Why is arsenal not considered as title contenders, they are doing great right now, but when you talk about them, we talk about how they would qualify for the champions League next season but not them winning the premier League, I think that's because of Manchester City, but what arsenal played against Liverpool you will now that they are not joking, they outplayed Liverpool from Start to finish, even when their goals are being equalise they still keep going and don't want to take draw for an answer.

The last time Arsenal made it to Champions League was the 2015/16 season and they didn't win Premier League, Leicester city did, now you see why people are talking about making it to the Champions League instead of the EPL. They have always ended up most often in the 5th place and now they are very desperate this time but the question is, will the consistency continues till the end of the season, their points difference between Manchester City, and Tottenham is too close and any slight mistake will make Manchester city to give them gap in points hunting in their matches, especially now they are using Haaland to scare other teams.

Although Manchester United won this match, Everton played well. Ronaldo's goal was really beautiful. But I see Ronaldo can't run as fast as before. But after such a long time, this goal of his will calm him down to some extent. Hopefully, Ronaldo will be able to make his fans happy by using tactics.
Look at how he celebrated the goal.  I only saw him do that this time, and maybe it was his new celebration. What a happiness he might be looking forward to, again making goals. His face really made him want the goal. At least he's trying to give his best for his team. Seeing that I was happy as well as sad. Sad because maybe he will soon become a legend. Sad because his great desires are no longer supported by physical circumstances.

Until I watched yesterday's match, only I can say that Arsenal must be taken into account in the EPL title race this season, don't underestimate them, how Liverpool is difficult to penetrate Arsenal's defense and Arsenal's attack is so troublesome for Liverpool's defense, now it's no longer how they can play in the UCL next season but how to continue to be impressive to stay at the top because their rivals City will benefit from their mistake even just one.

There have been eight wins in nine games. Arsenal appears to be improving from last season, and they are atop the table. To beat Liverpool with such respect, Arsenal put on a vintage performance. It's nice to see Arteta proving me wrong, because I wasn't convinced by him before. Consistency is what matters most, and they have continued to show that this year despite losing a game but playing excellently. I must admit, Liverpool's performance in this season doesn't look like their season, it seems out of character.

I observed a lot in Tottenham game against Brighton on Saturday. I don't think they are a bad team that cant compete for the title, they are good but some players needs to step up
1.doherty should be given game time in this period of Emerson suspension and after so he can build his fitness, keeping him on the bench will only makes him rusty. 2.sessegnon is more in form than perisic at the wingback, he put on a man of the match performance and that's his natural position.3.tottenham needs Romero back on form if they want to win anything, the Argentine has lost form after coming back from his injury but against Brighton he looks his old self.4.perisic should be competing with the wingers in the attack not at defence,he is good when attacking.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills

However, from this match, we can recognize that Arsenal have been more matured in this season and they are ready for other big things. Not only top four but they also are ready for Premier League title competition. They can win it this season or just complete at the runner-up position. Even so, it is another good improvement for them and Arteta.
Arsenal always start well, even only 1 defeat to Manchester United and of course for me Arsenal can be said will remain in the top position with tough competition especially being followed by Mancity but because of the maturity level of Arsenal players they can beat Liverpool and Spurs as a team The big thing is that we are waiting for Chelsea and Mancity as the next tough opponents but I don't think Arsenal will be afraid to face these opponents, the fact that their players are so consistent in defense and attack.
I think they can also fight for the EPL title this season, and as a strong contender because Arteta has improved quite clearly.

I don't underestimate Arsenal and their win yesterday but if you say about Arsenal defense that is good certainly, you also must mention about the attacking system of Liverpool. Liverpool have problems with attacking players and system in this season. Mo Salah can not cover all other attacking players and Nunez so far is a big failed transfer for Liverpool to replace Mane. They are not responsible for all issues of Liverpool as their attacking system has problems too.

