Chelsea had a great night by winning against Norwich by a 3-1 score. They didn't have a big difficulty in beating Norwich. And Chelsea need to go on as good as possible on the remaining weeks to secure their place in the standings at least. I don't think that they can catch up with Liverpool and leave them behind. It has been a long time since they lost that chance. Liverpool are fighting for the championship with Manchester City now. But Chelsea shouldn't give up and risk their chance for the Champions League of course.

It doesn't come as a surprise to me that Wolverhampton won with out doubt at the Molinuex stadium. Playing hosts to relegation bound Watford also added advantage and they utilised it. Having dominated both halves, Watford had no chance at goal. A total of four shots and none on target didn't help the case of Roy Hodgson's men one bit, giving the home side free rein to score 4 goals.
Wolves need to maintain this style of play, earn more points to enable them move from their 8th position. Hopefully they may win Everton in their game on Sunday.

against Norwich is certainly not something difficult for Chelsea. Chelsea made 15 shots, 7 on target and 3 on goals. as well as Ball possession which was up to 67% showing how this match wasn't something that the team with the power to draw was.
now Chelsea is widening the gap from Arsenal who has been playing well lately.
the likelihood that Norwich could take away points from Chelsea was very small, and now Norwich have 6 defeats in a row, this is a lot, and a real threat of relegation from the Premier League hung over the team. There are 10 matches left until the end of the season, they have theoretical chances, but even they are very small, most likely Norwich will go to the Championship.

For now maybe we have not seen a significant impact on chelsea, but it looks like we will slowly see if chelsea stability will be disrupted, because as far as I know it is currently difficult for Abramovich to sell the club even though there are now many buyers available, the British government has now freeze all the assets that Abramovich owns and it is likely that Chelsea will also experience the same thing.
From the news I read in Football Time, the possible impact Chelsea face is:

1. Clubs cannot sell tickets, except season ticket holders who are allowed into the Stadium

2. Clubs may not sell Chelsea-related products, merchandise etc.

3. Clubs also cannot transfer players (sell or buy)

4. Clubs also cannot extend player contracts

With all the current bans, can this be the end of Chelsea's glory in the English league?
With all these rules put in place and ticket sales put to a halt, and needing to pay their players salaries (Lukaku I would think is the highest paid player on the whole Chelsea side at the moment), wouldn't the team simply run out of money by the end of the season?
I would say ticket sales are the majority of each clubs incoming revenue which is impart to the sale of concessions during each match.
This being food, beer and merchandise that are consumed during said game.

if I were Abramovich I will suspend all Chelsea player for England national country team.
Are there rules that stipulate that every player who plays in a football club may not strengthen the country when the player is invited or called?
Is there a rule that the owner of a football club has the right to prohibit his players from playing for the country?

Almost all football players display their prowess at the club they are defending so that they can enter or be called up to strengthen the country's squad and being able to play for the country is an honor in itself for players.

Norwich, last night's game was a good performance in my view even though the game ended with 3 to 1 goal Chelsea is a big club and among the top in the premier league so the winning was expected, but I was thinking the goal difference is going to be more than 3 goals but unexpectedly the match ended with 1-3 goals and Chelsea walked away as the winner of the match.

Well I wish Norwich to perform better in subsequent matches

On Chelsea's side, this victory secured its position in the top three of the standings, but on Norwich's side, this was a defeat that made him sink even further at the bottom of the English league standings. I think Norwich will definitely go down to another caste under the English league. Chelsea is in a very positive parade in the last 5 matches only experiencing 1 loss and 4 wins.

I also read this news. Looks bad for Chelsea. But to this day I see no news, the extent to which the punishment will continue to apply. Maybe it will end if the war is over. But in the end it was very difficult for Chelsea's finances. Moreover, they still have to fulfill the obligations to the players and the entire chelsea board. If this continues I think chelsea will be increasingly underfunded and could even be them disbanding. I don't really agree that sport is mixed with politics.

I'm not a Chelsea fan, but you see those young lads wearing jersey number 29 and Jersey number 19 are superb.
Whenever I see Mason mount, all I see is frank larmpard, he had a much much free role to play yesterday, beautiful strike in the penalty box.
Hatverz having a good season buh I still want to see more from him, at times I do look at his and recall how Eden hazard carried Chelsea in he's shoulders.
The game was a good response from the players, that goal from Chalobah was he's second time scoring from a set piece this season.

