This is indeed the biggest problem but Arteta still repeated this problem last season which should have been better because Man City last season had a tighter schedule to chase the UCL title. I also think that City did not have the best season last year and this is what gave Arsenal the opportunity to follow City until the very last round. And although in the last season it seemed that Arsenal became a more stable team, I am not in a hurry to say that Arteta will completely get rid of this problem, and therefore I do not think that Arsenal can become the main competitor for City this season, at least until the first decline.
Manchester city was in their best performance last season because they became stable when Liverpool and Arsenal messed up their chance of leading the league. The fact is that Arsenal improved their performance and were consistent closing the gap between them and City but City didn't give up till the end.

Arsenal was able to take the lead twice but failed to win the league at least last season was better than two seasons ago because of their improvement in performance. This season is another season that I see Arsenal taking the lead again but I hope that they will be able to win the league this season after several attempts.

Here we go’ – Romano confirms the transfer news that Liverpool fans have been waiting to hear

Fabrizio Romano has given his trademark three-word phrase to suggest that Liverpool have secured a second incoming transfer in the space of 24 hours.

Having confirmed a deal for Giorgi Mamardashvili on Tuesday evening, the Reds now appear to have wrapped up a move for Juventus forward Federico Chiesa.

Shortly after 12:30pm on Wednesday, the transfer guru posted on X: “Federico Chiesa to Liverpool, here we go! Agreement done for €13m initial fee with add-ons. Four year contract for Chiesa as new Liverpool player, set to fly later today. Chiesa accepted Liverpool immediately. Deal DONE. Exclusive story confirmed.”

Once Romano gives his ubiquitous ‘here we go’ on an impending transfer, that’s typically a sign that the only thing remaining is for the purchasing club to announce the deal via their own social media channels.

After a summer of frustration over lengthy but fruitless pursuits of Leny Yoro and Martin Zubimendi, Liverpool recruitment chiefs deserve praise for acting to swiftly to get Chiesa all but over the line, with the news of an approach from Anfield only coming to light on Monday evening.

I have post my thought earlier about this transfer because i think Liverpool don't need Federico Chiesa because they have good players at their front lines but apparently Liverpool has decide to buy Federico Chiesa which i am not sure this is good decision or not and based on transfermarkt information Federico Chiesa has 35 million transfer value and Liverpool bought him at 15 million which this price is still below to the market price

Federico Chiesa can be played as a winger so probably why Liverpool decide to bought him because he can be used as the replacement of Mo Salah and i know the quality of Federico Chiesa because he good player but he has long history for his injured and this makes me worried Federico Chiesa unable to play optimally and got the injured again here is Federico Chiesa injured list below

Apart from that, Arsenal's current weakness lies only in the consistency of their performance. The reason is, the biggest reason Arsenal failed to become champions in the last two seasons was because their performance always declined towards the end of the season. That's why, Arsenal has always failed in the last two seasons. So in essence, Arteta has to be aware of his team's weaknesses and has to change them so that this doesn't happen again this season. Maybe apart from training physical strength and strategy, Arteta must also be able to train the mentality of his team to make them stronger. Because mentality also has a big influence on the performance of the players. For this reason, Arteta must also be able to strengthen his players' mentality. And speaking of Mikel Merino, it is true that he also played for Newcastle one season and scored 1 goal. So with this, of course the English league is no longer something foreign to Mikel.
We have the same thought. Since Arsenal failure in the previous 2 seasons I have always said that Arsenal failure to win the EPL title was due to Arteta failure to maintain team consistency. Len01, you said it all mate. Inconsistency and weakness towards the end of the season has been the greatest problem of Arsenal and the Mikel Arteta. If Arteta does not find any way to solve this problem, I am sorry, he is going to be deprived of every trophy this season again. He does not need to have 100% squad depth before he could effectively manage his team. What he had last two seasons and last season is able to win him a trophy if he was a good manager of the team.

I remember last two seasons that I was shouting on this forum and other social medias, begging Arteta to rest Saka and other good players from playing Europa League and focus them in the English Premier League. But he didn't listen, he rather used to his strength in all the leagues, when it was time to show strength, fatigue cut up with the players.

