Arsenal feel themselves confident about signing Youri Tielemans these days. Manchester United and them both are thinking of signing him now. I think they have equal chances to sign him now. Because both of them are going to the Europa League now. It is just up to Tielemans to choose his way now. If he sympathizes one of these teams especially then it could play a big role. Whichever team sign him they will be really lucky to have him. Tielemans has been one of the great midfielders of the league so far.
Both sides are in the market for a number of key players, and Tielemans isn't the only player they're set to battle for. But as for Tielemans, Arsenal are more interested in the deal than Manchester United. And Arsenal have already agreed terms with Tielemans, but I don’t think Arsenal have submitted an official bid to Leicester. There’s a plan for Arteta to prioritise a top-quality ball-playing midfielder like Tielemans to play alongside Thomas Partey next season. I see him joining Arsenal.

Manchester City have been dominant in the league for some seasons now and will be looking to continue their dominance next season. Last season they had only Liverpool who could match them but that will be a different scenerio next season as other top teams like Tottenham, Arsenal have been making signings to strengthen their sides so it will be a challenge of 3 to 4 teams for the trophy next season instead of just Liverpool and Manchester City.
For position 3 maybe they can still compete between Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal and even MU. But for the first and second positions it is clear this will only belong to Liverpool and City. Regardless of who the champion is they will still be in the top 2 with the advantage of their current squad especially they are the 2 most stable clubs for now.
Maybe Tottenham and Arsenal have more ambition but they won't be able to compete for the champions.

These two clubs are still showing each other that what they did during the last season still can't prove which of the two really deserves to be in the top position. I like what Liverpool and Man City are doing, optimizing each other in terms of players and making the most of the transfer market. Just as Man City still want to add power, Liverpool followed and another Tottenham did that too. Chelsea began to shrink due to several obstacles. Meanwhile, Manchester United is still difficult to find a replacement for Ronaldo, plus De Jong did not produce a final agreement.
Everyone has their own opinion when it comes to who is the best club there and from these two clubs it is clear they have a base and something to be proud of this season. City with Back to backnya won the EPL and Liverpool with their Carabao and FA Cup.
But apart from that, in this case, it is clear that City has the advantage because sometimes the Champions League is more viewed there.
As for next season, I'm actually still thinking about the same scheme between City and Liverpool because it's the same as the previous seasons, if not City won then Liverpool and if not Liverpool it would be City.

according to "sky", the london promoted fc fulham and Bernd Leno have agreed on a transfer. the 30-year-old keeper, who is still hoping to take part in the world cup, wants to impose himself on the cottagers with more playing time and good performances. at arsenal london, BL is only second choice behind Aaron Ramsdale, but at the city neighbors, the role as the clear number one and a contract until 2025 beckon. the only sticking point according to the sports channel - the gunners demand a double-digit million dollar fee...

Raheem Sterling can add his own quota to the Chelsea struggle. He got dribbling skills and good leg work. Romelu Lukaku got 8 goals for Chelsea last sesson, Sterling had 13 goals in the premier league last season and he wasn't even a starter at Manchester City, If he is goes to Chelsea and has a starting position, he will be able to give them good numbers. Sterling is a smart player, he doesn't get injured easily like other players.
I have to say that Sterling is not the type of player that could turn the whole thing around. He is a great player for sure, but if he was amazing and good enough to make a team better all by himself, he would have stayed in City instead. He would be a good addition there is no doubt about that, but people are acting as if this is something that would be unbelievable to everyone, which is not.

Chelsea getting Sterling is not a shocker, in fact it is quite expected result. Chelse aneeds to get a super striker, Lukaku didn't pan out, I am guessing that they are looking for someone, and if they could get that player, they would be much better for sure.

However I wonder if Chelsea are thinking of giving a chance to him in the team from now on. Because Lukaku has signed for Inter on a loan deal so Chelsea will need their strikers.

Thats not happening because the fact that he is loaned over to another club means that he is not good enough to sit on the bench therefore there wont be any chance for him unless of course if he can prove that he is good enough during the pre season games but honestly Im pretty sure that they will sign someone suitable to take for the replacement

You can be right. At least he wouldn't be in the starting eleven for sure. There are already players like Havertz, Werner and Batshuayi who would be more prioritized choices for that. First of all they still need a striker signing to feel more confident about next season. I guess they will take action in that way. By the way I don't understand why Everton are looking for Broja rather than much better strikers. I think there is no way he is capable enough to fill Richarlison's place.

