Now the decision has been made and it is very unfortunate for Joao as several statements suggest that Poche will not involve Joao in his plans for next season for Chelsea. Actually it's quite a shame because in this case I think Joao really played quite well during his time at Chelsea and sometimes he's the one who made the difference for Chelsea when they were down.

We have Nkuku coming and we'll be buying a striker in the summer, I'm thinking Mauricio Pochettino will want to sign Harry Kane since Harry Kane wasn't to leave Tottenham Hotspur as they're not hurry for title but he knows that at Chelsea the team will compete for title next season, it mightn't be the premier league and obviously not the champions league since they aren't playing in any of the European competitions but they can compete for other smaller cups in the premier league and also get a shot at winning something bigger. Mauricio Pochettino knows this might be his last chance to prove something at England he won't joke with it.

Chelsea has lots of players that they have to sell so we shouldn't be surprised when we see players been listed to be sold. We still have the likes of Mason mount and Gallagher to be sold off. This players are too average to be playing at Chelsea. We also have to let go of all the strikers we have at the club at the moment and also our wingers because they were all floped and the reason we're in this condition of not playing bigger leagues next season. Something also has to be down about our defensive position and the goal keeper.
Pochetino is a good coach, and certainly,we are expecting him to do well at Chelsea.Felix did well than any other player we bought last season, but we must get a perfect replacement,if we are to do any thing unique in the premier league and in Europe next season. It is no secrete that Chelsea didn't make their fans happy last season, but I know they are going to amend their ways, and make their fans happy  next season. They spent so much money on the players they bought, but didn't get what they expected from those players, especially someone like Mykylo Mudryk. So much money was spent on him,but he ended up doing nothing,no goal, no major contribution.Lets hope next season is better.

If Pochettino have that winning mentality as a coach then transforming Chelsea won't be difficult but if he is like other coach that has work for Chelsea , even if Chelsea still bring good players not will still change. The previous coaches worked with good players but it was still not well with them. I'm believing their will be a difference in pochettino as coach because of his experience. Chelsea has really suffered,  it will be too much for the club to continue with the bad performance next season.

Mauricio Pochettino has never won any Premier League titles during his time in charge of Tottenham, so I wouldn't believe he has a winning mentality other than just doing it with PSG. I think he can change Chelsea's mentality and players' confidence to do better next season, but I believe he will still be like before when he was at Tottenham.

I really wonder why Chelsea failed to find an agreement with Luis Enrique who has a better record on his coaching CV than Pochettino. Luis Enrique is a great coach who has been good enough to prove his quality with Barcelona a few seasons ago. I know the character of the game of the two coaches are both attacking, but in conclusion Luis Enrique still tends to be better in my opinion.

The eighth team in the points table is now Tottenham. They have lost 14 matches this season. Even Brighton and Aston Villa are behind Tottenham. And their main weakness this season has been their defense. They have conceded 63 goals this season. And no other team has conceded so many goals in the top 14 of the table. If the defense was strong, Tottenham could have qualified for the Champions League.
I think Harry Kane should have left Tottenham earlier. Harry Kane is a great player. Any team would be keen to get Kane in the squad. But Kane remained loyal to the Tottenham club. However, Tottenham never fields a very strong squad. And so this team can't even win the title. Harry Kane should play for the title now.
It's always hard for a player that is loyal to his club to leave the club. Kane surely is a player that is destined for clubs bigger than Tottenham. I just read his history of how he was released from the Arsenal youth academy because he was a bit chubby and not very athletic. He also had a trial in Tottenham but was not successful. After that he joined Watford academy and was later given another chance at Tottenham after he impressed playing for Watford against Tottenham. I guess he is a type of player that feels like he owes the club for giving him a chance when no one wanted him.

A world-class player like Harry Kane is yet to win a league title. And Harry Kane will never win a title with Tottenham. Tottenham management does not build their squad to win titles. And so there is no benefit for Kane to be loyal to the Tottenham club. Kane should leave the Tottenham club. And joining a first-row club. He may go to Madrid or Barcelona in La Liga. Teams like Bayern Munich or PSG will also want to sign a player like Harry Kane.

Chelsea will not make the champions league spot next season, it will take them time to build a team that will challenge for trophy none get the champions league spot in the league, coach  pochettino has experienced in the league as former Tottenham coach, this Chelsea squad he inherited are baby's squad, they can't make it to any competition finals, to me he should just change the full squad, because none of them are fit to be called a Chelsea players, pochettino has to bring in good players that wants to play for the club not the ones that are influenced by salary. he should sell more than half of this current squad regardless of the years on their contracts, if he wants to succeed, because this current Chelsea squad will disappoint him like others.

