Even when I knew both club lack some players yesterday, I still chose Liverpool to win, but the match ended draw, Arsenal team indeed tried. When Granit Xhaka had red card at the 24th minute of the match, I was thinking it has given Liverpool more chance to win and that Liverpool will indeed win the match. The first half ended draw while also the second half also ended draw. It is very clear how Mane and Salah are both trying for Liverpool.

I watched the game even though my team is out. I was wishing for a Spurs Liverpool final so we could take our revenge against them in the Champions League final,,, still hurts me. But Chelsea knocked us out so I watched this one even though it was SO late for me.

I have to say, Arsenal look so scared with 10 men, and Liverpool look so weak without Salah and Mane,,, as if they have no ideas when they want to break men behind the bus!

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
I know tomorrow is an important match for the two big English Premier League clubs between Mancity vs Chelsea.
The current stats show Manchester is superior because Pep's game was impressive I know that, so Chelsea can be hopeful because they are the same in their performances.
In terms of betting, Mancity's chances are very small but if you choose Chelsea, the bookie offers bigger @4.70 is it possible that Chelsea can beat him at the Etihad?

Premier league actions will take place tonight and tommorow, although Africans will be missed in their respective clubs Wink
My prediction for Brighton versus Crystal Palace should be a full time draw or Brighton grabbing a late winner, stars shows they have never conceded In a night fixture in their last four games.... I expect them to win or get a draw.
For tommorow prediction will be Manchester City versus Chelsea, a win for Manchester City will put them 13 points clear.
I don't want Chelsea to win either and Manchester City shouldn't, so all I see coming is nothing but a full time draw.

No doubts the Africans have carried the Liverpool team to a larger extent.
Is obvious how they couldn't breaks a ten man Arsenal to get a single goal.
Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah are indeed pivots to the Liverpool football club.
Liverpool plays Brentford up next will they win ? The games gob end an under 2.5.

Yes, these players really have a big influence on the team, at least if they are still solid and compact then it is very possible for Liverpool to take advantage of the player's winning moments well. But maybe it was because they relied on individual skill that in the end their finishing didn't live up to expectations, or maybe Arsenal's defense was getting better. Imagine the whole game with only 10 players Arsenal being attacked, but they managed to keep the goal without conceding that is something that is really great.

They did put up a great performance there, it ain't easy to play with a man down and the young lads of Arsenal put in a good and Superb performance.
To be honest I have been a big fan of how they play, under-dogs will be Champions soon if they continue with this performance understanding and mentality.
Mikel Arteta has done a good job, I can recall vividly how he was pressured from the start but has shown he's the right man for the job, all that's needed in this gunner's team is an attacker, could that be Vlahovic ?

Arsenal can play very disciplined despite playing with 10 men, even from 25 minutes of the first half. Their defense could not be penetrated by Liverpool players.
Liverpool did control the game, but it was not enough for them to score at least 1 goal against Arsenal.
Should I say Xhaka's foul play against Diogo Jota of Liverpool was a best choice because seeing the pressure it was supposed to be the first and only goal of the match even though it landed him in a straight red card. Liverpool had more possession of the match but Arsenal as you rightly said developed strong decipline playing with 10 men to end the game in a draw despite lots of attempts from both teams the most significant ones came from Minamino of Liverpool and Saka of Arsenal

Arsenal really impressed me yesterday. Despite getting a one man down 24 minutes into the game, they were still able to resist Liverpool and ended the match in goalless draw. Liverpool indeed dominated with 79% ball possession, but had difficulties in securing a goal. Arsenal probably had a solid defence which made the game tough for Liverpool to win.
Yes Liverpool had more than 75% of the ball and yet failed to register a single effort on target until stoppage time. Their crossing was poor, their set-pieces worse. They made too many basic errors, sloppy passes and heavy touches. Henderson, Milner, Firmino, Virgil van Dijk, Trent Alexander-Arnold, they were all guilty. I must applaud Arteta for his tactics after Xhaka had picked up a red card. Terrific performance, brilliant solid display away at ANFIELD. I must say I am proud of every single player out there. They outdid themselves. Liverpool was so average without Mo Salah and Sadio Mane, they dominate but can’t get a shot on target. They better pray Egypt and Senegal don’t go far in AFCON, or else they would drop form.

