What a poor performance by Manchester United players! I had big hopes about them for this match honestly. Because the most obvious thing was that Newcastle would struggle against them a lot. But after the match started, they started making people astonished also. Because they were doing their job in a great way that is not letting Manchester United have so many goal chances. Newcastle were even close to get a win if their absolute goal chance in the last minutes wasn't prevented by the goal post. This is definitely not the Manchester United that I want to see on the remaining weeks of the league.
However Newcastle also played well it's undeniable that they also had some good chances to score but Manchester United had a very good goalkeeper, otherwise United could have lost.
i commented in this thread that manchester united couldn't win and couldn't score many goals, manchester united is still not doing well, they need a good coach, this current coach isn't doing a good job, i think for the style of play that every manchester united player has, they need coaches like chelsea coach, or liverpool, or tottenham or even zidane, if manchester united had achieved zidane then they would be winning games and scoring a lot of goals
So far, Manchester United seem to be the team that haven't shown any improvement in the EPL. Despite the change in coach and tactics, the mentality of the players still remains the same. They need a coach that would be able to know his players on and off the pitch to better impact them with the winning mindset and boost performance @Manchester United. As it is now, they are not getting anywhere close to the top 4 or even 5. If you take a look at Spurs and Arsenal, you would see improvement in the team of same squad but same cnat be said about Manchester United.

I've been criticizing this weird side of Manchester united coaches because they don't put Cavani. playing since the beginning of the game? whenever he has the opportunity to play, he can contribute a lot and even then the coaches don't put him to play, this has been the Manchester problem, they put the wrong players on the field and that's making them play badly.

Manchester United just can't show their real power in this game. They have just scored the equalizer finally thanks to Cavani. He entered the game at the beginning of the second half and they increased their chance of scoring a goal. But until this point, Newcastle really did a great job by keeping Manchester United at the level they wanted. Even though they are one of the worst teams now, they still fight back really well. So far, Newcastle United are leading 1-0, with half an hour to play. A lot can happen in half an hour. They need the points very badly to avert relegation. I'll give it to them. I am not sure if Ronaldo or Rashford to score a hattrick today. The match doesn't seem to be easy for them, instead Newcastle may defeat Man United at their home. They do everything right from their half but when it gets to Newcastle's half, it's filled with inaccurate passes and plays. Ronaldo's frustration is clearly seen at different points in the first half. I'm really hoping man Utd wins because I'm about playing a bet for them to equalize and win the match. The supply of balls to roanldo is lacking. on the other hand he is also guarded quite tightly. There must be a replacement for him to become a good target on the front lines, even though Ronado is being closely guarded but there are other attackers who are empty of guard.

The first half was controlled by Newcastle only because of his quick goal, but we will see something different from Manchester United in the second half.I think Manchester United should change their game in the second half to create more chances. I saw a strange formation today from Manchester United 4-2-2-2 because I believe it can't break Newcastle's 4-5-1 defence. So a change of strategy is expected in the second half.

The game already going the way of my prediction, apart from the MUFC goalkeeper who has rescued and saved the team a couple of times in this game, the other player of MUFC all seem disconnected. It will be a difficult game for tottenham and in my opinion a competitive one crystal palace performance improved in the last couple games after that loss streak i think they got back on track not to mention they won against city in manchester which mean they have what it takes to beat tottenham i think we may see some surprises.
No doubt Crystal Palace are on good form. But Tottenham are also in good shape. Tottenham played their last 5 Premier League matches without losing any, and they were able to achieve a draw point against Liverpool last week. Although, the match will indeed be tough for the both teams, but I think Tottenham have chances of winning since they will be hosting. However, am not underestimating Crystal Palace, the game might also end up with Tottenham losing. But, IMO, I think the safest option to bet on is BTTS.The match showed that Antone Conte is really doing a great job at the club,and with what we are seeing so far,Tottenham are going to worry big teams and win games back to back without even a pause.

Manchester United will increase the pressure and try to turn the match. So far they have not been very effective. We may see changes in the game plan in the second half. Maybe Sancho gets in the game. If Newcastle win the game that would be very surprising result.

I think in the second half Manchester United should change their formation tactics because I think 4-4-2 or maybe you could say 4-2-2-2 is not very suitable for MU's current style, they should at least add one target striker there and change the formation to 4-3-3 so that their midfield and front line can synchronize well and there must be really good targets there.

Newcastle has been impressive in this half; Man Utd, not so much. If Man Utd doesn't improve their performance in the second half, Newcastle will finish today's game with a win. Interesting game so far!