Selling some players will be the best way to help the Chelsea team reach any final league. Chelsea spent a lot of money to acquire those players, but the team is now getting worse as a result of overpaying them. I believe selling half of the squad will be a very good idea. Chelsea has endured a lot of setbacks this season as a result of the players' performances, but they continue to blame the coaches and fire them.
If Chelsea didn't sell all of these players who weren't serious, changing coaches wouldn't have any impact on the team's success. In fact, nothing would change even if they kept switching coaches for the next two years.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
Manchester city and Pep Guardiola are two inseparable pairs, since becoming Manchester City coach in the 2016/2017 season until now Pep Guardiola has presented 5 EPL titles for the team nicknamed the citizen. It seems that the relationship between the two will remain harmonious until the duration of the contract expires in 2025. With the same squad for next season, there is no doubt that Manchester City will defend the EPL title and maybe they also have to be wary of a team like Arsenal who had threatened Manchester City's position to win the EPL title.

Certainly in the next season there will be other strong competitors such as Manchester United, Newcastle and even Brighton which this season has surprised many parties. The start of the 23/24 season is still going on for quite some time in mid-August and I can't wait to see the teams start competing again.
Pep Guardiola has proven that he has succeeded in managing Manchester City, not only the 5 English League titles he has successfully presented, he has also succeeded in presenting 4 EFL (which is now called the Carabao Cup), 2 Community Shield titles and 1
The FA Cup and now they are preparing to top it off with a Champions League title (if they can win it). Of course that is a brilliant record that was achieved by Pep Guardiola with Manchester City.

Pep's contract will be meaningful in 2025 and I'm sure that Manchester City will still want to be with Pep Guardiola for a long time, especially if they manage to win the Champions League this season. There is no doubt that Pep Guardiola is one of the best coaches out there.

Rebuilding ongoing and Harry Kane is amongst the list of players wanted at Chelsea still, this is such a wrong move to make from Chelsea if this is not completely speculated news.
Christopher Nkuku is a great addition, but not excited seeing Jaoa Felix leaving already for Athletico Madrid. Pochetino already listing players who will work for his project and Felix not included.

As a United core fan, I don't see the move for Mason Mount to Manchester United as a great one, but with Erik Ten Hag pushing for the player underground, who am I not to hack my manager? Gallagher to Dortmund would be wonderful, Pulisic out and also Ziyech. Lastly, I really do think they need a younger number nine. Yes Harry Kane in any big side would score twenty goals and more in a season.

Chelsea will start next season with a new spirit, they have to fight from the start of the season to increase the confidence of the players because this season they have lost the enthusiasm to play after the bad results that befell them. I believe Todd Boehly has big hopes for Chelsea next season because he has spent a lot of money to recruit star players but this season they failed miserably. It is hoped that Pochettino arrival will revive the players' confidence on the field, they must unite in achieving success next season.

There are many Chelsea players who have quite qualified individual qualities and will support a long-term project for Pochettino for next season. Chelsea have plenty of time to improve their squad for next season as they can bring in 1 or 3 more players to strengthen front line and defence.

The fact that he is a new coach will undoubtedly increase his desire to succeed, so I still have high hopes for him despite the fact that I don't actually have a good track record regarding him. However, seriously, Chelsea deserves the best and needs to recapture their former glory, so I believe the first thing a new coach should do is separate the players who will stay from those who will be sold off. From there, he can begin reorganizing the team, which will change things slightly against the competition. once more, congrats to Chelsea supporters on their new Chelsea.

Brighton have played very well this season. It is certainly commendable. Brighton is now sixth in the points table. Brighton's players have performed well this season. But I don't think Brighton will be strong enough to qualify for the Champions League next season. From Brighton, Newcastle, Manchester City, United, Liverpool and Chelsea teams are much stronger. And I think these teams will be at the top of the table next season. It is very unlikely to see Brighton in the top 5 of the points table.
Brighton ended the season in a good way, they managed to finish in 6th place which led them to the Europa League next season. Brighton appearance this season was truly unexpected, at the start of the season they managed to provide competition in the top four even though in the end they finished in 6th position. Brighton's success this season cannot be separated from Potter contribution in instilling a philosophy of playing well in attack and defense.

Next season is very difficult for Brighton to be able to provide competition in the top six positions. Chelsea, Tottenham, West Ham will make changes to their team so they can return to the European zone. Chelsea which has appointed Mauricio Pochettino as head coach, will have big targets next season. Chelsea will soon end their slump in order to return to the top four. Meanwhile, Tottenham and West Ham will make the competition even more competitive with a surprise next season.

