Newcastle was having difficulties the last two seasons and still, their management didn't do something more to strengthen the team. It's dissapointing to see them struggling but on the other hand, what can we do? The thing is that their hopes for remaining this season in EPL look more than bad.
Newcastle is one team I placed a few win bets on while they competed in the English Championship and they did good there and as such, I was quite anticipated of there coming into the EPL to make a lot of difference but its been disappointments after disappointments. Can't place a win bets them no more and like you said, they didn't make any significant changes to the team so, it would be foolish to be expecting a good result out of them and as such, I'm not surprised at all. There consistent bad play is just a result of there adamant nature to change. They need some major upgrade in the team to compete favourably in the EPL, this is no Championship.

I agree with the people who say that Tottenham shouldn't underestimate Newcastle in their next game in the league. Newcastle weren't the best team last season also but they still made big difficulties for Tottenham and it ended by 2-2. Now, I see a worse Tottenham than the last season. Harry Kane is still having a disappointment as he wasn't let leave the team in the last transfer window. And he still hasn't scored in the league too. All of these things combined, Tottenham can have a really difficult game here.

Chelsea continue to impress me with their great effort and performance. Even though they are in a dire condition, they manage to get out of it somehow thanks to Tuchel. They got bad results against Manchester City and Juventus but still managed to defeat Southampton by 3-1 and I liked to watch their performance. Now, they are the leader of the league also. But the result of Liverpool - Manchester City helped them have the lead a lot also. But I really believe in Chelsea to have a great season in the league this time.

It is time for Tottenham to do the same but I have doubts about them. Actually they have a more capable starting eleven than Arsenal. Tottenham started the season on a good note, won some matches, how ever their downtrend started when they lost their match to crystal Palace and never did well to win subsequent matches until the won their last match against Aston Villa, this can happen to any club just like your reference to Arsenal performance, I believe they will start to win matches too, I don't know what is wrong with them, they have some good players like Lukas Moura, Son, Harry kane though not in the best form now, I think their performance in upcoming matches will determine whether their manager will get sack or not.

I'm glad like everyone else about Tottenham's getting a win finally after a three-week break in the Premier League. They had a really big break without a win that I started thinking like it was going to take a really long time for Tottenham to gather strength. And I thought like maybe they would draw with Aston Villa. And it would have really happened if they weren't able to answer Aston Villa's equalizer quickly. Despite this important victory, their condition is still alarming of course.
I also thought Tottenham would draw with Aston Villa. But they surprised me. Although I want to say it is all about luck. Matt Targett's mistake gave Tottenham a 2-1 lead and they were able to beat Austin Villa. I don't know what is waiting for Tottenham in the upcoming matches. They will play against Newcastle in the next match, Because of Newcastle is a very weak opponent. Despite winning this match, they must perform well to win against West Ham. But Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy congested the ways that go there for Harry Kane. He already knew how much Kane wanted to leave the team at the first opportunity. But still, he didn't care as he felt that they really needed Kane this season. After this, Kane said that he was going to do his best still for his team but I heard also that he got angry at Levy a lot. I wonder whether there will be a move from Manchester City even in January without waiting for next summer. Kane hasn't scored a goal in the Premier League so far. I think that it shows he still wants to leave as soon as possible. Next time, I think that Levy won't be able to keep him at the team.

Liverpool have a very good striker Firminho or Jota and have been scoring high amounts this season. Manchester City do not have a good striker but I think they have enough depth that it will be ok for them. Chelsea are good but Lukaku is to inconsistent we saw it on the weekend where they struggled to win and Lukaku missed some easy chances. 
Liverpool - Manchester City was match of the week and it was very delightful just as nearly everybody expected. The first half was really boring that I was afraid of the possibility that the rest of the match would be the same too. But gratefully, Liverpool started contributing to the match too and it was the start of a great competition. Liverpool got ahead two times but City were still able to equalize the score. And the final result was 2-2. The goal that I enjoyed watching the most was Salah's of course.
It seemed to me that in this match Liverpool was clearly closer to victory than City, although before the match the bookmakers rated City as a favorite and gave appropriate odds. I wanted to bet on Liverpool to win, but changed my mind due to the fact that the thought of a draw struck me... how close I was to the right decision

Tottenham's needs a replacement of Harry Kane. Because it is almost certain that Kane will definitely look for a new team next season. He doesn’t want to be on the Tottenham squad. He wants to win the title. If Hwang Hee-Chan is made now as a replacement for Kane, then maybe we can see a better performance from Hwang Hee-Chan next season. I am at least optimistic about this. At the same time Tottenham needs at least one experienced midfielder who can lead the team by scoring.
