It wasn't the best season for Liverpool I'm afraid. They still won two tournaments like the FA Cup and the EFL Cup though but winning the Premier League and the Champions League titles was much more important after this high effort. They missed the chance to become the champions in this league by a small gap. The Champions League was their only hope left but they lost the final game to Real Madrid too. It was a really devastating ending for Liverpool. They still had a solid effort generally this season but they need to turn this effort into titles too.

By saying "the best season", I meant that they would have won the Premier League title too. It would be enough to be named as one of the best seasons for them. The disappointments continue for Liverpool. I thought they could win the champions league final. In fact, they started the final game well. Real Madrid had almost no position. I still appreciate Liverpool alot for all their efforts , I can't think less of Liverpool because they didn't win the Premier League or champions league.