Harry Kane to Chelsea?- There is a lot of speculation about him right now, but I personally believe he will not move this summer. He is already 30 and has one year left on his contract, so why not do another season and walk to any club of his choice next season, pocket the signing fees without having to deal with Daniel levvy, and since he has already expressed a desire to stay in London with his family, I doubt he'd move abroad or away from London, which offers Chelsea and Arsenal an advantage, but will Kane betray Spurs fans and join their London rivals?

Chelsea has lots of players that they have to sell so we shouldn't be surprised when we see players been listed to be sold. We still have the likes of Mason mount and Gallagher to be sold off.

Gallagher is likely to stay; I don't rate him, but he would be the only agreesive midfielder with high pressing left if the club let Mount go; Poch has expressed interest in keeping Mount, but his contract situation with the club is not good at the moment, and the club may be forced to sell to our local rivals; not a good decision, but there are no other options at the moment.

I understand your point for being so optimistic about Brighton possibly being a contender for the premiere league title but would you blame anyone to thinking such ? I mean take a look at the way this team actually performed this season they were never afraid to face off any of the big teams and yes teams like Manchester united and Liverpool and even Newcastle can be great contender next season but their is still a fact and possibility that Brighton can actually contest for the league title as its already been attempted before and successfully achieved by the relegated Leicester city team that performed so brilliantly and became champions in 2016 season of the premiere league.

Yes but this is a bit far-fetched when you take Leicester City as an example. There is a reason why Leicester City won't be forgotten for the next few hundred years. It is because what happened usually never happens. Nobody could ever say that Brighton can't win it. Every team can win the title in theory, but aren't we also here in the forum to discuss what we think is likely or makes sense? Is it realistic that Brighton outcompetes Manchester City next season? No, it is not, but could it be? Yes. But if we start discussing that way, we could come up with every single team now from the Premier League and make the case that in theory it would be possible for Brighton. Just as a note here, Brighton lost 12 games this season and if they wanted to have as many points as Manchester City, they would have to turn 9 out of 12 losses into wins.

Leicester won the title when the 2nd came in with 71 points.

I think Pochettino is risking because of joining Chelsea in this situation, Pochettino is the coach who won the champions league when he was working at Tottenham in 2018-19 and he got some achievements when he was working on PSG which means Pochettino is a famous coach but Chelsea is not in a good situation and none knows if they get to have a better situation with Pochettino or not.
Pochettino usually prefers an attacking style and high pressing but he can maybe change this if he joins Chelsea.

Actually Pochettino is being tested in a very tough job at Chelsea, he must be able to reunite the Chelsea squad which has been shattered this season. But I see that the former PSG coach will again be able to push The Blues into the ranks of the top ruling team, but with the record that Todd Boehly doesn't get too deeply involved in the players who will be his mainstay. If Pochettino is free in concocting his squad, it won't take long for him to lead the team from London with a fighter mentality. Previously he did not have enough flashy experience but with the passage of time and experience, he will prove successful in the Premier League.

They have a lot of money. So Pochettino should indeed be given big spending money. But I also don't understand if that will happen, because they have broken the transfer record this season.
I don't understand Pochettino's coaching style, but with the current situation I think he has to look for new players again. Or do they look bad because of an inexperienced coach? There is still no official news regarding the Chelsea transfer market.
But besides that, Pochettino has a big responsibility because returning Chelsea's performance is not easy. I think the opportunity has to stay open for Pochettino because than keeping Lampard would be much worse. One of Pochettino decisions to change players such as releasing Felix according to his contract was also done firmly and even though Felix looks comfortable at Chelsea.

Another option might be that after the summer transfer market the names of new players will appear on the condition that even then Chelsea have to let go of several players.

This season's consistent performance and number two position in the points table will undoubtedly give them confidence in the coming seasons. Their full focus should be on the Premier League and Champions League next season. Currently Arsenal's team is a balanced team. Still, if the team needs to change a player, maybe Arsenal will make that change.
Even though Arsenal failed to win a trophy, with the squad they currently have, next season they can still show their ideal game. Arteta still has an unresolved agenda, so it's just waiting for better support from the management and buying side of players. Arsenal was able to show good performance and at the end of the season it was a little shaky because the mentality of the players had not yet been formed. Obtaining a Champions League ticket will make a big difference for Arsenal, and it is possible that with Arteta Arsenal will continue to move in a better direction.