Chelsea had a really comfortable game against Norwich yesterday. They dominated most of the game and got a 3-1 win as a result. Norwich tried to fight back against Chelsea in the second half. And they were doing good by scoring that goal too. But Chelsea still kept the game under control later on and finished the hopes of their opponent by dealing the final blow. And the other game impressed me was Southampton - Newcastle. Southampton got ahead first but Newcastle made a big comeback after. This was another important victory for Newcastle by 2-1.
It was really an impressive gameplay yesterday at Carrow road stadium where once again, Norwich were beaten black and blue by the Blues. They really had no where to run in the first half. Chelsea boasted the ability to give good passes and spot on shots. I envisaged the game to be an easy one, so that the Norwich side will not net a goal, but too bad Mendy had to cause a foul that resulted in a penalty, but all the same, it was a deserving 3-1 win for Thomas Tuchel's men last night .

Chelsea still on the top performance after defeating Norwich City 3-1 and keep focus on the games only without see about feedback with club suspend or on hold right now. I think is good motivation from Thomas Tuchel for all player keep consistent and focus on match only without care about suspended club by government. Although have little chance with candidate to get winner in this season still not consistent performance have show by Chelsea because they 3rd standing position right now still not safety after impressive performance from Arsenal and behind 8 points but Arsenal still have two match left.

Brighton - Liverpool match is going to be another important match for Liverpool on the road to the league championship. Liverpool must win this match too and continue without a mistake. Brighton are not playing like they were before. Their form has dropped down a lot recently and they have a loss streak now. They lost their last four league matches which is terrible. Liverpool have everything they need to defeat them in this match. Maybe it isn't going to be easy for Liverpool but I'm confident they will win.
Yes, from 5 matches, Brighton lost 4 matches, while Liverpool managed to wipe out 5 matches with a win. Even Liverpool managed to score 12 goals and conceded only 1 goal from those 5 matches and this is a good result for Jurgen Klopp's care. While Brighton on the other side of Liverpool, they conceded 11 goals from their 5 matches. It will be a win for Liverpool.

Even though Liverpool played as guests but Liverpool's level is way above Brighton, so they should be able to beat Brighton easily. It's just that Liverpool also shouldn't be too confident because this is what made them lose to Inter Milan in the second leg of the Champions League. Liverpool's chances in the title race are still quite large, so they must be able to make the most of it. If they can win against Brighton then they are only 3 points behind Man City. As long as they can win continuously (including against Man City) then they will be able to become Premier League champions.

Newcastle are still maintaining their unbelievable form in the league now. They played one of their missing games against Southampton today and won that 2-1 away. And they turned the game around from a 1-0 score disadvantage also. Newcastle players really started to believe in themselves and this is reflecting on their performance very clearly. Their performance has been spectacular for many weeks. They haven't been losing for a long while. And I'm getting more curious about how long it will take them to lose.
Wow they are now in good shape, this victory proves they are constantly improving, Southampton are not easy opponents for them but they are able to beat and get this important point makes further away from the relegation zone could be their latest target in the top 10 so it will be easier to get new players who have great skills next season.
Could they be like City or Chelsea who successfully transformed into a big club after getting a new owner?
I am surprised how after the winter window, Newcastle has performed really well with most of the goals came not from the new transfers. I think the players started giving their 100% to stay there. It was a good game. Just nice to see some fight and passion in the team. Excellent unbeaten run keeps going. The work done by the Eddie Howe is very good. The players are good players. The transformation has been quite unbelievable. It just goes to show what a good manager can do with the necessary support. They are capable of more. I really like the defensive solidity. If they stay up this season, I really think they are going to be a force to be reckoned with going forward.

Chelsea had a really comfortable game against Norwich yesterday.

Yeah, they did. I do wonder though how long they can go before the Abramovich sanctions start to affect their play. I mean, quite apart from not being able to buy and sell players, they are losing sponsors all over the place, and they are not even allowed to sell match tickets. It's difficult to see that they can remain a top world team. Maybe they can maintain it until the end of the season, but after that, if sanctions are still in place as they surely will be, then it seems likely they will just fall apart... and everyone knows this, so it must be really difficult for them to keep going as players. Particularly for those on long contracts, who know that the club is not allowed to sell them.

The defeat against Aston Villa I think because Aston Villa are much better at the moment since Countiho's arrival there have been a lot of changes in Aston Villa's midfield which is getting better.
in the match against Aston Villa, Leeds United tried to control a lot of the ball but unfortunately their attack line failed to penetrate the Aston Villa defense so there were not many dangerous attacks.
maybe a lot of things that need to be fixed in the Leeds United team if they don't want to fall.

Coutinho is just a ridiculously good player. I know there is doubt as to whether he is back to his best or not, but he's certainly playing right now like he's one of the best in the world. If he continues at this level, I wonder whether Villa will be able to keep hold of him... is the Gerrard factor enough, or if a big Champions League club comes in for him, will the lure be too great to resist?

As for Leeds... their only hope is that there are 3 teams worse than them, which isn't a great position to be in. The only real positive for them is that Bamford is coming back... but will he be playing at 100% straight away?
