It's true, but Crystal Palace will be more favored than Watford current form. It can be seen when some of Watford games are decreasing from match to match. Even if it is a draw, both of them have no hope of moving up to the standings. Conversely, if Crystal Palace can lead by a score of 2, it can shift Aston Villa to go down.

Yes, both teams (Crystal Palace and Watford) have the same chance of winning. Both of these teams have suffered from unfavorable results for so long. A draw is the best result for these two teams.
But if I had to choose who was superior, then I would bet on Crystal Palace. Because I think they have a better vision of playing than Watford.

It is a bad season for Newcastle and if they can not stay in Premier League, money from new owner can not help them to buy good players and improve quality of their team. So their top priority in rest of this season is fighting with all energy they have in order to stay in Premier League. This will be a big achievement and plays as a foundation for a new era of Newcastle. With good budget from new owner, there is a bright future for them. I don't know how long the new owner will stay in the club but if they stay there long enough, Newcastle might get good support from them.

Conte has been doing a good job despite the newly ended losing streak recently. Tottenham will be fighting for the fourth spot that's for sure. There is no doubt that he is an important player for Liverpool's current squad. He has always been a formidable wall that is difficult to break, especially when playing at Anfield. Watford should win in fact if they are willing to survive this season since Newcastle is getting some distance from it slowly and the points difference between them and the other 2 teams in the relegation zone is not that much, without counting that Burnley still has 2 missing games. Odds between Watford and Crystal Palace is close which means the game is highly unpredictable. As you said, Watford has to profit from the bad results of Crystal Palace right now

I just read that Van Dijk is hunting a record tonight. If Liverpool remains undefeated, it will be his 59th home game without a defeat and he would equal Lee Sharpe's United record.

You forgot to mention the third match - watford vs crystal palace.
The other two matches are both push overs for those teams who are on a roll.
But the first one is important for the woeful hornets. If they want to stay out of the relegation zone having only won 1 of their past 12 matches.
I will probably be watching the Tottenham match and switching to the Manchester United one so to see if they had done anything yet. Think CR7 is arguing with Rangnick on who really should be captaining the red devils side.

Tottenham are facing an easy opponent actually but they still need to be aware not to have the same experience Manchester United had against Burnley some weeks ago. Tottenham have improved their morale a lot after defeating Manchester City away. They should be winning this easier. And Liverpool are going to play a very important game because they can drop the point difference to 3 points with Manchester City. And I have no doubt that they will make it.