Manchester United really did well yesterday going home with three points, its not easy to win at Godison park but they did,I think the turning point in the game was when Anthony Martial got injured and was replaced by Christiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese brought another energy agan and am happy also for him because he has been going through a lot lately. Iwobi will be disappointed because he was the one dispossessed for the second goal despite him scoring Everton goal because his uncle ( jay jay Okocha) was watching from the stand.

The match is very tough but MU has managed to win against everton caused by CR7. The performance from MU is not so good. The team is so lucky caused by CR7 has been saving MU to get full points against everton. glad to see that CR7 has been showing its usefulness for the team. Im sure that if he will stay in MU rather than try to go to the another club. It seems like MU is also having good performance during in the both of competitions EPL and europa league.
I hope that MU can win europa league. It's quite easy to do that.

After the game, Ten Hag was not happy because the players always lost the ball away easily and couldn't press to get possession back.
Overall happy but not perfect. Big three points, All that matters

The haters will sleep crying, Cristiano is back. Congrats on his 700 goals.
Antony is the first player in Manchester United to score in three consecutive games in EPL.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Antony is the best player on the pitch.

You are absolutely right. Although Manchester United won, their fans were not satisfied with their game. The team needs a lot of improvement. All the players have to work hard. However, the biggest consolation in this match is that Ronaldo managed to score. I saw a lot of problems in their attack.

Ronaldo has scored his first Premier League goal this season. But this goal was also the 700th goal of his club career. Ronaldo will never be happy this season. They're not in the Champions League, Manchester United have no Premier League title claim this season, and worse, Messi is starting to beat him in some statistics. Ronaldo has been having a nightmare season. It would have been better for him to go to the Arab or Chinese League instead of having an aimless season with Manchester United. It wouldn't be a surprise to me if he was transferred to a team playing in the Champions League during the winter transfer season.
If it's only about reputation and glory, maybe you are right, Messi is much better now than Ronaldo, who has only scored goals in the Premier League after 8 matches in the Premier League. The first goal saw him score 700 goals at the club level. Meanwhile, Messi has 691 goals at the club level.

Regardless of all that, I think at this time Manchester United can still be in the 5th standing and better than Liverpool who is sinking with their declining performance. Next week Manchester also has to be more careful because Newcastle so far has made a lot of changes plus both will determine who deserves to be in the top 5 positions at the top of the standings.

I so much love the Manchester United skills recently and most especially in the Sunday match where they won 2:1 against Everton and as a result ,made their way into the second phase of the premier league With the level of their playing lately am sure they will make it to the finals in the champion league if they continue with the level of playing at the moment.

Manchester united found it difficult to achieve many goals from Everton in the first half until their coach brought Ronaldo into the match that made them to achieved the second goals in the second half to defeated Everton 2-1. I think, Manchester united coach will like to use Ronaldo to start first half in their remaining matches to give him another opportunity, if Ronaldo can prove to the whole world that he still remain among the talented strikers in this premier league competition. If Manchester united coach can start using Ronaldo in the first half to showcase his new tactics he used to achieved goal that gave Manchester united victory yesterday, no doubt Manchester united will definitely get to final in this premier league competition.

Are you kidding, the three goals that were created in the Everton vs Manchester match occurred in the first half, Alex Iwobi opened Everton advantage in the 5th minute, then Antony equalized in the 15th minute. Ronaldo scored Manchester United winning goal at the end of the first half, to be precise in minute 44, the score 1-2 lasted until the game ended in a victory for Manchester United.

It should be before making a comment, you should see the reference first so as not to put the words wrong. A football fan will not make a written comment without being supported by knowledge of what has happened on the field.

For Ronaldo, the victory over Everton must have been a very meaningful moment because this is his first goal in Premier League this season. I think Ronaldo must be frustrated because he has always failed to score in his previous Premier League matches and when he scored the goal, the tension on his face seemed to fade.