The situation faced by Manchester City last season gave a signal to its rivals to be able to perform consistently to destroy City dominance in the EPL. Arsenal almost became the new champions in the EPL, but due to their inconsistent performance, City was able to surpass their points tally. It looks like this season will be even more intense than last season, Arsenal have strengthened their squad to give City competition. Liverpool are also starting to show their quality with Arne Slot, while Chelsea and Manchester United are still in the process of improving after failing to finish in the top position last season.
Arsenal already begun on a very energetic note this season, same as city just maybe both team may be the only threat to their selves as they both appear like they can get ahead of almost every other team they will be meeting this season, Liverpool too is looking very coordinated in they tactical approach too and not paying attention to them may be like the case of Leverkusen in the bundesliga last season before they could pay attention to them it was later and they were unstoppable already, pep isn't relenting so I don't want to believe Arsenal has got it all figured out because of their performance last season how they were able to go heads on with peps citizens.

There is no significant change in Liverpool's game, they are still solid, I agree with you that Liverpool's new coach still has a positive impact and Liverpool's game also still applies the tactics played by Klopp, so I hope they remain consistent with their game until the end of the season to tighten the hunt for the Premier League title this season, regarding Man United for this season they play no changes whatsoever even though there are many new players there, but all of that has no impact on their game pattern and even bad results always befall them.
The chemistry between Liverpool's lines has been well established, we see the 2 matches they played, everything went well without any obstacles, as if they said "we are ready to be champions this season" and we have to admit that. Arne Slot continues the history created by Klopp with solid team improvements so far from the two matches they have played they are still consistent, very different from their rivals, namely Man United, there has been no change at all with their new players, last season and this season are the same, let's just see this week's match that will bring them both together, I'm sure Liverpool can win this match even though they have to play at Old Trafford

Last season, Man City experienced a slight decline in performance because De Bruyne was injured and Haaland was also injured. And last season Gundogan also went to Barcelona. So Man City also fell behind in the EPL. But since De Bruyne recovered and played games, Man City returned to better condition and continued to collect points so they were able to catch up with Arsenal, who were at the top at that time.
Haaland was controlled better by opponents in Premier League and it was not only because of his injuries last season. With De Bruyne, he will have less contributions for Manchester City with time when he gets older and his body will be affected negatively. De Bruyne is helpful for Manchester City in some matches and if he is used properly but he won't be able to play all matches and fulfill each match like when he was younger some years ago.

If Manchester City rely on contributions from Haaland and De Bruyne, they will have big troubles this season and in future. If they come to that day, Pep Guardiola will make his clever decision to leave Manchester City and find a new challenge, new chapter for his coach career.

And actually this season Arsenal will have more difficulty in competing with Man City. because the Man City squad is now as complete as when they won the UCL title. because now Gundogan has also returned to Man City, De Bruyne is no longer injured and Haaland also looks in his best performance. So even though Arsenal is getting more stable and stronger, I'm still not sure they will be able to win the EPL this season. Unless Arsenal is completely focused on the EPL. And ignoring other leagues like the UCL. but it's all also quite risky.

Liverpool have managed to secure 9 points from the 3 games they have played so far and I think their game has indeed improved a lot at the moment, 3 consecutive wins of course give great hope to the fans to see Liverpool no longer just a title contender this season and they certainly hope to be able to win the championship trophy again and break the dominance of Manchester City in EPL,But even so, it seems too early for us to expect too high at this time considering the long league journey, but seeing your enthusiasm and optimism, of course I hope you will not be disappointed later if Liverpool experience inconsistency in the limited number of players they have at the moment, because if we reflect on the experience of the last two seasons when the storm of injuries hit Liverpool, the match against Manchester United later seems to be a barometer for us to measure how effective the strategy and tactics of the game applied by Arne Slot are at this time, So that way we can judge whether Liverpool will deserve to be the favorite team to win or not at all.
In addition to Arsenal, Liverpool certainly also has the same opportunity as a challenger to Man City in the fight for the EPL trophy this season. From what I saw, Arne Slot and his players managed to show a classy game, so hopefully this consistency and compatibility will continue until the end of the season. Having played 2 matches with 6 points, the next match against Man United is the most challenging opportunity for Arne Slot to be able to conquer Erik Ten Hag. I am sure Liverpool can bring 3 points in this week's match. The history of the meeting between the two teams is quite hot and will present an exciting game that can even be full of drama. On the other hand, if Man United can steal points from Liverpool, it will definitely revive the mentality of its players who have lost their way.

