I'm not a Manchester United fan but I feel very bad for the club at this point. The reason why the club's management have refused to sack Erik ten Hag despite his consistent poor results with the club is yet to be revealed but I don't think there's any reason that should justify the club management's decision to retain him.
The support the Dutchman have been enjoying from the club management is another reason why he's refused to improve because to him, his job isn't in any risk wether he gets good results or not. Maybe the club management is very okay with how the club have been reduced to an average club.
Ten Hag may have succeeded in bringing Man United to maximum results in the first season of his arrival at this club. But in the second season and in the current third season we have only seen the disappointing results obtained by Man United with Ten Hag. So everyone didn't understand why it seemed like Ten Hag even acted as if he was still in a safe position and Ten Hag didn't seem at all afraid of being fired. Honestly, I don't like this condition. Maybe I'm not a Man United fan either. but I follow this team for a long time. So seeing this team experiencing a setback like this now feels a little sad.

The key to Liverpool success in recruiting Arne Slot as Jurgen Klopp replacement is inseparable from the club management who knows what the club needs and always ensures that every decision is taken in a good way. Arne Slot does not need to be Jurgen Klopp figure but he must show something different with a positive goal. Liverpool is in the right hands when the management is able to manage with full love. Even Liverpool transfer season did not make many purchases because they knew what to do with Arne Slot cool hand. The Red solidity at the top of the standings proves to us that the quality of the players and the right coach are the keys that put them at the top of the standings without being shaken.
Which is a proof of how United doesn't have a player issue or a coach issue, they have a management issue. Liverpool doesn't spend much more than United, I mean maybe even less? I am not sure about how much both teams spend but I know the difference can't be too much for Liverpool, and yet Liverpool is getting great results and United can't. Why is that?

Well, obviously players are a big part of this, I believe Liverpool has much better players there is no doubt about it, but none of the players Liverpool have were stars before they got them, look at Salah, the biggest star they had over many years now, he was nearly nobody before they got him. United tries the same thing but they are failing miserably and this is why management has a part of this problem. Sure players should do better, and sure coach should do better, but also management should be doing better as well and get better players and have better transfer policy in place to get better team.

The most enjoyable thing for Liverpool this season is when they have a replacement coach who is also equally great in terms of quality. Arne Slot not only changed tactics but he managed to continue the legacy left by Jurgen Klopp. Liverpool is in the most ideal situation to win trophies, the Reds can compete with Man City and Arsenal this season thanks to the very right policy from Liverpool's top brass. Not many clubs that have just brought in a coach can immediately sync like Arne Slot with Liverpool. The transition process they went through was quite successful.
Liverpool can be said to be really lucky as some coaches don't really get to make good results already immediately they take charge of the team but with Liverpool they get along with the coach almost immediately and are already winning their games and making good progress since this season, its okay to say that Liverpool had a better replacement or their coach and are now doing just great as they were with their former coach which for them means progress and hopes of getting much from this season this season than they had last season.

Manchester United fans who are there may have realized that they do not expect much from this team because as long as this manager is in charge of their team, Manchester United will not improve much. United fans must be thanked because they are very patient. If the fans were not patient then they would not want to see this manager in the team even after the team performed so badly under a manager. However, it can be said that Manchester United is not performing very well at the moment, so if Manchester United fires the current manager and appoints another manager to the club, then the fate of Manchester United may change. The sooner Manchester United decide on a change of manager, the better it will be for their club.

I have this friend of mine that is a Manchester United die hard fan and anytime they played and lose game, the phrase is use to greet him is "we are working on it and believe in it". That's the famous line of Erik Ten Hag, he has used that like severally in many of his interview any time they lose a match and I just had to laugh, sometimes when the match finish, I wait to see that part of the interview to hear the gibberish statement he has to say.

I don't blame the fans and I don't blame the player but Erik Ten, if he thinks the players are his problems, then he has every right to sell the once that are not in form and bring the ones he thinks is right to bring on board. So many mistakes Onana has done last season and this season but he believes Onana is the man for them, then he should expect all critisms when the player makes mistakes because he stand for them and vows for them.
There is nothing wrong with trusting your coach and believing that something better would come out someday from him. Believe me Arsenal fans have faced a lot of challenges in the past but they were expecting that the glory will be back soon. If you watch Arsenal now playing, you will enjoy knowing that they are up to something. I have come to understand that no team is an exception for bad performance. If steady improvement is not made each season, then any team should expect poor performance if other clubs have made adjustments and improvements.