Great game between Arsenal and Livepool. Arsenal was the smarter team and deserved the victory.
It seems that Liverpool is in a crisis for the first time since Klopp became a manager. This is normal. Many great managers had such periods, when their teams don't perform very well. Klopp had such crisis in his last months in Dortmund. I'm sure that he will find a way out.
I'm not a fan of Mikel Arteta, but the decision of the Arsenal owners to keep him as a manager finally pays off. Great beginning of the season for Arsenal and the "gunners" might have a chance to finish the season on the second or third place. They can't compete with Manchester City for the first place, let's be honest here. Grin
The local rumors I hear are the threat of Klopp position at Liverpool. I try not to believe the rumors, but if they are true Liverpool will be in for a setback that will definitely start all over again. Klopp management has recently shown Liverpool inconsistency in overcoming each of their opponents. Their position is getting further and further away from the standings and that is not something to be underestimated. The Liverpool manager really has to evaluate what was at the root of this faux pas. Was it about Nunez not living up to expectations because he couldn't replace Mane on the grounds of Nunez's limited understanding of communication? or Moh Salah who is increasingly losing his position from a dangerous executor to now a ball supplier?

All sounds bad for Liverpool this season.
I don't see this but what I read in some media today is about the 7 season curse because if you look at Klopp's talk and career, he is always stuck in his 7th season in managing a club.
And it can be said that as far as I remember right now, during Klopp's 7 seasons in charge from 2015 it can be said that this was an unfriendly season for him. Regardless of what future he has in the future there will surely be some news of Klopp leaving as long as he still doesn't get Liverpool back on track.

So far I still expect Aston Villa to be stronger under Gerrard, because at the time of Gerrard's arrival last season Aston Villa looked to be making promising progress this season.
Aston Villa remain one of the average team that humilated liverpool back then and the team was quite one of the strongest when they hot promoted to the premier League. The club was doing well interms of good performance in the league but things change when they sold Jack Grealish to Manchester city and we all know that Grealish was one of the keyplayer in the club. The villans can get solid result out of tonight game against Nottingham forest.

I don't think so, or rather imo i didn't notice any sort of improvement for Aston Villa since Gerrard arrived as manager, they have been unconvincing and have struggled continuously, Gerrard's record as Villa boss isn't all that impressive too, IIRC he has managed around 35 premier league games and has lost 16 of them, that is not an encouraging record and that is why Villa have never been comfortable on the table since he has been manager, they have 8 points this season, just four more than the team in rock bottom, we might see them in that position sooner or later.
True, Gerrard has not been able to make any significant changes, with their current position proving that Gerraad has not been able to improve the team. Maybe this match they are favored because it will be against a bad team and are at the bottom of the table, Nottingham Forest. I still doubt his performance will be able to make Aston Villa even better, with his performance like that. Maybe this is a factor in the players in the team or indeed his ability has not been able to do extraordinary things.

even Aston Villa's performance also lost to Bournemouth, who as a team rose to the caste this season. Villa has had a bad season, but I don't expect them to join Leicester and Nottingham.
Villa may still have the ability, which at least can make them stay in the Premier League next season.

I guess you are totally wrong on this, because the match ended Ever 1-2 Man United, and not vice-versa like you said above, and secondly, all the goals was scored in the first half and non in the second half, as Alex Iwobi of Everton made the first goal of the match at 5mins into the match,  followed by Anthony Martial of Man-U who scored at 15mins, and likewise, Christiana Ronaldo who scored at 44mins before the ending of the first half. So you can go confirm this, as match was actually a good game play by both teams and i enjoyed it
Even though Man United's performance was not very good against Everton, but their victory still deserves appreciation because Everton is not an easy opponent where they haven't lost in their last 6 matches. Man United have not returned to their best rhythm after suffering a crushing defeat to Man City, but at least they have shown good progress. For Ronaldo, the victory over Everton must have been a very meaningful moment because this is his first goal in Premier League this season. I think Ronaldo must be frustrated because he has always failed to score in his previous Premier League matches and when he scored the goal, the tension on his face seemed to fade.
