priced at a high price.
So good to see incredible transfer this summer, gunners making big moves for their ultimate priority players. They place bid for Declan Rice. After winning the European Conference League, Westham will lose one of their most key players this summer. David Moyes will bring in a capable backup midfielder to replace Declan Rice. This is the first transaction that I'm thrilled with; Arsenal should strive relentlessly to sign Declan Rice, who is a key player on their transfer rader. He will provide sophisticated contributions to the midfield, filling the void left by Granit Xhaka.
I think, with the current conditions, sooner or later the conditions regarding Rice will definitely be at Arsenal. The chances are very high in this case even though the price is not cheap but it is not a big problem for them especially as you said, this could be a good replacement in the position left by Xhaka.
Rice has always been a target for Arsenal more than ever although this is a bit late but now is a good opportunity to bring in this player and I wouldn't be too surprised if in the next few weeks this is confirmed to be a done deal.

The progress made by Erik Ten Hag this season is quite good even though it's only the EFL trophy. I think it's still appropriate to say that the team is growing under the tutelage of Erik Ten Hag, now they have improved the team very well and this is a pretty good job while their career is still in one season.
I believe that in terms of time and process, Erik Ten Hag will definitely be able to manage Man United well and return to fierce competition, so we have to see next season how this team grows after Erik Ten Hag took over.

So much improvement had been done from the manager, like he's always said, 99 Percent isn't enough when it comes to representing Manchester United. You'll have to give all of your best else yiyfins your self as a third or fourth choice for Manchester United. A good example is Harry Maguire.

What I really do hope is to see the glazers finally selling the club so the manager can be backed by the new owners to fund for new players. Mason Mount, A defender from Napoli, Harry Kane and also a goal keeper from Porto all have been placed on the list of players wanted by the coach.

Management of the club Manchester United is something I can vouch for, saying he'll be the coach to bring glory days back to Manchester United. I hope he also gets Rabiot from Juventus on a free transfer, that lad is a leader and a winner. He'll add so much depth to the squad.

Arsenal will need to bring in some new players to improve their squad depth in order to compete comfortably in these two tournaments. They require it even more today, given how their season ended with them losing the Premier League title to Manchester City.

One of the major reasons was that some of their core top 11 players were injured, and there was no better alternative to fill those spots, therefore they performed poorly and gradually lost the title fight to Manchester City. They need a more powerful and agile team now; they must be fit and compete well in both their domestic league and the European competition.

arsenal doesn't want to be left behind in the transfer market this time, they are also hunting for declan rice after west ham succeeded in winning the conference league, but the price that west ham wants for declan rice is very high, around 90 million pounds more, I doubt they will be able to buy declan rice at that price, arsenal really need a midfielder and maybe they should look for other player options.

It is one of the important signings for Arsenal especially the new player has good form as a midfielder. Declan Rice deserves to be at Arsenal because of his good form with West Ham, so he will make Arsenal's midfield stronger and more stable next season.

Mateo Kovacic is also reported to have agreed to join Premier League champions Manchester City. Mateo Kovacic has also completed a personal deal with Manchester City but his future will continue after the Champions League final. Mateo Kovacic is expected to be a suitable replacement for Ilkay Gundogan, so I think he will also be good for Manchester City next season.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
Man U only started showing good results at the end of the season... But failed to achieve anything other than a place in the Champions League next season... It's probably too early to talk about any success because Man U has always been a top club that has often played in European Cups... This season they haven't won a single trophy, although they have competed in many competitions... I think they have a lot of work to do...

I would say given the pit they were in last season, it's tremendous achievement for them to make into top 4 at least. They have gone through a lot over the years so they did well. Also you can't expect them to get hands on everything in just a season of rebuilding. It would take a bit more time before they really can be considered as a contender in competitions. This season they actually won EFL when they faced Newcastle in the finals and scored 2 goals.

I would however agree that they still need to work a lot and hopefully ten Haag will cover that in next season.

Another rumour, Declan Rice is widely expected to join Arsenal this summer. however, the Gunners could lose a key player in exchange for his services. Moyes could now potentially put a wrench in the works, according to The Sun, he has asked Arsenal attacking midfielder Emile Smith Rowe to join West Ham in a swap for Rice. their report noted that "the idea of a deal involving Smith Rowe going in the opposite direction" had been floated by West Ham. also, Moyes is allegedly a "huge fan" of the England international. despite being part of the conversation, Arteta has been adamant he is not for sale.