Ten Hag believes there will be good days soon. The fans believe in him as well. But I can tell you one thing, their expectation cannot come if they still have this set of players. Reshuffling needs to be done on the players and if possible the managerial board.

If so, in other words, management must be ready for the risks they take if they fire Ten Hag. the team will be better, or worse. changing coaches in the current situation must be decided carefully, otherwise the problem will be more complicated. changing a new coach means rebuilding the whole thing, the bond, chemistry and system. which means, it is not certain that United will be better even if they change coaches at this time. talking about Ole Gunner, I don't know if he has ever won a trophy while handling Manchester United. in fact, it would be more ideal to bring in another coach than him. IMO, let's just say I'm a supporter of The Red Devil, if I compare Ole, I would choose Thomas Tuchel over him. there are other reasons for me, at least Tuchel might be able to bring United back into the top 4 in the Premier League. btw, I'm not sure if MU management will look at Ole to handle The Red Devil again. well, let's just see what United management will do to Erik Ten Hag.
I tend to agree with the idea of firing Ten Hag because he basically seems incapable of bringing more glory to the team. Manchester United can consider a manager from Spain so we can expect a new color from his game. Adding several Spanish players to the team allows Manchester United to play more variedly than at present, even today Manchester United does not have a single Spanish player.

Xavi Hernandez, Unai Emery, Ernesto Valverde and Julen Lopetegui could all be in contention to get a chance. They are experienced coaches and certainly have good abilities to develop the team. Spanish managers in the Premier League tend to have good hopes of winning the title through the teams they build and the closest examples are Arteta and Pep Guardiola. Xabi Alonso might also be good, but is likely to have hopes at Liverpool.

Ten Hag can not even get Manchester United performance back this season; it will be very difficult for him to do that, and it’s obvious Manchester United have not made any improvement this season, although before the start of the season some people thought Erik Ten Hag would do everything to get Manchester United back, but right now we have already seen it. Ten Hag can’t do everything to make United better. I still wonder why he is still yet to understand his mistakes; he is not even talking of making some changes to make the club better again; instead, the club is getting worse.

The people that are incharge of Manchester united don't care about what's happening at the club as they should have sacked Ten hag already if they cared about the club. The club has been falling since Ten hag took over the management of the club. Other clubs are having breakout stars that are performing very well to help their clubs win games but Manchester United don't have any star to rely on instead the club is fading constantly. Manchester United under Erik ten hag has turned the once great club to the joke of the town. Manchester united players don't have any desire to play to win games and this shows the dressing room isn't in unity.

Meeting over;
Erik Ten Hang still incharge;
Manchester United inconsistent performance continues;
Fans will continue to lament;
Bettors will continue to lose money;
Manchester United will end worse than last season in the table;
Erik Ten Hang will still be sacked, but when it's too late for Manchester United.

Perhaps one of the reasons why the club's top brass still retains Erik Ten Hag even though Man United's performance has not improved is because Manchester United will suffer a great loss if Ten Hag is fired. Maybe they have not found the coach they want or who can change Man United, because in reality Man United's current condition is not only in the coach, but in almost all lines of problems. The coach that Man United will offer to train Man United will also think long and hard because Man United is a big club and of course there will be a lot of pressure from both the club and the fans. Just look at Man United who have been trained by several experienced coaches before Erik Ten Hag, so is Man United getting better? No, because training Man United is not easy.

So it is only natural that the club's top brass still gives Erik Ten a chance, because changing coaches will be the same, and can even worsen Man United's performance, that has happened since Sir Alex retired. Man United often changes coaches but Man United's performance has not changed, so it is only natural that Man United still believes in Erik Ten Hag to build the team even though the risk is that at the end of the season Man United will not finish in the top 5 and may not get a single trophy this season.

It is indeed difficult to find another qualified coach, especially when the season is already underway, of course it will be very risky for Manchester United management so they are reluctant to produce Erik Ten Hag. I am very disappointed with the management's decision to maintain Manchester United but there are no other steps that are good for the team, so it is likely that this season there will be no development for Manchester United and the possibility of Ten Hag being able to revive the Manchester United team which is currently slumping is very small because in the last few seasons Ten Hag has never been able to even though he has made many improvements.
Ten Hag is a coach who is very lacking in tactics to make Manchester United players develop better this season and that has been very evident at the beginning of this season. I think Manchester United fans do not need to expect anything bigger and also more this season at Manchester United, because just being able to survive in the Premier League for next season is already very grateful. This season everyone has clearly seen that the Manchester United team is indeed slumping and other teams are experiencing a very good revival like Chelsea, so clearly there is nothing to expect from Manchester United other than hoping to get a new coach this season.

