The issue of Liverpool is starting from the team, because the deficiency of their team poor performance i think that it's from the players, because if they want to perform well in this season, i think that they a midfielder and defender, at least they need to hire more players fir the team and sell the old performing players. So with that only you will see that the methods of Liverpool football style will change directly, so they performance is extremely low.
Another reason is strategy. I believe another coach in the premier league is very understood how Liverpool played, They can read the player movement on each line, this situation is the same as Chelsea before Tuchel. but, I don't say the Kloop strategy is already stale because when I look him on every match, he always improvement the player strategy, I think what can he do next is to do maximising Nunez and a bit forget about Salah.
I think Liverpool is currently facing the same problem as Chelsea before changing coaches. because the Liverpool players are actually quite good. However, the strategy they play does not match the style of play of the players themselves. It's the same as when Chelsea were coached by Tuchel. Chelsea have good players but a game strategy that doesn't match makes Chelsea look weak. but now that graham potter is the coach of chelsea then we can see the game and chelsea's performance is very good. even Chelsea was able to beat a strong team like Milan up to two times in a row in the champions league. I believe Liverpool will be better if they can change their game strategy.

Honestly this struggle stems from a lack of reinforcements. You can't be competing with Manchester City and not reinforce your squad with the right players. This struggle is all on the owners lack of wanting to spend money. This team looks tired, they just look flat. I’m not sure where the spark is going to come from. Besides, all these problems were existed seasons ago and without properly to deal with. FSG has made a big money after acquiring Liverpool but we can’t see the equal amount of investment into the squad.

Although Liverpool didn't spend so much as teams like Manchester City (£125m) and Chelsea (£278.4m) they invested £95.7m on players. They brought in Darwin Nunez, Fabio Carvalho, Calvin Ramsay, and Arthur Melo. And they also had a very good team last season. It's quite unfortunate that Nunez that was brought in as Mane's replacement is not performing optimally. Klopp has to figure out how to return the team to its winning ways or he might soon join his countryman Thomas Tuchel.

But indeed in this case something is difficult now because apart from his current form injuries to some of his players will obviously prevent them from reaching the top 4 and it will be very difficult for them at least until the middle of the season I think.
But with that, it is clear that Liverpool will make changes in terms of players later because if they force the current squad, even if they are still very good, they are still struggling, especially for Diaz's position, which has been left for a long time.

Yes, the team is challenged by so many injuries but I think Liverpool still has good players that should be giving them positive results. It shouldn't be an excuse for not performing because other teams like Manchester City and Chelsea have a list of injured key players. Laporte, Walker, and Phillips of City and Ziyech, Kante, and Fofana of Chelsea are all key players. Jürgen Klopp should be able to manage the functional team to get more results. Sometimes I feel that some players are made for a team and a team for the player. Sadio Mané was specially designed for Liverpool and the club was made for him.

Liverpool has not been in good form this season. We have seen them struggle in most of their games this season including game played against average teams and some times they play very well like in the game against Brighton they kept scoring goals and coming from behind. I think the team isn't so bad and are showing glimpse of improvement from time to time so with time I believe they will get back to form.

When talking about the standings, of course Liverpool still have a very good chance of finishing in the top 4 of the standings, but if they can perform even better. Honestly, I still don't believe what Jurgen Klopp's strategy is, because until now it hasn't shown any change. I hope they get better soon and get back to where they belong.
Talking about their last game against Arsenal, I am very disappointed with what Jordan Henderson did for allegedly committing racism to Gabriel Magalhaes.
Having that possibility, and actually doing it are very different things. They are playing horrible and they look like they will not be in the top 6 let alone being in the top 4 by the looks of it. Everyone talked about how horrible United has been, and even they recovered and doing much better right now, whereas Liverpool is nowhere near the recovery level.

They have been doing horrible for all year and I believe that they are not going to end up getting any better anytime soon neither. In order to recover from the current situation they need to realize they have a different style of line up now, and Klopp has to change some things for good, keep trying to do the same thing and expecting different results will not do.
But indeed in this case something is difficult now because apart from his current form injuries to some of his players will obviously prevent them from reaching the top 4 and it will be very difficult for them at least until the middle of the season I think.

