They lack players and arteta is not buying the right players and that is one of the reasons to so they hardly find players to sub, aside normal games, when their is an injury they find it hard to replace players, and it is already affecting them seriously and that is why a lot of people are finding it hard to believe that they can win Liverpool. And if arsenal fails to win Liverpool, then this season won't go well for them because I don't think arsenal will be able to win. On a plain truth because of their players that are injured that is like their key players, and if they don't address the issue thay is when arsenal will start failing.


No one expected Arsenal to lose that game to Bournemouth because even when they had a red card when they were playing against us, but I wonder what must have happened between them and Bournemouth, saliba is the one defending the home of arsenal, and arsenal losing to Bournemouth 2:0 is very unlike arsenal to lose so easily and all this might be as a result of overconfidence from arteta. Every is expecting Arsenal to lose.

Arsenal's problems are beyond mere inconsistencies, in my own opinion I would rather say that their problems are multidimensional in the sense that they are too many which is why the player sometimes become overwhelmed by the situations they face in the pitch. Some of these problem are sometimes beyond their control. For example, injuries which can occur at anytime, some are psychological problems (winning mentality), some are decisions that are made by the coaching crew and some of these problems could also be as a result of the players being less motivated as a result they begin to loose matches which ordinarily they ought to have won, so if you begin to analyse all these points you see why the team has been struggling all these while when they ought to winning laurels.

Manchester City had the worst defense in the league this week and they will play Southampton at home. I think Manchester City will score at least 4 goals in this match. 2.22 odds are really great. Haaland can easily score a hat-trick if he plays 90 minutes in this match. I expected a better performance from Southampton after their promotion to the league but their performance so far has been disappointing.

That's right, my friend, Arsenal currently does not have a capable second-string player who can maintain consistent performance when Arsenal's main players are injured. Maybe if only Arsenal had better second-string players, I'm sure in the previous 3 seasons Arsenal would have been able to become champions in one of those seasons. Because the proof is that last season, Arsenal only had a 2-point difference with Manchester City who became champions in the English league. So actually if only Arsenal could maintain the consistency of their performance well, I'm sure last season Arsenal would have been able to become champions in the English league. But unfortunately Arsenal always performs worse towards the end of the season, and this is what causes Arsenal to always fail to become champions in the last few seasons.

I personally also don't really understand Arteta or Arsenal's management. Because they should be aware of this, and build their squad to be even better. But in fact, until now Arsenal's squad can be said to have almost the same performance as the previous season. Maybe Arsenal's management and Arteta think that with the squad they currently have, Arsenal will definitely be able to become champions in the English league. Because maybe they see from Arsenal's records in the last three seasons which have always been almost champions in the English league. That's why Arsenal's management and Arteta think that they don't need new players anymore. In fact, if they think like that, I think they are very wrong. Because when a team has difficulty becoming champions in a football league, there must be a gap that must be fixed, even though the gap is not big. Especially in a very tight league like the Premier League, having even the smallest gap will have a big impact on a team being able to become champions.

You probably meant Manchester City when you were talking about Guardiola, because if you are talking about Manchester United, then you should also be talking about ten Hague, at least for now. It seems to me that Manchester United are already on the verge of losing their chances to fight for the top 4, at the moment, despite the fact that they are in 12th place, they are separated from the top 4 by 6 points, which seems to be a fixable situation, but these teams rarely lose points and to get closer to them you need to win all the matches, and Manchester United clearly have problems with this.

 It will really be a test of Arsenal's strength on Sunday when they host Liverpool and I won't be in a haste to give my predictions because it will really be a tough game. In terms of players who are out injured I think the Gunners have more than Liverpool and coupled with the red card given to William Saliba, Arsenal will need more than just luck to stay Arne's men being that they have been on a fine form of late and even though the Gunners just registered their first loss of the season last weekend, if care's not taken, they might lose to Liverpool as well because if there's anything they are good at it is the ability to punish their opponents with counterattacks and swift play.
 So far, amongst the top six clubs, Arsenal have won one and drawn one which are Man City and Tottenham and if they want to have a shot at moving up the table, they'd need to bring out their A game, make the Emirates as uncomfortable for Liverpool as they can because if you can't secure points in your turf, what's to say you'd do so when you visit the opponents?