Manchester United fans must have given up hope for this season as currently there is no change in Manchester United's game. Of course, you are right that the manager currently in charge of Manchester United is using his tactics and not trying to improve the game. As the team is currently in a lot of disappointment they are not able to follow their best performance in every match but they are playing badly due to which the fans of Manchester United are disappointed. We know this team was very good and strong at one time, if they want to get back to this level, the manager must make a big commitment and adjust his tactics. And if it is not possible to change this manager to Manchester United, then the team must appoint a new manager, but I hope that the team can improve in the future.

Not understanding Manchester United who still give more time for Erik ten Hag, even though the results are bad or maybe, Manchester United is still happy with the FA Cup trophy they got until they are willing to give Erik ten Hag a chance.
They did not happy with UEFA Europa League trophy from Jose Mourinho and wanted to slow down their target to FA Cup trophy. It's very bad for them if they are doing this because they will continue to see Ten Hag is quality and capable enough to be their coach. Performances are bad and a position under a first half of Premier League rank table is not good for a big club at all.

Look, how Chelsea always changes coaches every season, even though last season with Pochettino was not entirely bad, but Chelsea still fired him and appointed Enzo Maresca who managed to make Chelsea better this season.
Chelsea changed coaches many times and their history is winning Champions League with temporary coaches like Di Matteo and Tuchel. Perhaps they wanted to win another Champions League with latest coach sack but this time they failed.

Pochettino was not bad with his performance in Chelsea but they did not agree with him on development and transfer plans so they did not continue together. Maresca took over the coach position and inherited good squad from Pochettino. He is doing well in this season and Chelsea are going to compete for top four again.

Although indeed, appointing a new coach also does not guarantee to make Manchester United improve quickly but at least,  maintaining Erik ten Hag is also a very risky choice because Manchester United's position in the Premier League standings is not entirely good because it is in the lower zone, no longer at the top and not in the middle of the standings.

Thus, if for example in the next few weeks or at least until the first half of the season the results are still bad, then it is time for Manchester United to appoint a new coach for the second half of this season. But indeed, those who fully understand are of course those who are inside, but that does not mean they ignore the complaints of many Manchester United fans who have really wanted Erik ten Hag to be fired.

Difficult to find a couch that would replace Ten Hang? I don't think it's that difficult but Manchester united board is not really interested in finding a replacement for Ten Hang at the moment. Several qualified couches are out there without job presently and I'm very sure some of them will be very much interested in the job.

I read somewhere yesterday that they are planning on bringing back Ole gunner and the last interview of Ole that I watched, he responded positively when asked whether he will be interested to take a job at united when call upon and the old man was very delighted from his response. Although, bringing back former couch is not ideal in my opinion after seeing what happened with Frank Lampard on his returning back to Chelsea after his first disappointment.

However, I do believe that Ole would make a better decision as compared to Ten Hang at the moment because Ten Hang seems to be confused and depressed. The pressure and criticism alone from the fans and media houses is enough to make him depressed and run out of ideas. Things are really getting worse for him but I hope the break will give him some relief and make a fresh start when the league resumes.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills

Unbelievable, Slot is being a coach with the best stats in the first 10 EPL matches in Liverpool's history. He has recorded the most wins compared to Liverpool's old managers in their history. I feel so nice to see him excel this way as a new manager at Liverpool.  I think he would do well behind Klopp's legacy team and knowing how good he is as a new coach.
Slot has better start than many coaches in Liverpool history including Klopp, but let's recall that in first seasons of Klopp, Liverpool did not finish with high positions. Klopp needed time to build up Liverpool squad and Slot will need time to win titles with them. He is performing well but winning titles is more challenging. If he won't win titles with Liverpool in this season, they will need to give him more time.
Maybe for Slot for Liverpool with a top 4 finish it is quite a good achievement even if not with the title, I know it will be tight but if Slot is able to achieve for his first season then history will be different for Liverpool.

So far Slot has only continued the existing players and built in the Jurgen Klopp era and the squad has pretty good depth so Slot can only re-work how the game becomes consistent throughout this season.

But we need to see a full season of Arne Slot's achievements and how they have a career in the UCL with Liverpool too.

