Welcome to 3 newcomers for season 2022/2023  Nottingham Forest, Bournemouth and Fulham. These 3 clubs managed to qualify to Premier League after winning and runner up in the Championship League meanwhile Nottingham must go through the play-offs. Fulham is not a new name because in the 2020/2021 season this team is a participant in the Premier League then degraded. Will there be a surprise among newcomers? Let's look forward to.

Nothingham Forest in particular, it's over twenty three good years since they left the premier league, good thing too finally have them back. They have dreamt and toiled for the return, now all good it turned out positively for them. They shouldn't be underestimated cause I see them as the new Brentford side.
It's 23 years since they left and Arsenal haven't carried the Champions League ? Ohh shirt!! Too bad! Grin Cry
If Southampton don't do better than they did this season, they will be relegated next season.

This is first show-up in 23 years. Nottingham Forest advanced to the Premier League after beating Huddersfield in the Championship play-off final. They were relegated in 1999, years later they will be on this big stage again. They are said to have earned 170 million Pounds by making it to the Premier League. In addition, they will receive a serious amount of money from the broadcasting revenue and put a total of 300 million Pounds in the club's vault. I'm looking forward to how they will make transfers and form a squad with this money.
Congratulations to Nottingham Forest on their arrival to the EPL after a long time playing at the companionship. Although, they have to understand that the Premier League is a tough League, and in order for them to scale through. They basically need a strong squad, with talented players. Lucky enough, they were able to achieve a huge amount of 300 million pounds. Which they can probably need to accumulate productive players. Otherwise, they will be unable to compete with other teams in the League

I'm so proud of this great team Nottingham Forest FC. What a dream come true for their teeming fans. Although, I felt the referee was incorrect in a couple of decisions in the game but anyways congratulations to them. It's good to have this club back in the English premier league. I'm eager to see what they can do next season, the underdogs can shock everyone.

I hope arsenal support Mikel Arteta in this summer transfer market because this upcoming season will be an opportunity to be better than the just concluded season, arsenal did well but there lack of depth course them the opportunity to qualify for champions League, arsenal needs a very good striker or two and Depp defensive midfielder and a matured creative midfield and also a new right back and left back and also a central back who will also be a leader.

The quality of these teams is not very good. To survive in a highly competitive league like the Premier League, they must perform well. But I saw the gameplay of some of their matches. Their performance is poor. Now that they have qualified to play in the Premier League, they should be better organized. Taking on new talented players. Otherwise, they will not be able to perform well in the Premier League.

Indeed we can't have high expectations on these teams but anything can happen right? the transfer window isn't open yet and we don't know what their plans will be
Sometimes high enthusiasm and motivation can make the unexpected turn into a surprise, at least they are already the best in the previous level
Especially for Fulham they have often been in the Premier League so already know what to do.

The EPL will witnessed three new teams who got promoted to the league. Top competitions will be among the newly promoted teams as they will fight to retain their place in the premier league which won't be an easy one for the teams. Bournemouth and Fulham are already used to premier league pattern of football while Nottingham Forest which have been relegated from the team for a long period of time now will face a little bit of challenges from top teams in the EPL. Nevertheless, Nottingham Forest will be rewarded handsomely only if they are still in the premier league at the end of next season.

Looking at the three newcomer teams, maybe only fulham have a long history in the premier league but i personally quite regret if teams like norwich and watford have to get back their bad luck this season, because the 2019/20 season they were also relegated and returned to the premier league after a year in the championship league, after a big struggle to get back into the EPL but they only lasted one season and were relegated again, I hope fulham and Bournemouth next season can provide a strong competition so they can survive in the premier league, btw is there anyone here who misses swansea and QPR in the premier league?

True, no fan is happy when they have a chance to win but fail at the end. Because the pride for fans is to see their team win. Unless the team is in a critical phase, for example MU, for MU fans with current conditions, finishing in 2nd position is good. maybe the fans will be happy with the result. but with the capacity of Liverpool's players this season, they should be able to become champions. Fans had expected the result, but City were better and luckier in some games when Liverpool drew, they were able to maximize the game, when Liverpool were in 1st position, City's players faced opponents full of confidence to take over their place.
To be honest, I don't understand why some people think Liverpool are good enough to finish as runners-up in the Champions League this season. It was an unexpected result as Liverpool should have won it this season because of his fine form. Many people including bookies were confident and confident enough to make Liverpool the favourite, but in the end Liverpool still failed with all their hopes. Indeed they played well, but the finishing was not good.

hmph..

I don't think all Liverpool fans are as happy as you say, they are sorry their team failed to win the Champions League at this high point of the season. It doesn't make sense why the fans should be proud when his team only managed to finish second when they had the chance, that's just not true.

About the other two titles, that's something different because Liverpool fans really want to see their team lift the Champions League title this season. I know you understand what I mean, so all the fans are happy about this failure.

There's nothing to be happy about IMO, after Manchester city beat Liverpool to the title in the Premier League, most of their supporters saw the UCL to be what will give them consolation but they lost out on that as well, next season is another time to give both the EPL  and UCL another shot and the team has to start preparing for it.