Manchester city, Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham hotspurs are very active in this transfer market and they all have done good business, aside Christian Ericksen Manchester United and Chelsea has been blunt, although Chelsea also got Raphina who I consider a good signing but would really trouble James from going forward, I believe we would have a very exciting Coming season.
One of the clubs i feel for at the moment is Manchester United, because the club under performed last premiere league and now the club is not putting in efforts to sign new players that can help change the face of the club in the coming premiere league season.

It is said that Mancity is in no doubt in their domestic league, it will still be difficult for Mancity to make it to the final of the champions league, there are always obstacles that occur even though their game of dominance is very strong and their journey always runs aground in the quarter-finals or semifinals of the UCL.
In a new season, Manchester City in theory will become stronger and can destroy Premier League with Haaland. They will have a new striker who can decide matches with so diversity of goal scoring skills.

Even they did not buy Haaland with aim to destroy Premier League, but to win Champions League.
The theory does allow that Mancity have a chance to win the Premier League again, Haaland may be a mainstay striker this season but at least Haaland will have a good partner with other strikers, such as Grealish, Mahrez, Foden although two other strikers have left Mancity namely Gabriel Jesus and Sterling but for me the ability of Mancity still dominates a good attack.
In fact, I see that the current Mancity squad is quite good from the bottom, middle and front lines because many have been brought to Mancity.

Because Mancity has never won the UCL, then Pep Guardiola's ambition is certainly big, if he becomes a champion then Pep is able to present his best.

Maybe I can understand Nicolas Pepe but I don't understand why Arsenal want to send Bernd Leno also from the team now. If it isn't the decision the player himself of course I don't see any meaning in doing this. Because when Ramsdale gets injured for a long time etc. whom will they trust, right? There are young goalkeepers also in the team of course but they aren't going to have an experienced goalkeeper like Leno to trust more. Yes maybe Leno's performance has dropped compared to the past but he can still be a part of this team.

Didn't pay attention that Raphinha is no longer favourite to join Barcelona but Chelsea seems the closest to sign him with €65m offer! I doubt Barca could offer this to Leeds while hunting Lewandowski at the same time.
There is also De Jong who is linked to Chelsea too, I can't imagine the faces of ManU staff with their signing failure strategy.

Actually Cristiano Ronaldo still important player under Erik Tan Hag and he include scheme player formation next season, but if missing pre season training have possibility for United looking for new forward and Antony from  Ajax Amsterdam have close rumor move to United.

It's not new news anymore, before frenkie de jong, eriksen, sangare, antony, and even gabriel veron, all these names were reported get attention from Manchester United but none of them were signed even since a few months the news appeared
To date, Manchester United have just completed a deal with Tyrell Malacia from Feyenoord for a fee of $16 million and this season Manchester United have terminated contracts with several players including pogba, lingard and juan mata.
Manchester United are not in a rush to bring in new players this season even though there are now many players they are aiming for but with the departure of some of their players they should also bring in new players. now it's just a matter of time for that.
and about Ronaldo is still very hot in the discussion with the strong rumors circulating it is most likely that Ronaldo will leave and the most realistic possibility for Ronaldo's port next season is Bayern Munich, now Bayern is reportedly approaching the player and with Bayern's very high projections and tagger team maybe it will be a little easier for Ronaldo to make that choice compared to other teams.

I understand their way of working which tends to be unhurried but with so many names being linked I am concerned it will put a strain on Manchester United finance, and with that way of working I am also concerned it will give other clubs a chance to get some of the players they are after, while several players who left have not received offers from any club that will provide finance benefits for Man United, even Matic and Henderson leave on free transfers.

