Regardless of the player's mistakes for me Ole is still Ole who is not qualified at all and remains an unsuitable coach.

Pretty sure that he is qualified to do the job. In case you dont know, Manchester United was 2nd last season. Yeah they didnt win the EPL but it was 2nd and it was good enough and he had almost the same players as last season. Maguire was pretty bad even in last season but the reason why Ole kept playing him is probably because he is the captain

As for Fred, he is decent but the whole EPL league is just keep on getting tougher each season so some improvement need to be made including subbing Fred with another player that might fit in with the new play style

Management fully trusted with Ole although four year without any trophies and I think need revolution for Manchester United how to bring back Sir Alex Ferguson era. I think they need new coach where manage all player and make consistent on every match, now Manchester United faced problem on primer league with not consistent and many time loss chance with getting three points.

Many Manchester United fans and pundits have questioned Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's desire to play Fred, with the Brazilian putting in several below-par performances of late.

Manchester United still believe in Ole, the only fault is that Ole trusts Fred too much

if Ole tried a new strategy and didn't play Fred then surely the end result would be different. hope Ole hears the fans' complaints and does that when they play Watford

Fred or Maguire? I think the two of them do become quite problematic when faced with a counterattack. Mistakes come in the way they open the gap.

Regardless of the player's mistakes for me Ole is still Ole who is not qualified at all and remains an unsuitable coach.

It's a strong one to take in but, this is evidently the truth about Manchester United and Ole. I mean, what's the point in holding on to such a coach! Do they really expect him to improve because, I don't don't see that happening and the leagues are gradually pushing for a more competitive stage. Perhaps January before the sack latter comes out bit, having a coach with such squad and don't have any hope of a trophy about him or even a top four spot in the local league counts for nothing. It's It's total waste of time and resources so, Manchester United board should really look into this.
Manchester United spent all their money on Ronaldo and they don't have any money left for a good coach  Grin (I'm kidding). I don't know the reasons, but they certainly could have fired Solskjaer a long time ago if they wanted to. Perhaps they are waiting for the same miracle, as happened in Arsenal with Arteta. And perhaps they simply cannot decide on a new coach, they choose thoroughly, the best option, it is difficult to figure out who it might be.

Manchester United doesn't believe in Ole,how do you know that ?
What are your reasons for saying that ?
A loss against Watford will get him sacked.
Manchester United needs an offensive and aggressive midfielder not Fred and must be tall, rice would have been perfect but seems they handed the captain arm band to tie him down to the club.

Lampard's talks with the club broke down yesterday for an unknown reason, but it was clear that he was not interested in or convinced by the club's project. It's possible that Norwich's relegation is unavoidable at this point, and Lampard wouldn't want to manage a relegation team given his high profile. This was an excellent decision. They're now in talks with Dean Smith, and things are going nicely.

Dean Smith managing Norwich wouldn't change anything in my opinion. Still yeah he can do better than their previous manager Daniel Farke and right now board will be happy if they get someone who can get Norwich out of relegation zone and keep it safe till the end. However next season it will be different and likely that Dean Smith will be out again then.

It's difficult for Norwich who are moving away from the relegation zone I think other coaches will avoid including Lampard who doesn't want to manage a club that is currently on relegation so no matter how good the manager is to get him out of this zone there must be those who are there and those who are willing.
I think as long as Norwich can improve and the manager can change this it can definitely be done considering there is still a long time to the end of this season it will still be difficult in the EPL to struggle with other teams.

I really hope Newcastle United should give Lampard a coaching position instead of Eddie Howe.
Eddie Howe is a good candidate because he has been in the league for a longer time and has more management experience than Lampard. Now it's up to Newcastle to sign the cheque and support the coach. If they want to compete with the best teams in the world, they'll have to spend to get good players, because having a good coach isn't a guarantee of success.

This is football, and anything can happen; Norwich is mathematically not relegated yet, and if the right mindset and good players are brought in in January, it's very possible that they will turn things around. Speaking of Daniel Farke, he did a good job at Norwich; he took them to the championship, won it, and brought them to the Premier League twice; however, things don't always work out for them in the league; it's unfortunate, but he did his best for them.

Daniel Farke, who was sacked after the first win of the season, will be succeeded at norwich city by Dean Smith, who has been suspended by aston villa, according to english media reports.
former chelsea player and coach Frank Lampard had also been linked with the pl last-place team, but then turned down the canaries.
Too bad for Frank Lampard to turn down Norwich, could that be a result of low offers ?
He was close to agreement, what would have caused a turn around in his decision ?
It's good news for Norwich, they would do better under Dean Smith,I think the players at Aston Villa at too high for him to manage.

I really hope Newcastle United should give Lampard a coaching position instead of Eddie Howe, but there is no issue at all about Newcastle United's interest in Lampard could be one of the options why Newcastle prefer Eddi Howe as coach. Norwich City is not a good club for Lampard, let alone being at the bottom of the standings, of course it is very difficult to achieve good results.

