Rangers might not be the best like they were when were managed by Gerrard but Liverpool also isn't in their form. I would say Rangers might have chance of surprising Liverpool. Also Liverpool are currently having lot of players out with injury so Rangers have a good chance of surprising I would say.
I didn't know Liverpool drew at half-time against Rangers 1-1. Honestly I would be very surprised if Liverpool dropped points again in this match, obviously it wasn't a difficult match but Rangers also have a chance to win.

But even if Liverpool lose, then I don't think they will miss the chance to qualify for the next round considering that Ajax don't have a high chance of chasing Liverpool's points. Liverpool are safe to draw, but I think they will win. Elsewhere, Tottenham seemed safe for 3 points today after ending the first half 3-0. We will see how Klopp can spark his team spirit in the second half, so I think 3-1 is a great ending for Liverpool.

Say no more Liverpool has successfully destroyed Rangers this night in the UEFA Champions League. It was a surprise second half for me when salah was introduced 2 finally finish Rangers and he got a hat-trick in the second half. Could this mean that Liverpool team is finally back to shape?
I cannot say because that was how they beat one English team 9 goals and in the end continued with their inconsistency.

Liverpool front line this season has greatly decreased in goal productivity where Mohamed Salah, Firmino and Nunez have not found their good performances. Liverpool previously lost to Arsenal which made them really thrown out of the title race this season. Nunez found it difficult to find his best form in almost a few games in his first season with Liverpool. kloop is a great coach he will be able to make liverpool back to the top 4 in the next match, Today liverpool will face Rangers in the 4th round of the group stage and I believe liverpool will easily win this match.
Usually last season Mohamed Salah impressed many spectators, but his performance this season has decreased, maybe his condition is not good or maybe it is also affected by getting older so that the performance seems to be decreasing, Hopefully at the end of the season there will be a surprise from the Liverpool team.
At this time, Salah's condition is very different if you look at performance because indeed if you look at Liverpool's current condition, it is not only Salah who has experienced this but indeed the whole team from every line can be said to have experienced a setback.
Currently, Internal problems are popping up one by one and the Injury problem is still one of the most difficult problems for them to solve until now.

Another match I will be eyeing this week is Manchester United - Newcastle.

There is only one point between these teams in the standings. Newcastle also have made a quite good progress recently. They lost only once which was against Liverpool in Anfield. Maybe this might be a sign that they still have some weaknesses against big teams of the league and Manchester United can benefit from those. Manchester United are not much different than Liverpool in terms of defense these days. Both teams to score is blinking me to bet on it.  Grin  1.62 is a nice chance to take advantage of.

I'd really like to increase the odd by betting on Manchester United but I don't trust them that much for this one. Newcastle have the potential to be a serious trouble for them. They are stronger than the previous season now.
Even though Manchester United is clearly the favorite now but it might be a little difficult for them considering that at this time Newcastle's performance is still quite good because their current target is a dark horse as the beginning of their steps in making a new breakthrough in the EPL.
It has started now and it will not be difficult for them in the following seasons with the current owner's money power making a surprise in terms of players.
I might make another bet with both teams scoring goals in this match.

Mohamed Salah has been one of the most impressive player for Liverpool in the past seasons, his goal stats show his contributions have helped put the team in top level but this season has been a difficult one for the entire team not just Mo Salah, we understand how this works when the team is performing poorly this usually affects even the players performance. I think with time things will get better and the team will be back to winning ways.

Liverpool is no longer Man City's rival this season. The situation is spinning pretty fast from last season.
after losing to Arsenal and now going to meet Man City. this might just be a pretty painful blow for Klopp.
Pep seems to have prepared his squad for this match. because the difference in points with Arsenal is very small. he doesn't want to drop points to fall behind Arsenal.
Klopp with his squad, I believe has to work hard to face this match. Man City is the most productive team this season. will be a tough day for the Liverpool defense.

Liverpool is about to compete in a great match. This season, Manchester City has been dreadful at winning games. No team they face right now is unafraid of how they will be defeated. Since Liverpool's chances of winning the game are extremely slim, I believe they should focus on limiting the number of goals they concede to Manchester City by strengthening their defense because of the likes of players like Haaland. It will be one of the tough match for them this season. If Liverpool really want to compete for the trophy this season they need to step up in this match and secure a win.

In statistics, there is such a technique - to cut off the upper and lower 5-10% of some data under study in order to remove the influence of anomalous fluctuations. If we remove the anomalous game with Bournemouth (9-0) from Liverpool's statistics, then Liverpool's statistics become faded and the goal difference is even negative. Therefore, I would say that Liverpool have problems with the attack too.
Almost forget about the 9-0 that Liverpool scored this season. At some point with all negative results, you just remember how much failure you see and the positive moments fade away.. As you said, if we remove that game, everything becomes worse, a lot!
It is difficult and complex to try to understand what's going on there. Most players dropped in performance? Mane absence impacted a lot the team? Concentration level is very low? A combination of all these in fact.
ManU was in the same situation or worst but at least they recovered from it. Liverpool doesn't seem to recover at all and I doubt Klopp will continue with the team.