Tuchel may deploy Raheem Sterling as a false nine for Chelsea since their is no Lukaku replacement, sure he is a talented dribbler and pacy player with a track record of goals and it's obvious he will deliver well for Chelsea, however he needs to work on missing clear goal scoring chances, I hope Tuchel will work on that to guarantee the team of scoring many goals, if he is consistent in goal scoring definitely Tuchel will make him a regular starter for the team while Werner or Kai Havertz may start from the bench, EPL will be very competitive next season.
Sterling has yet to prove himself worthy of a place in the team's starting lineup. It will take some time to adapt and it also needs to be seen how well Sterling will do with the implementation of scoring chances, as he did not always work out well with it at City. He has good speed and is diligent, Tuchel will like that.

Actually judging from their current negotiations I feel they are currently wasting too much time.
If they really want Youri Tielemans then just pay it because that's a price they can pay right now instead of prolonging the process that makes them hampered now.
in this case I saw some comments from their fans too and most of them did expect this to be over quickly and 30 million is actually quite worth it for Tielemans.

Not your keys, not your coins!
I admit that Manchester City is still the best club that was difficult to beat in the Premier League last season, it is more appropriate and deserves to be a champion, but at this time of course the competition will remain tight, and both Manchester City and Liverpool seem to have the same quality, but it's true If you say you missed it a little bit for Mancity then you have a chance for Liverpool.
They are too strong and have too good ability to control ball possession that reduces risk from opponents. In my opinion, they have yet reached to the level of Barcelona with Pep Guardiola years ago or maybe they have reached to that level already.

Liverpool is a closest club in Premier League can compare with Manchester City. It is like race between Barcelona and Real Madrid in La Liga years ago.

for the past few days it's been quite busy about several clubs who really want Ronaldo's services when they say he wants to leave United at least there are some big clubs that are at the top of the list such as Roma, PSG, Bayern, Chelsea and Barcelona. But with all these possibilities slowly condensing because Bayern will definitely not interfere anymore now, Barcelona are struggling financially, Roma also don't have the qualifications that Ronaldo wants. Now only the news about him and Chelsea is quite lively.
I'm not surprised at Chelsea this summer. Chelsea has just changed ownership and the new owner of Chelsea really budgeted quite a large amount of funds in this transfer market. some star players were their targets in this summer window like Ronaldo, De Jong, Neymar, De ligt and Sterling. Chelsea are really focused on a massive overhaul in this transfer market. If in the near future Chelsea are able to bring in Ronaldo, of course their chances are big enough to get other players like De Ligt and De Jong.
Because too many are left in the hunt for player transfers, it's no wonder now we see Chelsea will do it in such a short period of time. With a large enough additional capital it will make it easier for them to make bid after bid. Chelsea did have to make an overhaul for the sake of its position which had experienced so many declines. A change of ownership could be a pretty ideal move next season.

Their heads have changed and now we can expect a stronger Chelsea. I expect good transfers from them this year.  They should perform better than last year. With the change of President this year, both Chelsea and Newcastle United will be two teams that will be followed and attracted attention in the Premier League.

Until several days Manchester United begin pre season still not appear with Cristiano Ronaldo and looks strong reason he want leaves Manchester United for next season. I think United need to find as soon possible who will replace position leaving by Ronaldo than keep waiting negotiation with Ronaldo never agree played for Manchester United without participated on UEFA Champion League. Not bad if getting Antony from Ajax Amsterdam because Erik Tan Hag know detail about his player on Ajax before, waste time keep try negotiating with Cristiano Ronaldo because he has strong decision to leave Manchester United.
If Ronaldo no longer wants to stay at Man United because he doesn't play in the UCL then what club will he play for next, or which club has made an offer to him? I don't really follow transfers and player rumours. But judging he no longer wants to be at Man United because he hasn't played in pre-season yet is not a valid reason because he or the team may not really think that attendance is needed in this pre-season match.
Ronaldo has decided to quit Man United because he doesn't even know the Europa League sound track. Cristiano Ronaldo is not expected to travel to Bangkok with Manchester United tomorrow for their pre-season tour. It is important that he leave in a respectful manner, regardless of how much he desires to do so. There is no respect for his club on his part. We wish him all the best in his pursuit of personal ambitions.
Losing Christiano Ronaldo this summer will not be good for Manchester United, I suggest that the club does everything possible to keep him as he will be a source of motivation for the young players. Having a experienced player like Ronaldo would help the team improve. The speculations might be true, it's always not easy finding a world class striker and there is no guarantee of getting a good replacement for Ronaldo.