Ten Hag is a coach who is very lacking in tactics to make Manchester United players develop better this season and that has been very evident at the beginning of this season.
Ten Hag can be a good coach and done great job in Ajax Amsterdam but in a bigger club like Manchester United, with bigger pressure and expectation, he fails. I see no chance for Ten Hag to succeed in Manchester United because three seasons are enough for a coach to set up many things and start to harvest good results. In Manchester United, Ten Hag was given a lot of money to buy players and with abundant budget like this, it's unacceptable with results they got so far with his management.

EPL is gradually becoming a farmer's league if you ask me because how on earth will presences of elite clubs becomes zero threats for just one particular club? Manchester City dominates the league and its very important for these clubs to understand the principles and strength of the Champions. Manchester City will continue to dominate since there's no presence of pre-eminent rival except for Arsenal that's actually doing their best.
I don't believe what you say and I can never believe that Premier League is becoming a farmers league because of how well competitive the League is becoming every season.

Several leagues have teams that are always known to be in the top three of their table every season, while in EPL, you will hardly predict top four or even top seven because of the number of big teams in the league and the number of small teams that are coming up every season to drag positions with the top EPL teams.

Manchester City is indeed the best team, they have dominated the league for the past five years and they won the premier league title four times in a row, but the last two season was hard for them because Arsenal woke up after some season to be their top competitor since Liverpool lost form two seasons back, and last season, it was a battle between Manchester City, Liverpool, and Arsenal which they narrowly won the league in the final match of the season.

There's good odds when it comes to elite clubs. We know the desirable clubs to win matches and the ones that will fall in the relegation zone this season. It's all matter of time for these clubs to bounce back to prominent form. While for Pep Guardiola, he is tactical and experienced, he's giving his best every season. What do we have to acknowledge about the English Premier League? Manchester City will reclaim the title again this season, no doubt about that if you ask me.
It has started to be hard for him since last season, and this season he has dropped some points already due to injury of two of his key players. I think Pep Guardiola and Manchester City cannot win the premier league title this season, the EPL will be won by either Liverpool or Arsenal according to my predictions based on current squad and performances of the respective teams.

Haaland and Lewandowski are great attacking players, on their good days they can easily score 2 or 3 goals.
There is no other player in the Premier League who can even come close to Haland's goal score, the difference has already increased a lot, just look at it, he has scored 4 more goals than the closest players. Smiley
It is undeniable that every season Haaland always contributes many goals for Man City. Yes, he is a machine on the field, 10 goals in 7 matches that have been played means he is very sharp as a striker, but the current conditions are different with the absence of Rodri and KDB Haaland cannot get a supply of spoiled balls, it can be seen in the two Man City matches he did not score a single goal.
On the other hand, I am more impressed with Cole Palmer even though he has only scored 6 goals but the assists he has received are 5 making him the second most assists so far.
This indicates that he is active in scoring and providing assists.
Both players are pure strikers who have been quite sharp all this time and they just need a chance which in the end 99% will be goals, Haalaand has so far managed to become the top scorer in the Premier League and this season he has the opportunity to break the record as the top scorer in the Premier League in a row, his sharpness in my opinion is really extraordinary,  So it is indeed quite lucky that Manchester City can get Haalaand from Dortmund even at a high price previously because he can be even better than Aguero, the spearhead of Manchester City, indeed we cannot deny that his current ability to score 10 goals in 7 matches cannot be separated from the contribution of De Bruyne and Rodri so that the absence of the two players actually affects the flow of the ball to Haaland and it can be seen from the last two matches where He did not score.

Cole Palmer also deserves a thumbs up, despite scoring only 6 goals, but his contribution in providing assists shows that he is a versatile player and very influential in the current Chelsea game, since his arrival from Manchester City, he has been one of the key players in creating chances and goals for the Blues.

Assuming their positions and point gap on the table is when the league is left with 10 matches, it would have been more challenging than now. It is a good start for these three clubs currently for the title race because whoever loses more than one match might fall very low on the table since most clubs are very active.

Manchester City might not be previledged to take over any club that is on top towards the end of the season because they have learnt their lessons and will be more careful at that time. If Manchester City is able to repeat same thing this season, then EPL is not the same again.

If the right coach is appointed to replace Erik Ten Hag then the sooner the better. It's just that now Man United has undergone 10% of the Premier League so there is only gambling when replacing Erik Ten Hag with a new coach. The game scheme has been running according to what is applied by the coach and if replaced then the risk of having to rearrange is clearly not easy. But keeping Erik Ten Hag until the end of the season is much riskier. Just choose which option is the least risky. After all, I don't care anymore whether to find a new coach or not, what is clear is that Man United is in a difficult circle to get out of trouble.
