Manchester City defeated Brentford just as everyone expected. It was a comfortable 2-0 win. However, the most interesting game of the night was definitely Tottenham - Southampton. Because we have seen everything happening in this game. Above all else, Tottenham played really poorly in this game. They still managed to get ahead two times though but at the end Southampton won the game by 3-2 away. They scored two goals in three minutes while we were approaching to the end. And Tottenham really deserved this loss by that terrible effort.
Actually, every day, football scores show us that anything can happen; Manchester City's game went very smoothly as expected, but Tottenham's game against Southampton was a tough one, ending 3-2 in the favor of Southampton; Tottenham were unable to earn even a single point in the game, which make their top four chances very low, because they really need strong momentum to be able to make that top four

I also think Spur's second goal should have been reviewed by VAR for a possible foul before the goal. Nonetheless, it was a good 3 points for Southampton
It remains an enormous achievement to win on the Spurs field, because not many teams do that. And a nice detail is that Southampton were also 2-1 down 10 minutes before the end. That makes it extra special. Bergwijn seemed to be important, but when the VAR intervened, we already knew that the canvas point would be rejected.

Spurs appear to be very vulnerable. A few years ago they were much more solid. You can't compare the Spurs with the real top in England, they are clearly below that. The PL is also called the strongest competition in the world. You have something like 5 teams that are better than Spurs, and maybe more at this point. If the SPurs make it to the Champions League, they will be happy.

I knew that Manchester united were unreliable for betting because they misled me a few times before. Burnley match ended in an unexpected way I did not expect this. Losing this match, they were relegated to fifth place by manchester united. He scored a goal against West Ham united - Watford to score three points and move up to fourth place. I really didn't expect them to get a draw on this one. I mean yeah they have been unreliable for a while but a draw against burnley? I didn't think they would be this bad. I was also expecting some good game between these two clubs Southampton is currently in bad shape but still a very difficult team to beat start was not good for visitors as they concede an own goal by Bednarek, but good thing happened and after few minutes Broja also done a goal for them and now after 30 minutes match is at score of 1 - 1 hopefully we will have some good number of goals in this match. In another match Norwich done very good job and have very early lead against Crystal Palace which is going to be very interesting because few weeks back they were at bottom, but recent two wins from two matches give them some better encouragement so now today they are again in lead, and they can do this 3 out of 3 which could be very good for them if they were able to win surely they are going out of relegation zone for some time.

Even qualifying for the Champions League from the top 4 of the Premier League is now completely uncertain for Manchester United. Now their only goal will be to do well in the Champions League. However, their position as a team is not stable now. If they want to do well in the Champions League, their team needs to improve a lot more. Ronaldo in particular must play well.

He mistakenly sent the ball to his own goalpost to give Tottenham a 1-0 lead.Southampton managed to score a goal before the end of the first half. Just 5 minutes later, Southampton equalized with a goal. Southampton's gameplay is better than Tottenham's so far. Tottenham have made only two shots, while Southampton have six. Southampton had made 5 on target shots of these 6 shots. Tottenham will not be able to win this match if Southampton continue to attack like this.
Newcastle defeated Everton as I was waiting for them to do so. Getting a 3-1 win must be very satisfying for them while they are in the competition to stay in the Premier League at the end of the season. Newcastle have made some transfers in the winter transfer window and we will see if these players will have a big impact on their resistance. Newcastle are definitely capable of doing this. They just need a little consistency and even that would be enough for them to do so.

The current Manchester United team players need to Brace up themselves lest they file up for Europa place next season, despite having Christiano Ronaldo as a front liner in pushing and motivating the team to bring back the old glory days, it is imperative to know that it is never a one man show, every players from the defence line and mild field port need to understand that every game matters and mistakes are liable to cause them their place as a champions league contender and possibly Top four position.

They did not try to improve the squad in the last transfer market and I wonder why they keep Rangnick as the interim coach.
