The transfer agreement will certainly be very good for Chelsea, especially because they have to re-strengthen their team after the change of owner. In my opinion, Raphinha and Sterling are two good options for Chelsea, wingers will be very much needed considering Tuchel also often relies on wingers in his strategy.

In addition to the two names above, I think Chelsea should also strengthen their defense after some of their defenders moved to other teams. Defense is the most important position to get attention because no matter how good the attack line is, but if the defense is weak then the team will not be able to maintain its victory.

I don't think, it is a bad decision for Chelsea because their challenge is from the strikers which their managements are seriously working to improve the team against next season. Raheem sterling will definitely help Chelsea to perform well in next season, if their managements can do everything within their power to sign in Raheem sterling because he is a talented striker that know how to achieve early goals that will bring victory at the end of the match. I believe, Chelsea will definitely get it right in this season by signing in the right talented new players that will help the team to achieve premier league title next season.

Frenkie de Jong is still under contract for two more seasons with Barcelona, maybe that's one of the reasons Barcelona have not accepted Manchester United's offer. One more thing, barcelona bring Frenkie de Jong from ajax for 75 million EUR, de jong performs as Barcelona expected, and now manchester united is offering €65 million, is it worth it? Considering on the other hand, Manchester United are also required to take over Frenkie de Jong's contract which has two seasons remaining.
I don't think manchester united will get him with such value even though barcelona need the funds but I'm sure they will keep him, at least manchester united need to offer more than that if they want it

We don't know what Chelsea are working on with the new owners because Todd Boehly's goals must have been good when buying Chelsea from Roman.
Raphinha is a potential player who will be a future asset for Chelsea. Chelsea's success over Arsenal in the race for Raphinha was not because Arsenal were interested in him but the greatness of Chelsea's strategy in the field of signing players in my opinion.

Tbh Leeds United wanted a bidding war for Raphinha and it was Chelsea that reached a full agreement with them to sign Raphinha. Arsenal have been working on a deal to sign him for a while now. While their initial bid was turned down by Leeds, they were set to step up their efforts and maybe they lost interest and put many things into consideration. As a concerned fan, I said multiple times, Tielemans has been my priority. A winger was a luxury purchase for me this summer. You have Bukayo Saka and a certain Fabio Vieira who can play on the right. Martinez and Tielemans now need to be signed before pre-season.

I think Erik ten Haag is really doing his best to put things in other for this club, so far so good we are all aware of the energy he is putting on to bring in quality players that will help strengthen the team next season. The new manager is trying to recruit more players that can help the team get back to it formal standard next season, he is recently very active in the transfer market, trying his best to bring in some quality players that will energized the team so well next season. Most of the players the club might be expecting for now are dejong which is probably a done deal, Anthony, Martinez and many more. With the addition of this players I can conclude that there will be a big difference between the team performance last season and this season.

Chelsea are at a tight corner tbh and it is hard to blame the new owners. Pulisic, odoi, ziyech, Werner are all wingers that have failed woefully and also failed to perform consistently contributing low G/A to the team as attackers. If we are being truthful. Raphinha has has a better season than Chelsea wingers, likewise Sterling, signing them both and selling ziyech, odoi and Werner will be good piece of business
