The problem is that regardless of anyone trying to tackle, still those who can emerge and become winners of the league over the last few seasons are only two clubs and that has happened since the 2017/2018 season and even then only 1 time Manchester City has been shifted by Liverpool so it is quite clear that the dominance feels here that given City.
But even if that is the case for the current season I still feel that Liverpool are going to make something even more exciting than before.
For the championship competition, this season Manchester City and Liverpool are still very dominant compared to the others, don't underestimate teams like Chelsea and Arsenal, because they both have talented players, Manchester United has not changed much, because it is still difficult got star players, so my prediction they will finish outside the big four.
Even though for now Liverpool have lost their star player Sadio Mane due to leaving for Bayern Munich, but I still believe Liverpool is able to give a surprise and will try to be better than last season, I also will not underestimate other great teams such as Tottenham, Arsenal, Manchester united and Chelsea, because they also have great players and great coaches, according to my prediction next season Liverpool will lift the league trophy, although for now Manchester city has added new ammunition in their attack line, I am still sure that Liverpool will lift the champion league next season.

Manchester City's pre-season match was better than Liverpool, it's no wonder that many predict a victory for Manchester City in their next meeting. But I haven't fully seen the potential of Liverpool itself, in other words it's possible that they will bring out a gun that they didn't do in pre-season,

Pre season games means nothing at all once the league start, everything could be different. In fact, all those teams that do well in their pre season games actually are exposing a glimpse of their next season's strategy. Aside from that, these games served as nothing but entertainment for the fans though so expect alot of things to be different

I think Arsenal can compete with other top teams this season because indeed they have got the ideal players with Gabriel Jesus of course the front lines will be even more dangerous and the pre-season games are good enough to defend and mentally their players.

It will be a slightly different change to the performance that has been done so far, of course Arsenal fans will expect a fit that can compete in the top four this season.
But it's the season we've always been waiting for that's even more exciting.
That's one of the great desires of Arsenal fans in my opinion. Their performance is improving, their players are getting better, and Arteta's strategy is also working well to get good results. Yes, in the end there is good hope from arsenal although I'm not sure about their chances of winning the title.

Arsenal will try to qualify for the Champions League next season after last season was thwarted by Tottenham. But I don't expect Tottenham to give up so easily and usually the last place to qualify for the Champions League is very hot.

Last season, Liverpool was a strong team in all respects in my opinion. but in the pre-season game, it looks like Liverpool is having problems.

Actually this is not too serious because pre-season match are aimless, this is like a trials for Liverpool's new squad after swapping players in several positions

I expect such from Liverpool or any other sensitive minding club, why is because they need not to display all they've got to their oppositions right from the preseason matchs, else they will double cross an attack against their tactics during next season match, also if you consider their action well, you will discover its a perfect one because all their investment on players were all not meant to fully engage playing preseason as sone may not even make it to the season when they've applied full force and get injured right from now.

Manchester United were interested in a lot of players but not many players they managed to bring in. That's a bad thing about them because basically they've wasted enough time on players who don't really want to join them.

About Antony, he is a good Ajax player as he seems. He has good skills to operate on the wing and I like his style of play, but it seems that Manchester United's desire to sign Antony is also not to be expected because the price is too high. Ajax don't want to lose their players, but they will accept an offer if it's high enough and hard to turn down.
Yes after Lisandro Martinez came to Man United, they still want to be with Antony. Ten Hag had so much faith in Antony that he wanted him to join. It's a pity that Ajax gave a heavy price to avoid hijacking players by Ten Hag. I don't hear any more updates on Man United's decision. Because lastly I heard De Jong didn't want to go to Man united for personal reasons.  But the club is trying to take it off to reduce the salary budget. Perhaps all those difficulties were put in place as well because Man United would not be playing in the UCL.

Schmeichel is still very influential for Leicester, despite his current age it is still one of the losses for them.
But indeed the good side is that when Schmeichel decides to leave, Leicester now have to start thinking hard to find a suitable replacement and of course still fresh in terms of age, because this is something important in my opinion for them, especially with those who are considered as dark horse for the last few seasons.
This transfer will wait until Leicester get new goalkeepers but rumours is Brendan Rodgers not too agree with this transfer even more likely he want Schmeichel stayed at Leicester and management extended his contract this because until now Leicester are the only team that haven't bought a player in this transfer window and Rodgers doesn't liked this situation because next season premier League will be more competitive and i think losing him will big lost for Leicester and if they get new replacement of him but there is no guarantee new goalkeepers will adapt quickly
Apart from that we also know that there is an agreement with Nice there regarding Schmeichel and it is reported that Leicester are also currently trying to approach Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno. But maybe it will be a little difficult if you want Bernd Leno even though his position at Arsenal has been replaced by Ramsdale, Arsenal will not give it away.

this is still the main choice because I still feel that for this season it is still the same as the previous season otherwise City means Liverpool even though I am on the opposite side of you because I am in the red camp, not blue Cheesy
It's difficult for other teams to make a meaningful breakthrough here as long as both teams are still in their best form.
Because the Premier League is the best league ever, then I will not choose Manchester City again as the title winner for the 2022/2023 season. Any top team will probably think about how to stop their title dominance this season because it is so bad to let that happen so many seasons.

Manchester City won the title 4/5 of his season with Guardiola. They seem to be the new artist in the Premier League because not many teams are able to compete to break that dominance. Only Liverpool is very possible and has done it, so I hope this season Liverpool can do it again.

After losing badly to Man United, Liverpool suffered another defeat, while Man City win two of their pre-season tour matches, this makes them even more confident considering the two will meet in the coming days. And Darwin Nunez who was previously expected to replace Sadio Mane's role in Liverpool's front line is also not too bad, when he faced Leipzig he looked confident. I predict the next matchs will probably end in a narrow win for Man City.