A total of 17 shots were taken, but none were successful.
Liverpool scored no goals without Salah or Mane. I thought that was an embarrassing performance. There was no real attacking threat, no fight or creativity. It was possible for Liverpool to lose had the first leg if not been postponed. Arsenal have no midfielders for this weekend's match against Tottenham after Xhaka was sent off against Liverpool in a 0-0 draw. As long as the club waited for Xhaka, he did more harm than good to the team.
Yesterday match has really exposed Liverpool lack of bite in front of goal in the absence of the duo of Salah and Mane, unfortunately Firminho and Diego Jota couldn't do the job effectly as Arsenal frustrated and defended very well, even had a shot on goal to their credit which could have lead to a goal if not for the poor touch by Saka, they deserve a draw in that match, atleast they will be motivated towards this weekend derby game against Tottenham, while hoping to win their second leg at the emirates next week.

It's a pity of course even though it's their best chance either Arsenal's defense is too strong or Liverpool's striker is weak it's definitely a loss
4 more days to play the second leg now the opportunity is closer to Arsenal unless Liverpool play with the main players of course the odds can change or if I keep playing with the same players I don't expect anything.

After getting a red card (which was received by Granit Xhaka) Arsenal took the initiative to play defensively and I think this effort is quite successful. Arsenal's tight defense makes Liverpool frustrated, even though they dominate the match and their attacks were quite intense but they still failed to score.

Even though the 2nd Leg will be held at the Emirates Stadium, I think Liverpool will still be the favorites, it's just that they really shouldn't underestimate Arsenal.

The bad finishing in my opinion was Liverpool's main problem in that match. Liverpool are superior in terms of number of players and superior in terms of statistics but they cannot score a single goal. Liverpool only had one shot on target and did not make Arsenal threatened. A solid defense became Arsenal's main capital to make Liverpool difficult, really it was an extraordinary performance from Arsenal in a big match like that.

Previously, Arsenal also managed to make it difficult for Manchester City to score in the Premier League when one of their players was sent off by the referee with a red card. But fortunately, Manchester City scored the winning goal in the match a few minutes before the match was over. But unfortunately Liverpool had to fail in yesterday's match where the second leg will require them to win if they want to advance to the final.
Bad finishing from Liverpool is make match only getting draw and Liverpool failed take benefit against Arsenal played with 10 player after Xhaka sent out on early minutes. Looking on statistic Liverpool finishing is very bad trough have 17 shoots but only getting one shoot on target, I think missing Moh Salah mast impact why Liverpool have bad finishing last night against Arsenal and they need get new composition player trough Salah will miss out from Liverpool team more than several weeks later. I think Liverpool not only missing Salah but also Mane have joined to African Cup with his country and most impact for Liverpool forward position because position left by two player is not have the same quality.

You're right both teams to score is a favorite bet for parlay and Liverpool Win for single bet until finally we got chaos. imagine Liverpool have 65 minutes to beat Arsenal when they have been with 10 players unfortunately nothing can be done Liverpool wasted time, then luck for Arsenal when playing at home.
I often choose btts but for this game I chose Liverpool, if I'm not mistaken the odds provided bookies are higher than btts but unfortunately everything is wrong, goalless.
Maybe some will think because there are LFC core players who do not play, but didn't they also not play the core players when beat Leicester?
Liverpool didn't play well this time and hopefully not happen when against Brentford in the league game.

However, Arsenal's performance this season is quite great. And I think they have nice chances of ending this season in the top 4. But, they have to maintain their performance. Nevertheless,  Arsenal will be playing against Tottenham in 2 days time, is another hard match, but I don't see Arsenal losing .

I think Chelsea is not difficulty situation although missing Chewill still injury because have the same quality on left back position could replace by Marcos Alonso, this best eleven and substitute player have the same quality on Chelsea squad, after Kante is back make everything easy for Chelsea and they will faced with Manchester City as consistent team on primer league right now. I want to see Chelsea can defeat Manchester City to make primer league keep competitive, how ever Manchester City as first standing position on primer league right now left 10 points from Chelsea on second position standing.
I don't find much reason why Manchester City should lose vs Chelsea at home if not because Chelsea can defend and attack better than Manchester City. You definitely know how Manchester City have maintained their unbeaten run so far, and you also know how Chelsea have ended their last few match. The potential for this match to end in a draw is much greater than the defeat of Manchester City to Chelsea. But I will support Manchester City to win and maintain the record and make the distance of points bigger between the competitors.

Even though in the end Manchester City had to lose, so I don't think the result will have much effect in their current position. A prestigious match for both teams where Chelsea and City both want to win. Chelsea's win is expected to make the title race even better, but it's hard to see Manchester City lose when they are consistently winning.

I don't see Manchester City winning Chelsea in the weekend,it we be a very strong game, because Chelsea squad is back, they don't have much injuries problem, only chewill is missing, Lukaku, Timo Werner, zeyich and kante are all back, these are the players that were missing when they are dropping lot of points in games they are suppose to be winning.
