* Chelsea have won each of their last four Premier League games.
* Southampton have lost each of their last six Premier League games.
Southampton vs Chelsea is now live; with both teams trying to start on a strong foot and control the tie. I think both teams would score one another as the tie ends in a draw. What do you predict?
Since Tuchel became Chelsea coach, the club has changed quite well and has never lost in the EPL. Currently Tuchel wants to win his fifth match against Southamton from 6 games in the EPL. Southamton is winless in the last 5 games and maybe today they will also lose against a consistent Chelsea.
No you're wrong rig4hodlers and ShowOff,  Southampton didn't lose each of its last five or six matchs.
Southampton has won 2-0 against Wolverhampton Wanderers, 2 matchs ago. They "only" lost 4 of their 5 last matchs.

He probably meant only the EPL matches when he was saying "in the last 5 matches". Southampton lost all of them and their morale was so much worse than Chelsea which have been going awesome recently. However, Southampton ended the first half 1-0 ahead even though they had only one shot on goal. I think Chelsea will play so much better in the second half and manage to turn the game around.

We could analyze the match and I can see the next:

* Chelsea have won each of their last four Premier League games.
* Southampton have lost each of their last six Premier League games.

I bet on Chelsea this time, sorry for the Southampton supporters Cry

Currently Chelsea are one goal behind Southampton but this is not the end of everything there are still many opportunities that will occur later in the second half, I am also still betting on Chelsea but not too worried that in the second half it will turn things around to become a successive Chelsea victory.

Tuchel will definitely change strategy in the second half he knows what to do to prevent defeat, after I saw in the first half there were so many opportunities for Chelsea but I think Timo Werner will score the goal.

Even though the match still has no goals, I think Chelsea will score. Chelsea's possession percentage is quite good and this will give them the opportunity to develop their game and find opportunities to score goals. Chelsea must win if they are to retain their place in the top four.

Are you kidding me, City by far have the best defense in England this season,
No, he wasn't kidding but never found out the truth at this point. Manchester City are the only EPL team to concede just 15 goals in 24 games.

The previous coaches delivered EPL trophy, FA cup, and the League cup but still got their arse kicked out because the owners wanted someone to bring them Champions league to put their name on the elite list.
Mancini and Pellegrini both won one epl title each and a league cup each, pep has done more than that, in a more resounding, dominating and domineering fashion, pep is not just winning leagues on goal difference like Mancini did, he is conquering England, breaking records left, right and center, that's what's different, pep is going for his third EPL title, he has won an unprecedented domestic treble and hasn't let go off the carabao cup since he came to City, pep is making a difference. Of course, the CL is so important for City and I'm sure pep is going to deliver that, and even if he doesn't, he still remains a huge success at the Etihad.
Man City defense is still weak, what's keeping mancity is the compactness of their midfield, it's very difficult to penetrate, once you are able to expose the midfield then winning them is easy.
Are you kidding me, City by far have the best defense in England this season, Pep's team is always compact, and chase down the opposition immediately they lose possession, but even with that, if your defense is weak, you'll concede cheap goals, and that's been City's undoing in the past; are you following the progress of Dias and the rejuvenated Stones, they are somewhat impregnable, IIRC, City have conceded only 15 goals in the league, and very few in the UCL group stages, even Laporte is a rock anytime he plays, if you're closely following this season, you'd see a massive improvement in City's defense and that'll be the deciding factor for them to win more than just domestic trophies this season.

Pep was never to be sacked at first. He has good experience and as compared to previous City managers he have a good record in Champions League. Given the squad City has, it is bit shocking to see them fail year after year and we know that Pep is a good manager and is capable to help City lift the CL. Plus I think he also recently signed a new contract so he wasn't going to leave that much was sure.

This was before he signed, and when they had a bad run of results very early on, and even at the end of last season you might recall, people were questioning if he had run out of his welcome. Incredibly stupid, and you can bet Klopp will start hearing the same things in a little while.

Raphinha was delivering some good balls inside 6 yards box and attackers made some good headers but it all were saved.

