Chelsea does have quite a lot of defenders if we look at the list of players Chelsea have, but there are not many that can be relied on now.
For center back only Thiago Silva and Kalidou Koulibaly who I think can make a good contribution, while the rest are young people whose
appearance is less consistent. While Azpilicueta and Alonso are still in the process of negotiating with Barcelona, if the two players move,
Chelsea must immediately find a replacement.

In conclusion, I think Chelsea at least need to bring in at least one centre-back and get ready to find replacements for Azpilicueta and Alonso.
Then for Lukaku's replacement, it must also be immediately found a replacement, because Raheem Sterling who was successfully acquired by Chelsea

Conte has done a good Job in the transfer market for Tottenham this summer, who would have thought Tottenham will get a player like Richarlison this summer but thanks to Conte's strategies and eye for good players. The team looks even more strengthened with the acquiring of Nottingham's right back Spence, he is a young and physical player who can hold the lines at the right wing and will create competition for Emerson and Doherty next season. Anthony would probobly go to Man Utd rather then Liverpool due to their coach . Because he worked with him in Ajax. Ten Hag o most trying to bring the entire Ajax team to Man Utd. But still Liverpool is in the champions league but i dont know if he would have room to play there

If Azpilicueta will go to Barcelona then Chelsea will have a hole in their defence. So far they can count on their existent players but they will risk to not be as competitive as Arsenal and Spurs without counting City and Liverpool.
For now, they offered €65m for Sevilla to bring Kounde, not sure about the rumours of de Jong, Neymar and the departure of Werner and Barkley but for sure there is still many things to do and players to bring in Chelsea according to Tuchel.

Why are you so sure about this, is it true that having new players there will be a guarantee? I do not think so.
What I mean is that in this case there has been quite a significant progress when Conte was coaching at Tottenham now but this will only be limited to that because it is very difficult to be a challenger in a league which is very tight in this regard because of course the other big teams are far superior compared to that with them.

Defense is very important to be a priority for every team, especially if it is Chelsea. This season Chelsea have lost a number of defenders to Real Madrid and Barcelona so it is mandatory for them to find suitable replacements before the season starts.
