Norwich has struggled this season. there's not much they can do with the performance and players they are now. against Chelsea of course there is no chance for Norwich to get points. now Chelsea will be more concerned with still getting points than thinking about scoring as many goals as possible. Arsenal and Man United have a good chance of chasing Chelsea's points if they perform poorly.

speaking of chelsea i heard that chelsea's owner was sanctioned and that chelsea was affected by this decision, it seems that chelsea will not be able to have fans on the field, is that or do i understand it wrong?

Judging by the last five home games, Wolves have conceded in every game, including from Burnley... They'll probably concede against Watford tonight as well... Chelsea is hit incredibly hard by the sanctions. They cannot sign players, they cannot even offer new contracts to players whose contracts are expiring - meaning that 3 of their defenders are surely leaving at the end of the season.

If Abramovič sells the club on time the restrictions will be lifted but these things usually take a lot of time - due dilligence in such cases can last more than a year.

Anyway, this will impact Chelsea in the long term - I really don't feel they can be a top 4 team anymore under these restrictions.