Eventually it was all Adama Traore lucky strike from distance hitting the post and then hitting the back of Melliser and inside the goal. Leeds were more of unlucky yesterday IMO.

Yeah that guy's been a super revelation for them, patting themselves on the back every time he plays. And yup, as I said, it was an own goal that settled the affair but still attacking teams like them and Liverpool count on converting chances. Just wasn't their night.

Chelsea begins today the most difficult and complex stage of their season with Tuchel. He will face Atlético Madrid back and forth in the Champions League and in the League Championship.
Despite the positive messages that the coach promised to his Moroccan player that he will get the minutes in this crowded schedule, and this is what makes me anxious, because for Tuchel, it is not the star player that he depends on, but a player who will take some time because the schedule is compressed.
I see the chances of the Blues in this very difficult period At the level of opponents are still good in EPL but when it comes UCL there will be a struggle.

Chelsea has been pretty disciplined lately, while Southampton struggles to score in the past few weeks. Therefore, we think the Blues should be capable of winning this match.

Tomorrow Liverpool will play against Everton... Judging from the last matches Everton are not in the best shape to face Liverpool!
True, Everton have one game in hand and I think they are motivated to win...
I am sure we will have an interesting match!

I think this time we can see a better Everton in this match. They didn't play good enough in the last two matches against Fulham and City. They lost both of them home. Liverpool have been conceding many goals because of having problem on their defense. I'm thinking of betting on 'both teams to score'.

Tomorrow's derby does not interest people at all; Everton are conceding goals from all fronts'; while Liverpool can't shoot enough on target to win a tie; begs the question how the derby would be tomorrow. WITH Lewin out of the tie; i can say perhaps Liverpool can nick a 2-1 in the merseyside derby.

At least I expect a lot of goals in this derby...
Also tomorrow there will be some interesting matches - West Ham vs Spurs and Arsenal vs Man City...
I liked the last West Ham games, but bookmakers don't pick a winner in this game... The odds for both teams are about the same - 2.7...

Leeds was not able to score yesterday night and this was very surprising to me.They have one of the best attacks of the league with a lot of goals scored.I lost my bet yesterday as I had both teams to score and I was afraid that Wolves would not score when in fact Leeds didn’t score.

@Coyster: I laughed early in the season when they suggested Pep was done, and I'm not even a City supporter. People and pundits are entitled to opinions but not usually when it comes to coaching decisions.

Pep was never to be sacked at first. He has good experience and as compared to previous City managers he have a good record in Champions League. Ah and Leeds let me down tonight. They actually did score, but for Wolves. So out of luck on bets tonight, out of luck on predictions. Over 20 shots shared between both teams though, just slightly off finishing rather than crazy defence, and both withdrew players after 80th minute so you sensed they'd both wanted to hunker down. But still, not a bad match to watch if you're not supporting either.

Wolves had a better and positive game against Leeds. They started very well trying to break Leeds from wings. Once they found Neto is having a good time and is finding some space ahead of him , they started giving ball to him often. Leeds were missing defensive mid Philips who got injured in last game and without him it becomes a lot difficult for Leeds to attack and break opponents attack. So I didn't see any good attacks on the run but yeah Leeds were very good from set pieces especially free kicks- Raphinha was delivering some good balls inside 6 yards box and attackers made some good headers but it all were saved.

Eventually it was all Adama Traore lucky strike from distance hitting the post and then hitting the back of Melliser and inside the goal. Leeds were more of unlucky yesterday IMO.

Today we have great games in Premier League. The leader Manchester City will play with Arsenal. If they lose some points this might be the game. I believe all other team supporters are hoping for Arsenal to win the game or at least get a draw so City wouldn't stay alone at the top. Bookmakers don't give much chance for Arsenal as I've seen from winning odds.
Manchester City didn't lose a game in Premier League against Arsenal since 2015. Arteta's boys will play against all odds.
I think that all fans of English football except Manchester City fans would like Arsenal to win or at least lose points, but still I think that City at least will not lose. Moreover, Guardiola's players continue to break records-to break United's record of 9 consecutive wins in 2009, City won 10 times in a row. Manchester City had some problems at the beginning of the championship, but at this point in time, all these problems have been successfully overcome.
This is one of the matches fans expect Arsenal to spring a surprise win by beating Man City, however with the present form of Pep Guordiola side it will be very difficult for Arsenal to win with quality and in-form calibers of players in his squad however I believed Arsenal will give them a run of their money and will threw in all their efforts to win this match to prove many pundits and analyst wrong, and break that unbeaten record personally I think we should not underrate them they have Saka and Abumeyang who are also in-form and performing well above all it is going to be an entertaining match.