Ole is also retained because of the considerations that have the management of Manchester United.  It looks like it, at this time it seems the management does not have a high ambition for their club.  Unlike Tottenham who immediately sacked their coach and immediately replaced him with Conte.  It's clear they want to chase points in this league, and it's well deserved for them to fight for a trophy that's yet to be won.
I don't think that's why the manchester united management still installs fate in Ole, they had done this scene of trust and distrust on management, and they one they had on Sir Alex ferguson maybe an explanation in the case of Ole, although I think ole's life line as Manchester United coach isn't Long anymore, but after I think the Fan's are exhibiting football hooliganism and lack of true fans solidarity, Arsenal could have sacked Mikel Arteta and probably employed someone but the fate in Arteta was a good one.

I am laughing with second position vote how come Manchester United have second place and what the feature vote for Manchester United can win primer league trophy, I think Manchester United right now like dreaming can get primer league trophy although have Ronaldo in composition player in this season, but they not consistent on every match and now have out from top four position on fixture standing.

In terms of the total cost of the squad, United is in second place in the league (after City) and it is quite logical that with such a squad they should show a better game than they do now and claim more. Another thing is that most likely United's problem is in the coach who cannot fully reveal the team's potential, but everyone hopes that sooner or later the team will be strengthened in this position.
if it is compared to united now is a lamborghini car which is already very good and sophisticated in terms of the engine, but they are driven by drivers who do not have a license and of course what happens it is certain that the car will be destroyed in an accident.
and things like this happen at United because it should be with an extraordinary squad with players who can't be underestimated is very inversely proportional to a coach who is poor tactics and can't develop his potential.
on the other hand I still don't understand the attitude of the management who still allow things like this even though in terms of fans and players they are starting to feel uncomfortable with this

If Manchester United board have any intentions of sacking Ole they would have done that by sacking him before or during this international break, but they don't have such a plan, they trust him and prepares to stick with him for the season,I don't think people that are running Manchester United right now are very ambitious set of people they just want a manager who listens to them, and accept any transfer they make for him,who doesn't not have a choice.

I totally agree with your opinion that the management of Manchester United really wants to keep Ole Gunnar Solskjaer where they still keep the Manchester United legend at Old Trafford, and even observers have this opinion that Ole is very suitable to be in front of the coach seat. Manchester united but until now the management of united has terminated the contract with the Norwegian coach, we can see how the very poor performance displayed by Manchester united this season, those who continue to survive in the middle of the premier league standings and will most likely also be absent. in the Champions League next season, because currently Manchester United needs the right replacement for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to occupy the Manchester United hot seat

I agree with you @borovichok. Manchester United management are not ready to let go of Ole. They still want him in the club, till maybe the end of the season. If not, they could have sacked him a long time ago. But, let's be sincere, Ole don't have what it takes to lead Manchester United in achieving any trophy. Therefore, it will be a good decision if they sacked Ole, and probably replace him with a good coach. Even with MU strong squad, winning matches haven't been easy for them, because their Coach lacks good strategy.

I really wonder whether the Watford match ahead will be the end of the road for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Because they still continue to get disappointing results for their fans. And every week, they are getting a little more away from the top. They have one of the best squads in the league now. It is not fair to see a this powerful team going down in the league table every week. For the Watford match, I guess that they will do the same thing as they did to Tottenham. They will get a comfortable win I mean. But in fact, I would sack Ole before this game as long as I have already another option to fill his place.

United's point loss is high indeed - wins account for less than half of the matches played. This is a weak result even for the highly competitive Premier League. Moreover, this cannot be explained by a series of "bad luck" - other statistics correspond to this pattern - the number of goals conceded is huge, and the number of goals scored is small (in comparison with the leading group). I think the limits of the management's patience are limited and Ole will be replaced when the management finds some convenient option.

There is no doubt you are correct about that, but for that to happen it doesn't only need a VERY strong Manchester United, but also a weak Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool. That is where I think it is not very likely. Chelsea will play a good season, I am very sure about that. And Manchester City is just such a strong team that I don't think MU will end the season in front of them. Of course, there is no guarantee and MU could theoretically make it, but everyone would be surprised if that actually happens.

Yeah it is very unlikely to happen now that you have pointed that out. Guess United closing in with them is the best thing that could happen but seriously United to improve a lot. Even with Bruno Fernandes who proved to be saviour of the team when team was having tough time last season is not performing very well and so are others as well. United have an easy fixture coming up and will hope not to drop points there too.

They need to win this game at any cost.

MUFC is suffering from some injury blow at the moment from the international break already, if the players who are selected for the game with Watford decide to give it their all, it will be that they have personal love for Ole and want to keep him, otherwise the players will stick to tactics and instructions from the coach so the outcome will be a true reflection of if Ole is getting better to handle the team or still not.

The Watford - Manchester United game is a very critical one for the Manchester side. It is very important for Solskjaer as it can be a decider for him to stay or go.

There are reports already that MUFC are looking to get Zidane as a possible replacement, if true, it is a pointer already that management have already started making moves to get him off.
