Chelsea, with this kind of money spent, requires a manager that is world class level, I am not saying go ahead and get Pep, that would be pretty difficult, but at least get someone that is better than Potter there so that you could have someone who knows how to handle stars and build a tactic around them for a win.
After spending that kind of money and their is no difference in Chelsea performance, I don't know why Chelsea is still keeping Potter, they should just go ahead and get a better coach, if Chelsea will still keep Potter, them and expecting their performance to even get worst even after spending that kind of money. Potter is not really having the experience to coach Chelsea, with the amount spent, Chelsea is not still suppose to be in 10th position on the table.
I agree with you Graham Potter has not been able to coach a team like Chelsea. We can see in that match the change of players from Graham Potter was the start of Chelsea losing creativity from midfield and the transition from defense to attack when pulling out Pulisic and entering Ghallager.
You should include N'Golo Kante, who incidentally is the soul of the team so that he is more calm in carrying out attacks.
In my opinion, this was a carelessness committed by Potter which actually resulted in bad luck for the Blues so that the Toffies finally scored two goals in the last 15 minutes and forced the match to end in a 2_2 draw.
And with this result, it is increasingly difficult, of course, for the blues to get out of the shackles of the temporary mid-table standings.
Many have criticized Graham for his performance as technical director, but sometimes it's difficult because things don't go the way you want them to, even if you have the best in the world, you just have to see PSG, it's a team that has pure stars and they have not been able to win a UCL, they have not been able to against Bayern or against a Real Madrid that has good players and veterans, even so they have not been Able to, so sometimes you have to wait and see How the team can improve With the passage of time, for me Potter has done well, he just has to know how to Mesh his team, Chelsea is a team to be in the top 4 of the PL.
I don't understand what exactly is the problem with Graham Potter, he has good players, also actually he has a lot of time to make Chelsea even better. But until now still can not show what is needed by the team. Several times he showed a good game, but it was not accompanied by good consistency so it seemed that they were not developing at all. Naturally, many are demanding that Chelsea fire their current coach.
What I think is, what is affecting Chelsea is beyond the coach or players' availability because the club spent quiet a good amount of money in the last transfer windows that should have helped to place Chelsea in the top 3 clubs in the premier league this season.
-But as it stands, Grayham Potter have no choice than to accept all the blames after all he took the job so he has to deliver.
Well, I can't deny that yes, here the one who is to blame or who is to blame for everything is Potter, but it is something very difficult, sometimes having good players and if they do not understand each other very well it is difficult to integrate them so that they can make the right decisions. things are good on the pitch, not all technical directors achieve that, sometimes it costs a lot and that is what is happening to Graham, for me there should be more empathy between the players, they have very good players and that is sometimes not enough, sometimes it goes beyond that, in football sometimes things get even more complicated when you have the best.

Chelsea announce £120m loss, FFP compliance on nearly £500m turnover in 2021-22Chelsea’s 2021-22 financial accounts were due at the end of this month, and it looks like the beancounters got things done just in time, with the club announcing a turnover of nearly £500m — which might be close to a record number — but also a massive loss of £121.3m, which is the third highest in our history.
This follows a (mostly pandemic-induced) record loss of over £150m last year, which beat out even the £140m from Abramovich’s second season in 2004-05. Making history!
Despite those eyebrow-raising numbers, Chelsea assure that we continue to “comply with UEFA and Premier League financial regulations”.
Last year’s accounts were given some leeway because of the pandemic by both the Premier League and UEFA; it’s unclear if we’ll get any similar favors for the sanctions that were not at all in our control but still had to deal with for three months — resulting in “extraordinary expenses and loss of revenue” as per Chelsea’s announcement.