Right. Problems at Chelsea FC are not just because of coaches especially Pochettino. He is being blamed unfairly. Real issue is with owner who does not let coaches make their own decisions about players. This has caused problems with team and led to bad signings.
I agree with you. Pocchettino is a good coach and I think at least the board gave him more chances to get the players he wanted. He has spent a lot of money to bring in young players. But as far as I remember Pocchettino himself said that it will take a few seasons to integrate the young players and build a solid squad after being in a slump for a few seasons. But in the end Pocchettino was still fired after the club management felt that Pocchettino did not get the results according to the targets given.

There is no significant change in Liverpool's game, they are still solid, I agree with you that Liverpool's new coach still has a positive impact and Liverpool's game also still applies the tactics played by Klopp, so I hope they remain consistent with their game until the end of the season-snip-
It could happen because Liverpool are actually doing well and Klopp just wants to take a break from football. Arne Slot still applies the same tactics as Klopp and it is the right choice because they do not have to adapt to new tactics. I do not know how big the chances are for Liverpool to win the EPL. But I favor Liverpool in third place, below City and Arsenal.

In Every season LFC is always in the top 3 positions and at the moment in Slot Managerial time Liverpool is showing their class and the way they play the 1st two games is simply amazing to watch LFC games. At the moment they are completely dominant in all three areas.
You sound so much like a Liverpool supporter, you cannot just hide your love and admiration of the club. Actually you are mostly correct in your statement but I will only suggest we give this season more time because it is too young to know what each of the time is coming on board with and how well they will end. Besides, the new coach of Liverpool have not tested a strong team like Manchester City and Arsenal because that is when we will know how well they will do this season. But it is good they started with winning and even their key man Mo Salah started with scoring which is something good.

To predict Liverpool's match against Manchester United is not easy because these two teams have special qualities because Manchester United can sometimes always surprise them and play well, which sometimes makes Manchester United win when they compete, but sometimes Manchester United always plays less well when they compete. compete. So of course the next match that he will play is certainly something that is difficult to predict.

But it looks like I will be the same as you, namely predicting that Liverpool will have the potential to win against Manchester United later. and indeed at the start of this season Liverpool was certainly better than Manchester United. and it is also possible that Liverpool and Manchester United will end in a draw considering that Manchester United is the host of that match.

Upcoming match, Liverpool have difficult opponent team after facing two mediocre teams from Ipswich Town and Brentford, I think not easily for predicting will Liverpool continue their third consecutives winning indeed Manchester United not performed well after losing against Brighton Albion last match.
Liverpool in last two matched keep clean sheet and difference with Manchester United have conceded two goals from Brighton Albion, I think Manchester United performance still inconsistent but keep difficult for predicting because Liverpool last two winning result against the mediocre team.

Liverpool game play under Arne Slot very aggressive and most effective when build up counter attack, I think will make Manchester United get difficult how to anticipation faster counter attack of Arne Slot tactician. Manchester United has opportunity for playing De Light on the first minutes after last two match just playing as substitution.

Every player of Liverpool is capable of performing well but this same player Liverpool played in the previous season too but they could not maintain that consistency towards the end. The point here is that Liverpool are short on substitutes and as a result, if any of the players you mentioned get injured, their performance will be down. In order for a team to continue its performance, it is not only about strengthening the starting XI, but they also need to have alternative thinking so that when a key player is injured, any player can be substituted. Since they did a little better last season, they should have bought some quality players this season so that their team performance could have been better this season.
Squad depth is indeed an important factor in a team because the manager can rotate players to avoid injuries. But in this case almost most clubs feel the same except for Man City which is a little different because even though the substitutes they have are not very good, Pep Guardiola has always been able to overcome this problem. Liverpool have two pretty good games in the league and the core players they have are also playing very well coordinated with each other.

Two wins are a good step for the coach because previously there was a debate about his quality and even we argued because he is not experienced enough to handle a team like Liverpool. But the toughest test will be when facing Man United in the third match and the coach must really take advantage of the opportunity to get full points.