20 goals create in 8 matches is an extraordinary achievement for Liverpool's front line, even it is included in the top 4 of the GF premier league after Man City, Arsenal and Tottenham.
So I think Liverpool's main problem is not attack or Mohamed Salah. Because we can see how weak Liverpool's defense is until the 8th week of the Premier League with 12 conceded, very much different from last season which only conceded 26 goals in 38 matches.

In statistics, there is such a technique - to cut off the upper and lower 5-10% of some data under study in order to remove the influence of anomalous fluctuations. MAaaN...!! CUT THAT STUPID SHIT
~snip~My prediction is very clear I prefer Man City to win the match, Man City is on fire right now, very difficult for Liverpool to stop Man City. Moreover,
Erling Haaland, who is increasingly productive in scoring goals, should have scored again against Liverpool. While Darwin Nunez I doubt he will be able
to score goals, because until now I see Nunez still has not adapted at Liverpool.
This season, Man City has a strength that no other team can match. Moreover, Erling Haaland is the most productive player in the English league this season. Man City this season was able to score 33 goals to become the team that conceded the fewest, only 9 goals went into Man City's goal. And then Man City will be challenged by Liverpool and I also prefer Man City to be the champion.
The only thing that can prevent Man City from becoming champions is the Injury Storm, because Man City is able to play very well in every game. But we will see how Liverpool's strategy later. and don't forget that there is still the Gunners Arsenal who are still occupying the main standings and only 1 point adrift of Man City.

They are exposed to many internal problems that are not too good, the decline in player performance and injuries to several players also have a very big impact on Liverpool.
This is obviously not very good if it continues but until now the fact that Klopp has still not been able to improve the form of Liverpool makes this even more difficult.
Now after the previous few games Jota could not play due to injury at the moment Diaz has had to rest for a long time of course this will be another concern for Liverpool.
This is a really tough time for Klopp and the entire Liverpool team, their poor performances have been a topic that is been talked about week in week out. Their last two games didn't go so well they have been very poor defensively and ofcourse the results of the games clearly show that are problems that need to be sorted in the tactics and it will be a much more difficult game in the next fixture when they face Manchester City's formidable attack.
It's going to be a very exciting game for sure but for the final result I wouldn't expect much from Liverpool at the moment because from their current form it's clear it's not going to be good and being at Manchester City would definitely be the right choice for this game.
At least their chances of victory are still very large compared to Liverpool, especially the conditions in every line of Manchester City are clearly superior and it is interesting to see two young players Haaland and Nunez meet now.

Many people have been waiting for this week's big match in the Premier League, where Liverpool will face Man City. This is a very important match
for both teams, because winning is the target for both teams. If Man City want to win the Premier League trophy this season, they must beat Liverpool
so that the difference in points with Arsenal is not too far. As for Liverpool, which must bounce back soon, if they don't immediately get positive results,
this will make the morale of Liverpool players fall even more and if that is the case, it looks like Liverpool will have to forget this season to be in the top 4.

My prediction is very clear I prefer Man City to win the match, Man City is on fire right now, very difficult for Liverpool to stop Man City. Moreover,
Erling Haaland, who is increasingly productive in scoring goals, should have scored again against Liverpool. While Darwin Nunez I doubt he will be able

Liverpool will be playing against Rangers today, but I think rangers won't really be difficult for Liverpool to win, Klopp should just learn how to manage his players so that he won't over use them today, he should be focused on the match he is having against Manchester city, the match won't be a easy one for Liverpool, i dont see any chance for Liverpool winning the match, since Liverpool lose one of their midfielder Mané, their performance have been very poor, the match will be a tough one but I still believe Manchester city will win the match.
Now is not the time for Liverpool to withdraw their rhythm after a run of poor results they have had. I want Klopp to field the line-up at full strength. I don't want to see them struggling again to win the game, because a win will be very valuable for them and become an asset to increase their confidence before facing a stronger team, namely Mamnchester City. I don't expect many games against Manchester City later, a draw is enough for them in a team like this, that's realistic.

Once again I say that I did not expect much with what Liverpool played, a draw was enough. Manchester City are very strong in every way, especially up front. Meanwhile, Liverpool still has a lot to improve.
Nunez and Haaland can't be compared, the stats of these two young players are very much different now. Although it was predicted that it would be a competition between them, but in fact it was not as expected. We have to be objective, that Nunez is far behind Haaland.

