I did not see anything shocking in this victory - after all, Burnley is on the relegation from the EPL, and Chelsea is in the top three teams. The only thing that is unusual is that Burnley conceded a lot of goals while they usually miss a lot less, their defense is much better than other teams from the basement of the standings.
Newcastle continues their unbeaten streak and has reached 8 matches, 6 of which are wins. Phenomenal.

Once again Liverpool sowed their best performance and yes snatched its 19th win holding 2nd place much firm on the table. Compared to Man City's recent performance, Liverpool is far better than Man City I feel. Yes there are lot chances for Liverpool to take over Man City's place at any moment in the future if Man City unfortunately not performances well. Yes, Manu won't take it home unless City has a really bad day. And since it is a home game it is even more unlikely that City is going to lose it. Surprisingly enough City did drop points in home games I just noticed, but really I don't see that happening. Manu's position in the table is a miracle because they do in fact play bad all too often.
Well, maybe not a 2:0 win, but still a win. This makes it exciting for sure and it does put pressure on City in their games. Manchester United are a big club and indeed they have players like you said but in this case their performance is much different and even now of course City are very favourites even though it is Derby.

I know Football is an 11 man game where when they can work together as a team and a good 90 minutes performance can beat other teams by taking advantage of some mistakes in it but on the other hand United's performance now is not as good as expected in teamwork and consistency in 90 minutes.

At the rate at which Liverpool keep winning their games, this is putting pressure on the current league leaders Manchester City and any drop in points from here on out means the EPL trophy will have to be played till the end.
