Liverpool has to win this game, they have no other choice to get three points, not even a tie would do the trick anymore. Sure Spurs need points as well but spurs would be happy if they crack top three at the end of the season, they would be fine with champions league or even europa as well, because that is the level they are right now and they should be happy with 5th.

However Liverpool is the champions of last year and they went like 100 games without losing (okay might be less games lol) so in order to remind the league that they are still that team they need a win, they are a team that fights for becoming the champions at the end of the year, if they fail to do that, or even be second at worst, they are going to be seen as a failure again. I am not saying they will fail, because in premier league top 5 is awesome, but being champions and expected to be again to fall lower levels would be seen as a failure by many fans.

It's a Jose Mourinho Vs Jurgen Klopp match day live and would be the toughest match for the week. Both teams have had there fare share of being top of the EPL table and are now just a point ahead or behind each other. There would be a lot of proving who's boss in this game for the two couches and who wins gets another shot at the league.

After watching yesterday's Chelsea game, I still don't understand either sacking the previous manager Frank Lampard was the best decision. Dominating a game doesn't give you 3 points and that's what Chelsea did yesterday. It doesn't make sense.

Tottenham are going to play a big home game against Liverpool tonight. I wish we could watch this game with supporters. Tottenham are the 6th with 33 points and Liverpool are the 5th with 34 points. Tottenham got 2 wins (2W 2D 1L) and Liverpool didn't get a win (3D 2L) in the last 5 games in the league. Liverpool have been really bad in their away games so far (2W in 9 games). In the last 5 head-to-head games, Liverpool won all of them. Liverpool really need to win immediately not to lower more their chance of being champions. But this is a very hard game. In my opinion, Liverpool can benefit from their psychological predominance and beat Tottenham here.

It will not be an opened game but with Son Heung Min and Harry Kane, Tottenham can take advantage of the greed ambition to score goals from Liverpool and do some lightning counter attacks and score decisive goal.

Klopp in the late time of his career does not force his team to move ahead crazy but his style is always attacking as much as possible. Tottenham and Mourinho did their works too good in the last match with Liverpool. Only the magnificent moment from Firmino help Liverpool to beat Tottenham.

It is very hard to pick a side in this fixture. I would have gone for Tottenham but Liverpool are yet to win first PL match of this year and they are also capable of beating big sides. Its gonna be same playing style- Liverpool possession and moving the ball to find an opening and Spurs to wait for their moment to make counters. It's anybody's match and I would rather sit and watch the match than bet on lines with some high stakes (maybe try betting some small amount just for fun in case).

Manchester Utd really shocked me last night being defeated by Sheffield Utd 1-2 in their home game. Sheffield were really lucky to get a win in this game. I don't know how Manchester Utd lost this easy match. They were much better in general. This is an important point loss for them. Because if Manchester City win their missing match, the point difference will be 4.

regarding Spurs and Liverpool, I will put under goals on my ticket, just to have it more interesting to watch, and would probably be happier with Tottenham win in the end, although that lose could mean end of Liverpool championship battle hopes, would be almost 10 points behind City, it is a good bet on Tottenham, but good value does not mean that Spurs will gonna take it for granted

The odds on Spurs are very good indeed! But I wouldn't bet on this match today, although I prefer Spurs too! Spurs show good statistics unlike Liverpool, and play at home... Perhaps they are more motivated to win today's match!

Well yeah table difference is not much so any kind of dropping points would pave way for the teams behind on the table. That being said Chelsea have good amount of time to make their way back into top 4. Chelsea has a big squad and it kinda becomes difficult when there are many first team players and they all are seeking for playing minutes. Havertz and Werner still not performing their best is also a worrying factor. There is lot on Tuchel's head so he has to do a lot of work- I mean finding the best players, formation and so....

@leea-1334 - Yeah today's fixture is super tight one without a doubt for both teams. Spurs shpuld be the favourites but deep down have the feeling also that Klopp is gonna have answer for every trick Spurs will pull today.

I fell asleep early yesterday and today morning when I was waiting for the bus to go to work I heard everyone saying: you saw how that team with only 5 points beated Manchester United.I immediately opened flashscore and was stunned by the win of Sheffield United.I have said it way to many times but I want to say it again as is the case here,Premier League never fails to surprise us.

@igehhh I don’t know what were you expecting because Ole had a relaxed attitude before this match, and ultimately the club paid a price for his attitude. Furthermore Manchester United played like a b team, and I’m not even sure how they’re sitting so high in the table.