It seems difficult for Liverpool now because they are still very different in terms of performance compared to last season.
There are still many mistakes made by the players and Goal's productivity and Salah's performance has also not improved until now. Diaz's injury condition is another problem at the moment because indeed he can be an important player but when Liverpool's current condition is not good, Diaz has to be out for a long time too which makes this will be another difficulty for Liverpool on the wings.

Later when the time comes you will know how Arsenal is in the eyes of Man City. Haaland must be looking forward to competing with this one club. Because after all the status of Man City is still worth beating Arsenal. If we look at Man City only needs one point to take first place. Just look at Haaland who is ambitious in every game even 1 point is not a problem for him. No wonder sometimes there are petitions about him, this proves that Haaland is very dangerous for clubs in the Premier League.

I am looking forward to watching the Arsenal vs Manchester City match. Arsenal and City are just 1 point difference. But Arsenal scored 23 goals in 9 matches, while Manchester City scored 33 goals. Undoubtedly, Manchester City are in better form than Arsenal. However, Arsenal will certainly not want to lose the top spot in the points table with a defeat against City. Arsenal will want to win or share the points. The players of both the teams are very confident now. So the match will definitely be competitive.
btw this can only happen maybe next year because indeed for the first match they were postponed out of respect for Queen Elizabeth who died some time ago and obviously this will not happen for some time to come Grin
Actually, in terms of points, I have no doubts about City because sooner or later they will definitely be on top.
Even if Arsenal are strong this season I'm not too sure they will continue to be consistent.

In my opinion if midfielder and defender from liverpool have been performing so well. The only problem is they were not dicipline when it comes to the counter attack. Look at two goals that already made by arsenal against liverpool. It was coming from counter attacks. The defender from liverpool is too lazy unlike the defensive players owned by chelsea which is always going back once opponent was getting the ball. I see that how bad the defensive players of liverpools.
They can perform so well if they are even more dicipline. Some players are even too lazy to follow the ball.

Nowadays, many people also say that Klopp has always had bad luck in the 7th year he coached because previously also at Dortmund and Mainz were also almost the same although indeed many people don't really believe in the 7th curse this season but indeed if we look at the track record This Klopp proved and now he is at Liverpool for his 7th season and the start of this season can be said to be quite a bad season he has with Liverpool.

I was trying to find out the name of the new celebration and the reason behind it to help the curious cats in here so here we go,
Quote
...We can now reveal that Ronaldo’s celebration was a self-deprecating in-joke with his fellow team-mates, highlighting the strong bonds among the players in Erik ten Hag’s squad.

......

It's been a while since Liverpool was the talk of the town due to their poor performance so far. It's usually just their rival Man United hehe. It's becoming clear that they're out of the title contention this season but I still think they can manage a top four finish.

No no, it will be a difficult weekend for Liverpool. Why Manchester City at this time that they are struggling to find their form. Nobody should think of wasting bets on Liverpool, because they will lose this match against City. See my reasons;
1. Liverpool is not in good form since this season.
2. Salah is not in his prime.
3. Nunez is yet to adapt to the team.
4. Diaz is injured and off for about 10 matches.
5. Van Dijk has lost his form.

I don't know the kind of magic that Jurgen Klopp will perform against Manchester City and how possible is it that the magic will work.
You forgot to talk about Trent Alexander-Arnold whose form seems to be completely off this season. Liverpool no longer have that intensity and fear factor they used to have a few seasons back. The whole squad all of a sudden just seems like one that is composed of bang-average players. Sadio Mané was lucky to leave in time.
True, this should be another highlight.
Trent Alexander Arnold at the beginning of this season often made mistakes and it can be said that his mistakes were always the same as before.
He forgot his position and was so focused on the attack that when the opponent counterattacked he was always late to go home.
This season he's made a lot of mistakes like this and this he still can't change.

I don't think only Alexander-Arnold has played badly and below standards this season, even if we look at the majority of Liverpool's players,
their performance has really decreased this season. So it's unfair if we just keep blaming Alexander-Arnold for Liverpool's declining form this season.
It should be Klopp's job to motivate Liverpool players whose performances have declined this season. It's only natural that Liverpool often struggle
to win despite facing weaker opponents, that's because the confidence of Liverpool's players is very low, so it will be difficult to play well if
the majority of Liverpool's players are morally down. Then Klopp must dare to make big changes in the Liverpool squad, Klopp must try a different
formation and also a different strategy this season. Having continued to use the same strategy for several seasons, make it easier for the opposing
team to read Liverpool's game, so Liverpool are easy to beat. Hopefully Klopp realizes he must dare to improvise trying new strategies, so that
Liverpool's game is more difficult to predict by the opposing team.