There are several players who are actually good enough for Arsenal and are on the sales list right now.
Partey is one that allows to be let go at this time. He is a pretty good player but injuries always affect him in playing. On the other hand, it seems that Arteta also doesn't want to waste time. Caicedo and Rice really seem to be projected for next season for Arsenal's midfield.

I am also not going to say too much trash about Manchester United. After all, they made a good comeback after all the problems they were facing. Generally achieving a Champions League position is not a very tremendous achievement for a club like Manchester United.

Considering the fact that they had been facing a lot of problems, I will say that they did well in the end. But I also agree that if they do not do better in the next season a lot of people will start questioning their performance.

I agree with you that what Erik Ten Hag has done for Manchester United this season deserves appreciation. We also have to remember how Manchester United were before he arrived, and even at the start of the season they had a losing streak which resulted in them being at the bottom of the table at that time. But slowly they can get up and can collect point by point to take them step by step to the top of the standings. and in the end they can be ranked 3rd, it is an achievement for them.
Manchester United also won one title this season, and that was a good start for Erik Ten Hag to bring another title the following season. Don't forget too, they felt the internal problems of the club which disturbed the balance a little, but they managed to get through it well.
I think if Erik Ten Hag is given a longer chance he can revive the championship passion of Manchester United.

The second season for ten Hag will be decisive - it will no longer be possible to blame everything on his predecessors or on Ronaldo. Although I support United, I think next season will be worse than this one - just at least due to the fact that Liverpool and Chelsea will return to business (presumably) and in such conditions even getting into the top 4 will be a very difficult task.

A stronger team is necessary given the competition in the Champions League and Premier League. Arsenal must concentrate on having a strong bench team in addition to strengthening their starting group. Key player injuries are a real possibility and without a reliable backup the team performance as a whole could suffer significantly. Therefore in order to properly handle the demands of both tournaments Arteta and the club management must place a high priority on squad depth.

However, Arsenal next season will not be strengthened by one of its flagship midfielders, Granit Xhaka, who will leave at the end of this season. It looks like Arteta will have to think about new player options to fill the position left by Xhaxa next season. We know that Arsenal's current squad is almost evenly distributed on various fronts, it's just that the options for second-tier players are still unbalanced, so it will be very difficult to compete with other teams in the EPL, especially Manchester City, which we know is Arsenal's arch rival this season. Even if Arsenal manage to qualify for the UCL, I think they will still have trouble focusing in several competitions and for sure their closest target will only be in the EPL race next season.
Yes, it is reported that Granit Xhaka will soon end his journey with Arsenal at the end of this season. He is a senior player in the Gunners squad who has always been a mainstay in midfield, his departure will throw Arsenal off balance in their midfield, and this has made Arteta have to think hard to quickly find the right replacement candidate for him. Arteta can't just rely on second-tier players to make balanced moves after the departure of Granit Xhaka, looking for new candidates is the best solution. Declan Rice has a very good reputation in the Premier League, he has always performed well in the West Ham midfield and has also become a mainstay in England. Arsenal is said to be one of the most serious applicants for Rice's services. I think this is the best solution, signing Declan Rice to replace Granit Xhaka. Everyone knows that Manchester City have everything in every game, they have a solid game, Guardiola is the greatest coach in my opinion.

As quoted by Fabrizio Romano, understands Granit Xhaka and Bayern Leverkusen's agreement is still valid, sealed and confirmed at this stage. In another tweet, Arsenal will give the green light after they signed a new midfielder with Declan Rice a priority target.

Another rumour, Declan Rice is widely expected to join Arsenal this summer. however, the Gunners could lose a key player in exchange for his services. That is why, Granit Xhaka's process to Leverkusen is still sealed. so, let's wait if there is an agreement between these two clubs. or, the Gunners will look for other Alternatives. to be honest, I prefer Gundohan. apart from being a free agent, Gundohan can be relied on both in terms of mentality, a leader for the young squad of The Gunners, and work ethic no doubt.