Looking at Arsenal performance in the 8 matches that have been played, they have a chance to achieve success this season. The important point of their journey so far when they managed to hold Manchester City to a draw, of course we do not ignore the fact that sometimes they lose surprisingly when facing mediocre teams like Bournemouth. Overall, Arsenal success in winning trophies this season will of course be influenced by the consistency of Manchester City and Liverpool.
Player injuries have been a problem for Arsenal almost every season, and this season they seem to have a new disease, namely often getting red cards. If these two things cannot be overcome by Arteta, they will be the main obstacles to success, apart from their need for a qualified number 9 striker.
In my opinion, Arteta should prioritize the Premier League first, stabilizing the team in every competition will make them lose all opportunities like last season. Meanwhile, we have to admit that Arsenal are starting to look able to cope with the pressure, especially towards the end of the season, what is certain is that only time can answer whether they will be successful or not this season.

It's Bournemouth who played beyond my expectations. They always hard to be defeated by big clubs. They did, however, win against Arsenal. This raised concerns about what tactic that is effective against them. They were not a weak team anymore. I'd call them a mid-table club.

On the other hand, Aston Villa's progress is really a predictable thing right now. This is because they overachieved last season. So, i expect them to be even better than what they did last season. Emery was so fucking smart as a manager. He reassembled the team slowly but surely. And they're now at the top positions competing for the UCL spot.

As for the bet, Villa is favored to win its home game against Bournemouth. But I expect to see Villa struggle against Bournemouth's low block. I think the game to end with a narrow score. So picking Villa is a sense choice.

Since taking over manager position from Gerrard i think Unay Emery has did major change in Aston Villa and this makes Aston Villa performance is much better under him and last season Aston Villa can able reach to top 4 and this season although they have tight schedules because Aston Villa have to playing at Champion league but Unay Emery can managed the consistency of this team so i won't considers them as mediocre team anymore

Aston Villa last lost happened on August and since that month Aston Villa unbeated in the last 10 matches in all competitions and about their match against Bournemouth tomorrow on Premier league i am quite confident Aston Villa can extended their unbeated records and being an the winner of this match and the bookies provide good odds for Aston Villa win @1.86

I agree with you that inconsistency has been the main problem for Arsenal in the last few seasons so they failed to win the title. Even though the squad owned by Arsenal is very good, they need to maintain their performance and add the right players in the January transfer market, especially a top striker because I see Arsenal need a top striker like Erling Haaland to be able to win the League title. Moreover, the competition with Liverpool and Manchester City is very tough because every match can have a big impact, so Arsenal must stay focused and not suffer many defeats in order to win the League title.

You may be mistaken about Manchester United, because clearly there is no such thing as Pep Guardiola there.. Guardiola is the current manager of Manchester City, and his role at City is very important, where Guardiola has brought the club to a very high level in recent seasons. And if you imagine, if only Guardiol was the one who trained the red devils, maybe United would look very different from now, with more structured tactics and better performance consistency. Bringing MU to a higher caste.

At this time Manchester United has Erik Ten Hag as a coach, and many hope that Ten Hag's arrival at MU can bring positive changes, this is because his coaching period at Ajax was so brilliant. I won't say inconsistency,  I will.say they lacked the character and mentality of champions last season. Also Mikel Arteta decision making affected them when he should have prioritizes the game against Aston Villa more than Bayern Munich he did reverse and lost both.  If gunners had won that game against Aston Villa they'd have won the Premier league competition and not depend on Fulham and West Ham United to hold City down to a full-time draw. Right now,  I will say they need a proven central forward, I will love someone who's in the Premier League Competition.  Alexander Isak wouldn't be bad, Yes?

