Yes, this kind of game are always hard to predict because the both the are average teams despite one team is doing better than one current, but if I should look at the other side and judge base on their current form the match my be in favor of Nottingham Forest because they are in great form currently. Looking and their head to head only to judge this match may not give someone the best prediction because all this past meet I don't think Nottingham Forest have been good form as they have currently, and by the way wolves are not currently in good shape as they are some few season back. It's really surprised me too. Liverpool has greater XG, but they performed badly in this game. They created so many big chances, but only one excellently executed. I don't count a penalty received by them coz it should not be counted toward their xG.