Everybody jubilating for Chelsea, but how consistent can they go? Good job today in between. But how many goals can Noni Madueke contribute? Or will he fold after his first hat trick for the club. Todd Boehly must be happy but we will see how well his defense can cope. Attackers seems to be nuclear weapons.
It’s a great improvement from the entire team and everyone is jubilating because they all saw the progress in their game play, this is what every Chelsea supporter wants to see that why they can’t hide the feeling. The coach impact is now becoming visible but you’re right, without consistency it will all mean nothing, although i believe they can maintain the consistency and build on this momentum. Madueke looks like he want to prove to everyone that he can play for the team so with this mentality i think Chelsea can rely on him and I think we will see more goals from him. As for defenders their confidence will increase if the team keep the spirit of winning and soon they will blend properly.

Quote
if I still believe more if Liverpool will win, or at worst draw. Although Slot is a new coach in Liverpool, but so far, he has been able to make optimal tactics too. Also, the Liverpool lineup has not changed much, so basically, the team is still solid as before. While Man United, we know they have more homework compared to Liverpool even though they have a coach who is much longer together.
Liverpool look more confident but Manchester United are always stronger when they play big matches so i believe it will not be an easy match for Liverpool as you think.

This is secret, I will spill the winner in this season, it's Manchester City. Cool

Arsenal is just a runner up in this league, so as best as Arsenal can, they can only achieve second position.
Manchester City are strong and they are best candidate for the title, that means they have good chance to defend their crown. If they succeed, Premier League will be boring one more season and many of us want to see a new champion. Arsenal, no doubt, will continue their challenge against Manchester City and can be considered as best competitor against Manchester City. Two latest seasons racing against Manchester City and failed at the end, Arsenal will not want to have a third season with similar ending.

Quote
Liverpool isn't solid anymore, they only met against weak teams, we need to wait til they meet Arsenal, Brighton and Manchester City.

The rest teams have no chance to become a champion, the gap is too far.
Liverpool with a new coach will less likely have good opportunity to beat Manchester City and Arsenal in title race but they can contribute considerable to the race. They can get points from either Manchester City or Arsenal or both and can have impact on the title race. Other clubs such as Chelsea and Manchester United, are not strong enough and have to resolve their own crisis before returning to title competition next seasons.

I had thought that maybe one way Arteta could deliver the EPL title was just by not focusing too much on chasing the UCL. And focus on rotating players in every match to maintain the players' physical and mentality so that they can maintain their performance so as not to lose points in every match.

indeed one of Arsenal's mistakes is certainly due to Arsenal not always consistently winning in every match and of course what is clear is that Arteta's strategy still has shortcomings that make other clubs see it and finally Arsenal failed to achieve their dreams. yes of course there are many things that made Arsenal last season fail to become champions and of course if you look at the points obtained by Manchester City and Arsenal last season of course there is not much difference in points because there is only a difference of 2 points and indeed due to inconsistent winning which is one of the causes of Arsenal failing to become champions last season for example Arsenal experienced defeat by Aston Villa and if for example at that time Arsenal could win against Aston Villa of course Arsenal would be champions but yes it is very unfortunate that Arsenal at that time had to swallow another bitter pill because they failed again to become EPL champions.

yes of course if Arsenal does not focus too much on UCL it will certainly make Arsenal stronger in the EPL but of course in my opinion even if Arsenal focuses on the EPL it will certainly be difficult for Arsenal to become champions because of course there is no guarantee for a club using that system will become champions but of course now we just see what Arteta will do and of course he will fight with all his might to make Arsenal become EPL champions.

but of course Manchester City is currently very strong and will certainly not allow Arsenal and other teams to become champions. and of course Manchester City wants to be champions again. but of course Arsenal's hopes are wide open to become champions and Arsenal has started this season well.

It's too early for you to say that, Manchester City is still the favorite but Arsenal also can't be underestimated this season, I think Arsenal has a much stronger strength now and it is in contrast to Manchester City who have not seen any development compared to last season.

Manchester City and Arsenal will still be the favorites to win the title this season and I think both still have the same chance, so don't be too quick to underestimate Arsenal.

For other teams it is indeed difficult, because many changes have occurred, but it cannot be underestimated, such as Liverpool with its new coach so far showing impressive performance.
which must also be remembered that the Premier League is always fierce and difficult.