T. Alexander-Arnold is also in bad shape, besides that there are several feuds between Henderson and Gabriel making this even more complicated for Liverpool.
It is likely that there will be sanctions if it is proven that there were racist words from Henderson to Gabriel in the match between Liverpool vs Arsenal some time ago which made this even worse for Liverpool and it was said that there was also a debate between Klopp and Henderson following his behavior on the pitch.
As a Liverpool fan this is definitely a loss and indeed if this continues I probably won't see Liverpool in the race for the title this season.

This is obviously not very good if it continues but until now the fact that Klopp has still not been able to improve the form of Liverpool makes this even more difficult.
Now after the previous few games Jota could not play due to injury at the moment Diaz has had to rest for a long time of course this will be another concern for Liverpool.
This is a really tough time for Klopp and the entire Liverpool team, their poor performances have been a topic that is been talked about week in week out. Their last two games didn't go so well they have been very poor defensively and ofcourse the results of the games clearly show that are problems that need to be sorted in the tactics and it will be a much more difficult game in the next fixture when they face Manchester City's formidable attack.

Manchester City vs Arsenal is a highly anticipated match in which if Manchester city wins then Arsenal will then have to relinquish their top position which might mean them losing it forever but if they succeed in winning then they will occupy the top position till the end of the first half of the season.

But judging this by the number of goals each club has secured since the start of the season it might not be enough base to conclude who has more chance of winning. So far Arsenal has built so much confidence and have this strong believe of taking down any club both in the Europa where they dominate their group  as well as the premier league where they stand top. Man city is doing same in the champions league group  but it seems Copenhagen is about to spoil their record in the group stage has the first half ends in a draw and Gomez has a red card... If this can be then City has a weak point Arsenal can capitalise on
This game is highly anticipated for sure, I'm sure every English Premier league fan and spectator is waiting to see the outcome of this game. Both teams have been on a rampage this season and currently sitting first and second position in the league table same as in the Europa league. It will be a battle of two giants and I can't wait to see the outcome of it.

Look at how he celebrated the goal.  I only saw him do that this time, and maybe it was his new celebration. What a happiness he might be looking forward to, again making goals. His face really made him want the goal. At least he's trying to give his best for his team. Seeing that I was happy as well as sad. Sad because maybe he will soon become a legend. Sad because his great desires are no longer supported by physical circumstances.

Funny as hell! LOL!
I wonder what meaning he put into this ceremony? Something like self-irony or trolling haters in the sense that "I score goals even when I sleep/not so good"? I am glad that despite the difficult situation he retains a sense of humor. By the way, this is the 700th goal at the club level. Fantastic number.
Its been a long awaited goal, I was happy he was able to score in that game, it is good to see him get a goal from the opportunity you had to show he could still contribute to the team. The goal was very special and judging from  his celebration it clearly shows the goal gave him peace of mind, his 700th club goal . I hope this performance will put him back in the starting eleven in the coming fixtures.

We have been thinking too much about his celebration. Probably he was trying to indicate that he had finally found his peace of mind. Cristiano Ronaldo recently scored his 700th goal. And that is an outstanding number achieved by an outstanding player. Cristiano Ronaldo will probably finally be able to get his form back.

I don't think he meant any of that, probably the celebration was just an iconic one for his 700th goal. Him knowing that this was a milestone and he needed to feed the media something to talk about then he went with the celebration. Observation how Anthony joined the celebration it goes to show that it wasn't preplanned and it just happened. Well I'm happy for Ronaldo as he has gone through alots of criticism and it seems everything was falling right before him. This goal would definitely give him some boost going into the world cup.

Arsenal has smaller teams to face and they can easily defeate those teams considering how brilliant they have been playing. I don't see them getting displace on the table anytime soon. They might probably end at the top of the table going into the international break then after the world cup, the fate of the league will be decided.