Mohammed Salah has been a player who has performed well with Liverpool this season, Salah is the Top Scorer in the domestic league this season and Mohammed Salah also received the award as the PFA Premier League Fans Player of the Year.
It will not be proper to only give recognition to Salah for his teams good season, Other of his teammates like Sadio Mane were both instrumental to the teams success and his own success.

I hope the board and management of Nottingham Forest will sign quality players with 300 million Pounds to remain in the premier league, the apex league is highly competitive for a  newly  promoted championship club to stay or remain in the league they just have to up their game and avoid many defeats as well as conceding many goals,  this season I think Norwich City, Watford and Brentford got promoted unfortunately Norwich City and Watford were relegated back to championship, this is wake up call to Nottingham Forest players to perform at the highest level.

Regret will always be there especially in this case the 2 trophies up for grabs (EPL Trophy and UCL) were lost at a very close time which makes this an undeniable regret.
It's not just fans I think from the top brass to the players are definitely quite emotional with this failure because indeed they failed at the end which made this even more painful

Liverpool did not end the season without a title, the two trophies obtained prove Liverpool have performed very well this season. Losing in the Champions League final and a narrow point difference from Manchester City does not mean Liverpool are performing badly, Liverpool's struggle is extraordinary to get the trophy, but luck is not on their side. In the Champions League final Liverpool performed very well, Liverpool players dominated the match, the collaboration of Federico Valverde and Vinicius Junior was able to give birth to one goal for Ancelotti's troops in the second half. Despite failing to win the Premier League and UCL titles, Liverpool still feel satisfied because they ended the season with a collection of 2 trophies.
Liverpool closed this season with a pretty brilliant achievement and deserves to be called an EPL team that is quite fertile in all the competitions they participate in.  Mohammed Salah has been a player who has performed well with Liverpool this season, Salah is the Top Scorer in the domestic league this season and Mohammed Salah also received the award as the PFA Premier League Fans Player of the Year. Failure in the final is quite painful to remember but that is football, every team must accept the final result in every game.
The beautiful part about Liverpool is that the competed for almost all the big trophies in the season this is to show how well the performed this season.  The big two that slept off their hand was with a slim point and goal difference. The should focus on winning the FA community shield to add to their titles this season.

Despite failing to achieve the target of being a quadruple this season, Liverpool's performance deserves thumbs up, because Liverpool's players have struggled to provide the best for their fans and have had a very tight season until the end of the season.  Liverpool fans are still happy after their favorite club failed in the Champions League, they are happy to welcome and celebrate success and make the moment of celebration of the 2021-2022 FA Cup and English League Cup titles.  Of course, the support of Liverpool fans is still worthy of thumbs up.  They did not let the Liverpool players go home alone after losing to Madrid.

Just catching up on some sports news, and hearing that the sell of Chelsea has been finalized breaks my heart... How did politics and sport have a dance together? Why can't the UK govt freeze his assets but not have a say on how the proceeds will be spent, they want the money to go to Ukraine but why,how ??

If they say the ex owner used dirty money, what happens to all those trophies that came through during his 19 year reign....

It wasn't the best season for Liverpool I'm afraid. They still won two tournaments like the FA Cup and the EFL Cup though but winning the Premier League and the Champions League titles was much more important after this high effort. They missed the chance to become the champions in this league by a small gap. The Champions League was their only hope left but they lost the final game to Real Madrid too. It was a really devastating ending for Liverpool. They still had a solid effort generally this season but they need to turn this effort into titles too.
what is the best season.
Even though they didn't get the Champions League and EPL this season, they are still playing very well.
The 2 trophies there of course are still very good even though it's only in the domestic league there, of course it's still better when compared to other EPL teams. Even Man. City can only win 1 title this season

By saying "the best season", I meant that they would have won the Premier League title too. It would be enough to be named as one of the best seasons for them. Liverpool handed over the title to Manchester City by a simple mistake on the final weeks of the season. Especially that point loss against Tottenham made things very difficult for Liverpool after. Manchester City didn't lose their advantage anymore. However I still think that it was a quite decent season for Liverpool as they fought for the Premier League and Champions League titles both.

I think that next season there will be two undeniable leaders - City and Liverpool (as for City, this bag, due to its endless purchases, turns into a monster that just scares) and the group that will fight for the "leftovers" - United, Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelsea. Plus, there is always the possibility of lifting some kind of underdog (Leicester, Newcastle - why not?) But even without them, these are 6 teams for 4 possible places - that is, even if all 6 teams are incredibly good and show brilliant football, someone will still end up in 6th place and the season will turn out to be a failure. I hope you understand my point - with such competition, the fight for 4th place does not mean that the club is bad, but that the rest are also strong. And of course, I understand that anything can happen, and for example City + Liverpool can take 5-6th place, and the second group of teams can be higher than them.
Well newcastle could really surprise us.

With its unlimited backing money .. they actually have that ability to build a dream team just like what manchester city did.
Hopefully there is a powerful underdog coming to the big six and become the giant killer so things could be in balance.

On the one hand it will be difficult for Newcastle to realize their endless money (if they have it) due to the FFP rules, but on the other hand they may well violate them and receive fines (which are insignificant for the first violation), this will be acceptable to them. Well, we know that UEFA officials are corrupt enough to be able to settle any issue with them.