I agree with you that Manchester City will not lose against Arsenal, If we look at the head to head between Manchester City and Arsenal, City is
unbeaten. Even now Manchester City are playing very consistently with 12 consecutive Premier League wins. While Arsenal is still not consistent,
won only 2 of the last 5 Premier League matches. As an Arsenal supporter, I call the Arsenal vs Manchester City match a calculated defeat. Because of
all the teams in the Premier League, only Manchester City are hard to beat by Arsenal.

Tomorrow we have a Liverpool Derby and neiter of tge teams have shown any defensive capabilities recently. I belleive it's going to be an attractive match in which both teams should be able to find the back of the net buy despite that both teams have been pretty inconsistent in results and looking at Liverpool’s poor home run and Everton’s unbeatable away streak, i'm looking at Liverpool picking up the 3 ppints this time at the Merseyside Derby.

Most of the merseyside derbies we have had with Everton usually ends in a draw or we win by a close margin. So I wouldn't be too surprised if I see a similar scoreline tomorrow. Both teams haven't really been at their best recently but it's a derby so I expect both Liverpool and Everton to put in their best. As usual, my picks are a bit bias when it involves Liverpool.  So I'm with you on the ML bet on Liverpool. We need all the wins we can get from now till the end of the season. Even if it means winning our neighbours to get it.

Ah and Leeds let me down tonight. They actually did score, but for Wolves. So out of luck on bets tonight, out of luck on predictions.

Lucky own goal for Wolves but I guess that settles it

Over 20 shots shared between both teams though

Actually over 30 goal attempts for both team combined. I guess this is what happens when there are two aggresive teams with both decent offense but lame defence play against each another because they kinda negated each another

Today we have great games in Premier League. The leader Manchester City will play with Arsenal.

Actually Sunday though

If they lose some points this might be the game. I believe all other team supporters are hoping for Arsenal to win the game or at least get a draw so City wouldn't stay alone at the top.

To be honest this is what I would love to see but I know that this is not going to happen. I dont see any other team out there that could match with Manchester City right now, probably Chelsea

He may likely get sacked if he fails to win the most prestigious trophy I think his major objective was to give them the champions league which I don't see that happening anytime soon from a realistic angle, they are running rot in the EPL but the European games are different,
It's somewhat even ridiculous to talk of pep being sacked, considering how the season is going for him and City, the UCL is important, but so also is the EPL, definitely City fans are hoping pep delivers the biggest.
The previous coaches delivered EPL trophy, FA cup, and the League cup but still got their arse kicked out because the owners wanted someone to bring them Champions league to put their name on the elite list. They decided to hire Pep and gave him everything needed to get them to at least a final. Winning the EPL is not enough any coach can do it with this Mancity squad. If the objective is not reached as agreed they may path ways with him and bring in someone to do the job. He failed to achieve that too at Bayern Munich with the amount of good players at his service.

Having said that, City and Bayern are the favorites imo, last season and previous UCL outings with Pep, City were undone by their defense, it was pretty poor, they conceded cheap goals, and it didn't matter how many goals they could score at the other end, this season is different, their defense is formidable and that should take City all the way to the CL title.
Man City defense is still weak, what's keeping mancity is the compactness of their midfield, it's very difficult to penetrate, once you are able to expose the midfield then winning them is easy.

Up next for City in the league is Arsenal, Arteta faces his old team yet again, I can't see any chances for Arsenal in this game, City will win comfortably and head into the Mochengladbach game in high spirits.
Man City will likely save players for this encounter because of champions league, Arsenal is already at an advantage of securing the next round so they will go toe to toe to get a better result from Mancity... They know how to beat them.
