We all know Manchester City have previously lose against Brentford in league, so I'm not too sure with them, but anything can happen with many matches ahead for title.

Easier analyze than the reality, Arsenal did well last season and ended it from top to bottom ending the league in Europa. Not saying it is going to happen again but as they say, football always surprises, and since Manchester City hasn't relented in any way so far, be ready for the impossible to become possible.

With 24 games to go, anything can happen to these two teams. We could see Manchester City getting back-to-back defeats, or Arsenal going through that pathetic thing, nothing is impossible in this case. Moreover, other teams such as Newcastle and Tottenham are also under them by collecting points that are not too far away. The teams I mentioned should not be underestimated because they might surprise everyone at the end of the competition. And also there is still the second leg, there will still be a match between them.

The difference of 5 points is safe for now, but after the game reopens it is difficult to feel safe.

If Leicester City can win Premier League, Arsenal can win it too. However, it is a bit difference because in a season Leicester City won it, all big clubs had problems and it gave a good chance for Leicester City to take advantage of all giant problems then win the trophy.

In this season, at least Manchester City has been playing so impressively and they have not had serious problems. So if Arsenal want to win it, they will need to play much better than Leicester City did many seasons ago.

There is still quite a long time left and a lot of matches. Performing at a steady full strength avoiding defeat is Arsenal's best way to stay afloat of Man City's pursuit. As long as this season goes on I think only these two Teams have a chance to win the EPL this season.
Newcastle, Tottenham are still too weak to compete. If Newcastle and Tottenham don't make any major changes to the transfer next winter. A slight mistake from Man City or Arsenal will make a big difference. Right now I feel like these two teams are still the same.

The changes Arteta has made have been very impressive so far, even though at first he had bad results in a row but over time Arteta was able to prove the progress he made was very good for Arsenal with his young squad. I don't imagine, if this season Arsenal doesn't get good performance like this and also the other teams are experiencing a decline in performance, then it can be a good thing for Manchester City.
But yes, Manchester City still can't progress smoothly to become the top of the Premier League standings this season, because currently there are at least two teams that are experiencing rapid improvement, they are Arsenal and Newcastle.

Even though Newcastle still haven't touched second place, but with a gap of only two points, Manchester City's position is not completely safe.

Indeed it's too early talking about the title because Premier League still not entered half of the season and before faced Manchester City i think Arsenal will fight against several strong teams and their schedules after world cup will be very busy and in January Newcastle, Tottenham and Manchester United will being an their opponents so i predict these teams who possibly can makes Arsenal slipped especially Manchester United that so far this season only this team who able to beat Arsenal and previously Arsenal had a habit cannot managed their consistency and if they can maintain their performance at least until March i think they deserved for the title

You are correct that no club should rejoice and that they have won the English Premier League, there are 19 matches left to be played . According to you it is possible that between the next three to four matches Arsenal will leave the number one position for another club, precisely Manchester City .
I still want to let you know that within the next three to four matches Manchester City could also lose and fall deeper again .
There is no guarantee anywhere, in as much as Arsenal players are heavily involved in the World Cup, Manchester City players also in the World Cup. If there is problem arising from World Cup it should happen on both clubs, not only to Arsenal