But I haven't fully seen the potential of Liverpool itself, in other words it's possible that they will bring out a gun that they didn't do in pre-season, it could happen. I will not predict further, I will see the game later.
I think when referring to things like this to pre-season matches this is definitely not a good thing, even though the Pre-season matches are warm-up matches before the start of the League and the schedule is tight there but still things like this are difficult to be used as benchmarks because the majority of them think this is entertainment and a time to experiment.
Pre season match will always be considered as an event to analyze another team. It's used by some coach as even to know how good the performance of their new strategy. I do agree with what you have said above. I didn't take pre season match as a serious think that can be used as a data to take a conclusion. The season has not yet started. it's too early to say everything based only from the result of pre season.

Liverpool are surprised by Salzburg as well. It is only for fitness purposes that pre-season friendlies are played. In their match against Salzburg, the Reds are still having trouble scoring. Despite the fact that these pre-season matches are warm-up matches before the league begins, concerns remain over whether they will struggle in the EPL. They have eight days left in the Premier League, and they need to change their attitude otherwise their achievements will fade in the face of trouble moments.

Actually this is not too serious because pre-season match are aimless, this is like a trials for Liverpool's new squad after swapping players in several positions, coach Jurgen Klopp looks is adjusting the quality of players in each position,, that's why we can see players like Bajcetic, Gomez, are in in the starting eleven against Salzburg.

I hope Jurgen Klopp does not agree with the news of Juventus' interest in Roberto Firmino, Firmino will really help Liverpool as an alternative striker and midfielder.

It's good Arsenal fans hope to compete in the top flight this season after Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham will also be fighting for places. If their performance during pre-season can be maintained, then the top four position is likely to be guaranteed this season. Their transfer policy so far has had a positive impact, especially after they managed to get two good players from Manchester City.

There are various news about Timo Werner recently. First we saw that Chelsea were willing to send him from the team and Werner was thinking the same too. But now I'm hearing about news like Tuchel is hindering Werner from leaving the team now. Because he still sees him as an important part of this team. Especially after Lukaku has left the team they need Werner more than any time. Because they haven't even been able to bring a new centre-forward to replace Lukaku.

Yes, the problems that befell Chelsea last season did affect the team, so their performance decreased slightly. Although many say "it shouldn't lower their performance" But we don't know for sure what happened to the team as a whole. Because what we know is what appears on the outside. It's very difficult for Chelsea to stay optimal in these circumstances.
What is certain is that Chelsea will continue to try to improve their performance at the beginning of next season even though what appears from the outside is a decline in performance because it is triggered by problems that existed last season. But overall Chelsea are still trying to make his team's performance improve next season.
All clubs certainly want to improve their performance every season, when the transfer market opens, clubs are competing to bring in new players for the same purpose. The spotlight is on Chelsea because of their failure to get the player they were looking for in the transfer market this season, Chelsea have been trying to get some top players, but the player they are after has chosen to join another club. As a big team, Chelsea is considered a failure in the transfer market, because other big teams in the Premier League have managed to strengthen their squad with several new players. It will be difficult for Chelsea to stay in the top four if they do not immediately strengthen their performance, because next season the Premier League competition will be even tighter.

I believe Arsenal will make good use of the current transfer window ahead of next season which is almost starting and with their current formation I still believe that Arsenal will perform better than last season, at least the club spends a good amount on players and has made good choices in management. But the club that has been left behind and calls for concern is Chelsea, they have not made any significant changes since last season and I don't want to believe that the club will want to face the next season with their current formation, because doing so will further lower the standing in on the league table and closer to relegation.
So far Arsenal have shown us the impression that their transfer has had a positive impact on performance. Jesus has proven himself to be worthy of first place this season after being very convincing during pre-season. He will be relied on up front for Arsenal this season and I'm sure he can do better without too much competition.

It's good Arsenal fans hope to compete in the top flight this season after Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham will also be fighting for places. Arsenal have bigger ambition back to Champion League standing position next season this reason why most loyal on window transfer, Mikel Arteta have spent much money for getting new player. Based on Footballtransfer.com Arsenal have spent £117.2 million (€99m) until right now from Gabriel Jesus, Fabio Vieira, Oleksandr Zinchenkohave, Marquinhos and Matt Turne. I think Arsenal have already with next season Primer League begin because they have many new player with potential talented, but always inconsistent become bad problem for Arsenal on every season, almost success finish on Champion League spot last season make Arsenal have finish out fourth position standing after inconsistent performance.
Arsenal actually tried last season to play in the champions league but they were short of some attacking options and it’s now good that They have addressed the issue by signing Gabriel Jesus and Fabio Vieira. They have a target this season and they have strengthened various key areas in this summer transfer window and are now looking to bring reinforcements to their midfield and Right wing positions. If these positions are met in this summer transfer window, I see them competing for the top 3. They have really blended well and the relationship is good.

I like Guardiola's maximalism, he always plays to win, maybe this is the right psychology, because in this way he builds confidence in the players. It’s hard to say for Liverpool, they can win 5:0 Leipzig and then lose to Salzburg, friendly matches are not so important for Klopp, although it’s worth saying that with Salzburg, Liverpool also attacked a lot and could repeatedly score. In City vs Liverpool match, I think that City will not lose.

How can chelsea improve its performance if there was not good player interested to join in the club? the current chelsea's player have no capacity to compete with another club. The new skillful players are actually needed by the club but sadly they were rejecting chelsea's offer. Arsenal has been going so hard in the transfer season unlike chelsea which has been denied so many times by good players. This is a disaster for this club.
Will chelsea become mediocre soon? who knows.