I am pretty sure they are going to be busy in the transfer market, they do not have money at their disposal like some of the other big teams in England and Europe, but they can afford to make very decent signings.
If elite players are your thoughts when you speak of buying players, you can as well count Arsenal out on that. Arsenal are not the type of team that is into the business of buying made players where they have to pay huge wages. They rather get young talents and groom them into elite players suitable for good market proceeds. It's part of the business for them, other than winning trophies.
But even if you look at Arsenal like that at the moment, they are actually one of the clubs that are said to be wasteful and are in 4th place this season.
They don't bring in really bad players, but you could say it's average, it's just that the price they set isn't cheap either.
But indeed some of them are young players who have great potential and indeed it is still very feasible.
Arsenal current coach,Mikel Arteta is not the type of coach we used to see Arsenal higher in the past years. He knows exactly what he wants to do,how he's going to do it,and why he is going to do it.He has done incredibly well for Arsenal ever since he took over as Arsenal head coach. If you look at last season, you will enjoy Arsenal's pattern of play, and immagining the age of those players, you will know that indeed, there is a project going on at the club. They finished second last season, while their initial target was to finish in the top four. They now know that they need a little quality in depth,to be able to lift this EPL trophy, therefore, this transfer window is really going to be very busy for them.
I think Artetas' style is actually still the same as Arsenal's predecessor Arsen Wenger because nothing has changed drastically from the leadership pattern that exists at Arsenal. They always do it with their young players and indeed it has been imprinted from the start so they are not too far from the existing vision.
It's just that right now he's doing it right but in this condition that doesn't mean he can also relax because next season after they are in 2nd place at this time of course the pressure will be very strong.

When compared to the condition of Manchester United before and after the arrival of Ten Hag, Manchester United is very much different from before. Ten Hag has made a big contribution to improving Manchester United's performance so that they can finish in third place as well as bring them to the UCL competition next season.
Manchester United new chapter has just started with Ten Hag, next season there will be another surprise from Ten Hag after successfully presenting a trophy in his first season. Ten Hag not only revived Manchester United's passion but he has also revived the passion of competition at the top of the EPL, next season Manchester United will be one of the teams among several other big teams that are seeded to fight for the EPL trophy.

Manchester United has better performance under Erik Tan Hag era and success qualify to Champion League next season after finish on 3rd standings position, indeed with one trophy by winning EFL Cup its seems enough for the first season with Tan Hag. For next season, I don't think enough with Erik Tan Hag or Manchester United dominance on the top fourth standings position but have compete for primer league tittle race.

Participants in Champion League for next season, Manchester United has many busy matches schedule and waiting for how strategy from Erik tan Hag will be success make Manchester United in the tittle race or not? But not really bad first season with Manchester United won EFL Cup and lead until final stage in FA Cup.

Checking the place of Manchester United in the league and how they performed after Ten Hag joined this team I can say, they should really thank their coach because after Ferguson left this team they couldn't find a good coach, and usually the managers joined this team couldn't have good performance, even famous people like Ryan Giggs and Jose Mourinho but this time they are on third place of the table and they will have Champions league ticket too.

Manchester United performance is very impressive this season under Erik Ten Hag and if you can recall with me, there was a time Manchester united joined the race to win the league. The only factor that stopped them was that they were playing all the titles and cups such as;
English Premier League,
Emirates FA Cup,
Caraoba Cup,
Europa League
And yet they didn't have good squad depth to play all the matches, at a time they were caught up by fatigue and their best defensive midfielder was red carded twice during this period which made him miss a total of 6 EPL matches and the development wasn't cool for the club to cope.

Xhaka leaving won’t really have much negative effect on this current Arsenal side. Yes, he’s a key man in the team and his mentality and experience has shown over the years in the Arsenal team. But one thing is ceraon in football, a player will always come and go. It’s left for Arteta  to discover a  perfect replacement for him in the summer transfer window. At the moment, Arteta is more focused on making midfield and defensive additions. They’re better player than him and if the team can lay their hand on one, them I don’t think they will miss him that much.

He is a firm coach and does not discriminate when a player does not suit his wishes or does something that is detrimental to the club. The coach really has to do this, so he won't be easy to intervene in carrying out strategies and players that match the criteria.

I don't think it would be the right thing to call Manchester United like they have been in a slump. On the contrary there is a big development in their playing style and results. Because they finished the 2021/2022 season in the 6th place and barely saved a ticket for the Europa League. But in this season things changed a lot. They finished in the 3rd place and they are finally a part of the Champions League as well. These all happened thanks to Erik ten Hag's system. He helped some players show their skills even in a better way as well.

For example there is a huge difference between Rashford's performances in the 2021/2022 season and this one. He has been like a goal machine above all else. And of course he has started to make more assists and be much less selfish. Hence I see a bright future for Manchester United now.

There were a number of problems that occurred but it's good that Ten Hag in this case weren't too daunted by the existing problems and they managed to sort it out. well in the end to be in ideal position for the season, 2 times being in finals and 1 trophy is definitely a great depiction that they are completely different this season.
Even though next season there must still be a number of things that need to be changed, especially for their defense which is sometimes very ridiculous, at the moment there is still plenty of time to do that.
