For now maybe we have not seen a significant impact on chelsea, but it looks like we will slowly see if chelsea stability will be disrupted, because as far as I know it is currently difficult for Abramovich to sell the club even though there are now many buyers available, the British government has now freeze all the assets that Abramovich owns and it is likely that Chelsea will also experience the same thing.
From the news I read in Football Time, the possible impact Chelsea face is:
1. Clubs cannot sell tickets, except season ticket holders who are allowed into the Stadium
2. Clubs may not sell Chelsea-related products, merchandise etc.
3. Clubs also cannot transfer players (sell or buy)
4. Clubs also cannot extend player contracts

With all the current bans, can this be the end of Chelsea's glory in the English league?
With all these rules put in place and ticket sales put to a halt, and needing to pay their players salaries (Lukaku I would think is the highest paid player on the whole Chelsea side at the moment), wouldn't the team simply run out of money by the end of the season?
I would say ticket sales are the majority of each clubs incoming revenue which is impart to the sale of concessions during each match.
This being food, beer and merchandise that are consumed during said game.