Talking about how pathetic Manchester United is, does Ten Hag feel the same way about his team because he's yet to believe that he has failed automatically in taking Manchester United back to its winning ways? I don't know what's giving him hope or backing him for him to think or say that people should judge him at the end of the season like he's gonna do magic by then to give Manchester United a trophy. Probably, it won't be the Premier League, and neither will it be the Europa League. Maybe some other league title he has in mind.

However, it's unexplainable how Manchester United has reached this stage where weaker teams would say, "They are better than me." This is what Ten Hag has caused by bringing Manchester United to appear as a mediocre team that is not consistent in winning their matches

The match will of course be a crucial match for both teams, but it seems that we will not see a fierce and balanced match after what happened to Arsenal at the moment, both teams will currently try to be able to get full points in the match, especially indeed Arsenal who are 4 points behind Liverpool must try hard to reduce their point difference to remain title contenders this season,  But I think their job will not be easy even though they have the status of a home team in the match, yes, Liverpool so far in a fairly consistent performance in achieving victory, besides that their mentality and confidence are of course in high condition at the moment after beating Chelsea in the previous match, on the other hand Arsenal is in a slump after the defeat to Bournemouth, Moreover, Arsenal will face Liverpool in a very limping condition after several of their mainstay players are injured and absent, in my opinion, with all the factors that exist of course it is very likely that Liverpool will win over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium later.  

I'd say the only reason Arsenal haven't been champions in the last few seasons is because their bench team hasn't been strong. So when an important player in the squad suffered an injury, we saw Arsenal perform poorly and drop points. And Arsenal have not wanted to solve this problem for the last 3 seasons. Perhaps the Arsenal management was not interested in spending more money.

Arsenal lost their last Premier League match against Bournemouth. And the main reason for Arsenal's defeat in this match was William Saliba's red card. After Saliba received the red because we saw Arsenal's players not performing well. Arsenal lost 2-0 in the end.

Arsenal's weakness for the past three seasons is inconsistency. They were close to winning the English Premier League two seasons ago but they slipped close to the end of the season. Considering their present squad they have the capacity to win the league but they also need to get more players this January to avoid what happened to them last season when they had to manage players. But their ability to win the league will also depend on the performance of both Liverpool and Manchester City. Now the Gunners is four points below Liverpool and three points below City. So they will have to pray that these teams lose games, to enable them to overtake them. As you rightly noted the league is still young and open to almost all the five top teams. It will take only a soothsayer to predict which team will be the champions this season.  

It's another weekend in the English Premier League again, match week 9 after enjoying some thrilling actions and results across  the European competitions  during the midweek.

I have my attention on just two games this weekend as they have so much to do with how the top 4 is gonna be looking like base on how the results turns out in those games. And am sure a lot of fan are on same page with me in this two anticipated games.

Arsenal Vs Liverpool.

A lot of persons would agree with me that the opponent for Manchester city wouldn't be a hard nut for the citizyns to beat and cart away with full three points. And that's gonna impact positively on their point strength on the table. They would be 6 or 5 points above Arsenal (assuming Arsenal failed to win Liverpool or got a draw). 

Considering the fact that Liverpool are also strongly in the title race as they currently sit top of the table above City and Arsenal. It makes Arsenal hopes of winning the trophy this season looking unrealistic, and I think if Arsenal would still want to be reckoned on still staying on in the race then they would have to avoid losing to Liverpool this weekend and making sure they win every of their next games.

Onana was Manchester United savior in the match if not, Fenerbahce would have score up to three goals. This season is worst than last season, because there was much injuries last season that led to their poor performance, or maybe, it was just an excuse by Ten Hag to cover up his incompetency. I wonder what he will give as excuse this season, that is hindering the team performance. Ten Hag does not have any excuse, he will get fired by the end of the season when his contract expires, and in shame he will leave the Old Traffod, because he was given enough time to strengthen the club which he couldn't.
