Manchester United have spent more money signing and paying compensation for several different coaches in recent seasons than buying star players. No player deserves to be called a star player at Manchester United other than Ronaldo in my opinion and the rest deserves to be called a good talented player.

Michael Carrick ? Okay should I say he did very well within the games he managed after the sack of Ole Gunner Solskjaer. If I can recall vividly, he won two game and a single draw against Chelsea.
They had chances to get Antonio Conte, but they had gambled the contract, give Antonio Conte whatever he wants and he'll make the team champions, they be blabbing over it now we lost him.

Manchester United should have given opportunity for Carrick at that time to prove his worthiness as interim coach, so Manchester United doesn't have to waste a lot of money to just bring in Ralf Rangnick who also acts as interim coach now, Ralf Rangnick arrival doesn't have a better impact now than Solskjaer, even Worse yet Ralf Rangnick seems to have a less harmonious relationship with some Manchester players as happened with Ronaldo.

A few seasons ago, people thought that main issues belong to coach position and fired Mourinho. Then they hired Solskajer with hope that he can bring Manchester United traditional mentality back. He failed and Ragnick came, almost failed too. Now, back to the main issues that very likely in their players. Professionality, discipline and attitude to contribute for the club with their best.

If players who receive hundred thousands of dollars per week don't contribute their best with good discipline in training and in matches, coaches can not do anything. It's time to get rid of unprofessional players in Old Trafford. They must think of this serious step first before considering of a better coach.