While Manchester City have a beast like him it looks like there is no way they aren't turning this league into farmer's league.  Grin  For now, Arsenal and Tottenham are doing great and competing hard with them. Arsenal are even the current leader. However I still have big doubts about this duo after the first half of the season.
Interestingly, arsenal rose to be a great team this season. Arteta is certainly behind all of Arsenal's current success. But Arsenal are actually not perfect either, they lost to Man United. Actually, I am waiting for the Arsenal vs Man City match. But looking at the schedule on google, there seems to be a delay in the schedule. I don't know why it was delayed, but it was disappointing. That match will determine the interim leader of the EPL rankings, whoever wins of course they will have a points difference to further run away from other teams.

But I saw that schedule postponed. If told to bet then I would choose Man City to win by half. They are just as busy because they play in UCL.
Which schedule/fixture is postponed? By the way, yesterday City had the opportunity to rest some of their star players for the game on Sunday, that is because they already had 9 points before yesterday's CL game, they knew they were definitely going to qualify, and by the end of the yesterday night when the other teams had played their own games, City confirmed their qualification to the next round mathematically, what they are only playing for in the CL is to finish in top spot, so you see City will even have some fresh players on Sunday.

Having said that, Liverpool are having a tougher group and they might lose quite a lot of energy in their game tonight against Rangers, the lineup is out and i see Salah is on the bench, i don't know if they are resting him, or if he is being benched for his bad form. Well all of this analysis might not matter on Sunday, these players are top professionals and they know what they need to do, Sunday will come and we'll see which team comes out on top.

This week Liverpool must return to face a team that is on fire, Manchester City. Even though this is their home game, but I doubt that Liverpool will be able to stop the dominance that is now being carried out by Manchester City. Moreover, they just suffered a defeat against Arsenal with a score of 3-2. It must have affected their confidence a bit. I see Manchester City are stronger than Arsenal, so I predict that Liverpool will be disappointed again in this match.

I have the same thoughts as you about the outcome of this match... Liverpool will face Manchester City before they reverse their bad course. This match fixture is a complete misfortune for them. There can be all kinds of results in derby-level matches, of course it would not be right to talk as if it were certain, but the clear favorites of this match will be Manchester City. When we look at the Manchester City squad that took the field in the Copenhagen match, we can even say that Pep was specially prepared for this match. Smiley To be honest, I want Manchester City to win so that good football continues because Liverpool have so many problems to solve. They are not favorites against Manchester City in this match. Klopp should put his hat in front of him and come up with solutions to problems.

i agree that liverpool is not doing well this season, but we cannot forget liverpool beat city in the english super cup game and in that game city was playing with all the best players and liverpool no longer had a healthy mane, that is, liverpool can get a draw in this game if the defense works right, they just have serious problems in defense and need a haaland level attacker

Rangers might not be the best like they were when were managed by Gerrard but Liverpool also isn't in their form. I would say Rangers might have chance of surprising Liverpool. Also Liverpool are currently having lot of players out with injury so Rangers have a good chance of surprising I would say.

I even avoided betting on this game because looking at liverpool's defense, knowing that the rangers score a lot of goals and knowing that liverpool has a lot of injured players and they're not doing well in the premier league and their next premier league game will be against city so I I won't be surprised that liverpool loses in this game and I don't understand why bookmakers are giving Liverpool such low odds

At least their chances of victory are still very large compared to Liverpool

 Grin

this reminds me of yesterday's game where city had an odd of @1.11 in case of victory but draw

Liverpool are playing against Rangers tonight before a huge game against Manchester City in the league. I wonder what Klopp is planning to do tonight with his choices. I think that he might want to finish the game early by starting with his main players and having a nice goal difference until the end of the first half. He can sub those players off in the first minutes of the second half then.

Without a question, Coach Klopp is a good manager who turned Liverpool into a club capable of winning trophies. He's too kind and encouraging to his players, and that's the issue; call you a terrific player, but when you're not playing to your potential, you get dumped till you're picked up in the draft. But Klopp continues to use ineffective players. Man city  is the only team with a chance of winning the EPL this season, therefore I hope Liverpool make it through the group stage and then recruit fresh players in the January transfer window. With these subpar midfielders, Liverpool is obviously unable to play any major opponent. The midfield has no fight and little self-assurance. Liverpool must defeat Rangers tonight in order to prepare for Manchester City in the EPL weekend match. coach Klopp should also make some changes from his previous lineup against Arsenal. Rangers will give them tough fight tonight no doubt.
The confidence of Liverpool players is still good although some are disappointed with the performance in some matches. Jurgen Klopp and Henderson and their friends are still focused on aiming for victory in every game that will be played. Last week was inevitable when they lost to Arsenal because of Bukayo Saka's penalty goal.

Against Rangers later at Ibrox Stadium, Jurgen Klopp is very optimistic that his players will be able to win even though things can change on the field.
Liverpool's focus for now is against Rangers. After the Rangers game we think about Manchester City, which we will face at Anfield next week.
