I agree that Arsenal have many problems but a big part of their problem this season has been their recruiting. They have down an awful job at buying players and this is a big fault of Arteta.
I know people will ask me what I mean because they bought Calafiori and Merino. Yeah, they bought these players, but that's exactly the issue. Those are not the kind of players they should buy.

Arsenal already had CBs like Saliba, Ben White, and Gabriel, I don't think another centre-back was necessary, but they still bought Calafiori. Don't get me wrong, Calafiori is a very good player, I love him but the question is "Was he what Arsenal needed at the moment?". you can't just buy a player simply because the player is good.
Now you have Arsenal lining up with 4 CBs in a match; Gabriel, Ben White, Saliba and Calafiori. They line up like this and want to play modern-day football. It won't work. They will be good defensively, but the dynamism that both FBs add to the game won't be there.

Then when you move on to the midfield you'll see Rice, Partey and Merino in midfield. Why? Why buy Merino in the first place? Again, like Calafiori, he's a good player, but he is not what the team needs. they already have Rice, Jorgihno and Partey who play that position, so why add Merino? What happen to another player than can play Odegaard's position? Now Odergaard is injured and the whole creativity in midfield has vanished. Arsenal now start games with Rice, Partey and Merino who are all DMs or double pivot DMs.
That's very wrong business in my opinion. Martinelli and Trossand are not consistent enough but they turn up from time to time so that position can be left. It was obvious Arsenal needed a key man up front that could guarantee 30+ goals a season, but they didn't do anything about it.
Most of their creativity comes from Saka and Odegaard and we know that both these players don't have any replacements in the team, but they didn't do anything about them, instead they were focused on defensive players. Its good to be solid defensively, but its equally as good to be good in the attack.

There is nothing new happening, because from the last few seasons also that the three teams are still consistent in competing for the title. Also, there is nothing to worry about  Manchester City even though Manchester City is currently in second place, because Manchester City is a team that always manages to return to the top of the Premier League standings.This  season will still have a long way to go, so all the possibilities will still happen and also, the fact is  that Manchester City is also a team that has managed to defend the Premier League title for the last four seasons. So yes, there is nothing to worry  about at all about Manchester City.

However, it seems that things are still not going well for Manchester United. because they also just failed to get full points in the Europa League against Fenerbahce. In this match, even though Fenerbahce is the home team, the depth of Manchester United's squad should be far superior to the home team. But Manchester United still failed to win in that match. And on Sunday Manchester United will also visit West Ham's headquarters. And I hope that in this match Manchester United can play better and win. And if it turns out that Manchester United is still having difficulty winning, then it feels like this club's journey will not improve at all this season. It is quite understandable why a lot of people seem to be very sceptical about this match between Liverpool and Arsenal. Liverpool are already on a winning streak at the moment whereas Arsenal are a bit shaky with a loss and lots of injury problem and a red card that would prevent one of their key defender, William Salliba from participating in this match, be that as it may, it still doesn't mean that this match would be a walk in the park for Liverpool, I think Arsenal would still prove very difficult for Liverpool and may still snatch a point from this game because even Mikel Arteta has already boasted during one of his interviews that against Liverpool that they Arsenal would fly, so it going to be a very tough game for the both sides.

I think he is hallucinating about Pep Guardiola being able to solve the problems at Man United at the moment, but there is no offer and it is just a personal speculation.

I predict Chelsea and Manchester United will win, honestly it's hard for my mouth to say Manchester United will beat West Ham because both of them are weak, but West Ham looks more terrible than Manchester United.

Just make it simple, Arsenal is a weak team, that's more than enough to explain why Arsenal can't win any big trophies.

Arsenal will meet Liverpool in this week, I believe Liverpool will beat Arsenal in Emirates Stadium.

They lack players and arteta is not buying the right players and that is one of the reasons to so they hardly find players to sub, aside normal games, when their is an injury they find it hard to replace players, and it is already affecting them seriously and that is why a lot of people are finding it hard to believe that they can win Liverpool. And if arsenal fails to win Liverpool, then this season won't go well for them because I don't think arsenal will be able to win. On a plain truth because of their players that are injured that is like their key players, and if they don't address the issue thay is when arsenal will start failing.


No one expected Arsenal to lose that game to Bournemouth because even when they had a red card when they were playing against us, but I wonder what must have happened between them and Bournemouth, saliba is the one defending the home of arsenal, and arsenal losing to Bournemouth 2:0 is very unlike arsenal to lose so easily and all this might be as a result of overconfidence from arteta. Every is expecting Arsenal to lose.

Arsenal's problems are beyond mere inconsistencies, in my own opinion I would rather say that their problems are multidimensional in the sense that they are too many which is why the player sometimes become overwhelmed by the situations they face in the pitch. Some of these problem are sometimes beyond their control. For example, injuries which can occur at anytime, some are psychological problems (winning mentality), some are decisions that are made by the coaching crew and some of these problems could also be as a result of the players being less motivated as a result they begin to loose matches which ordinarily they ought to have won, so if you begin to analyse all these points you see why the team has been struggling all these while when they ought to winning laurels.

Manchester City had the worst defense in the league this week and they will play Southampton at home. I think Manchester City will score at least 4 goals in this match. 2.22 odds are really great. Haaland can easily score a hat-trick if he plays 90 minutes in this match. I expected a better performance from Southampton after their promotion to the league but their performance so far has been disappointing.

That's right, my friend, Arsenal currently does not have a capable second-string player who can maintain consistent performance when Arsenal's main players are injured. Maybe if only Arsenal had better second-string players, I'm sure in the previous 3 seasons Arsenal would have been able to become champions in one of those seasons. So actually if only Arsenal could maintain the consistency of their performance well, I'm sure last season Arsenal would have been able to become champions in the English league. But unfortunately Arsenal always performs worse towards the end of the season, and this is what causes Arsenal to always fail to become champions in the last few seasons.

I personally also don't really understand Arteta or Arsenal's management. Because they should be aware of this, and build their squad to be even better. But in fact, until now Arsenal's squad can be said to have almost the same performance as the previous season. Maybe Arsenal's management and Arteta think that with the squad they currently have, Arsenal will definitely be able to become champions in the English league. Because maybe they see from Arsenal's records in the last three seasons which have always been almost champions in the English league. That's why Arsenal's management and Arteta think that they don't need new players anymore. In fact, if they think like that, I think they are very wrong. Because when a team has difficulty becoming champions in a football league, there must be a gap that must be fixed, even though the gap is not big. In terms of players who are out injured I think the Gunners have more than Liverpool and coupled with the red card given to William Saliba, Arsenal will need more than just luck to stay Arne's men being that they have been on a fine form of late and even though the Gunners just registered their first loss of the season last weekend, if care's not taken, they might lose to Liverpool as well because if there's anything they are good at it is the ability to punish their opponents with counterattacks and swift play.
 So far, amongst the top six clubs, Arsenal have won one and drawn one which are Man City and Tottenham and if they want to have a shot at moving up the table, they'd need to bring out their A game, make the Emirates as uncomfortable for Liverpool as they can because if you can't secure points in your turf, what's to say you'd do so when you visit the opponents?
